Excellent staff, they were very helpful. I had a custom design I wanted done on a shirt, they took my design and were able to get it digitized and added to my shirt fairly quickly. Its a one-off production, the price was reasonable and they got it done in a timely manner.

I would definitely give them business again. They made sure to get our backpacks logo done in quick timing(we knew about additional charge) and did a great job! Thank you Uptown!

Very inexpensive and great work! I supplied them with a fairly complex, full-color art sample, and their embroidery far exceeded my expectations. The setup fee was ridiculously low, and the per-item cost was very reasonable. They showed me multiple samples and suggested small changes to the art to make it stand out better before beginning the work. With all this, they still met my tight deadline. Excellent communication!! I will definitely use them again.

When we first started using them for our embroidery, they were fantastic. But because we are not a huge customer the service, quality of work and overall respect went away. It is sad that they do not care about all of their customers the same way. I unfortunately lost a new client because of the lack of professionalism and the disregard for my order.

Great business for all embroidery needs! Good location as well, right off of a freeway exit. Great pricing as well. Upfront if they can do your order or not in the given timeframe. All around 5 stars!

Wow! I had 75 or so work shirts for my company that I needed embroidered. Uptown did great work on the shirts and my employees love them.The price was perfect and Aubrey took good care of us.

Excellent customer service! There was a small mistake with the text and we needed the products for a family reunion in Park City the following day.. They fixed it within hours AND drove it up to Park City for us!!! We were SO IMPRESSED!!! They turned out great, even with the stitching having to be undone and redone. You couldnt even tell, and my family LOVED them!! Thank you so much, we will visit again!!

Do not waste your time with this company. The people who work there have zero business sense. They hurried me off the phone instructing me to send an e-mail, when I didnt receive a response I called them back the next day and the e-mail had mysteriously been placed in another folder. The person on the phone said that she would get me a quote yesterday, but assured me she could get me the quote today. I called one final time to explain that I was up against a deadline and although I had another company lined up for the job I wanted to give them the opportunity for the business. Her response Well we dont go back and forth on bids so go ahead with the other company. I guess Heather is unaware that there are in fact other options and her not so winning personality and unprofessionalism was enough in itself to go elsewhere. As to how much they cost and whether its fair, if only I knew. They couldnt pull their heads out of the butts long enough to put a quote together. From one business owner to another I do not appreciate the utter waste of my time and with that approach, Good luck!

This business will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. Embroidery, screen printing, foiling, flocking, sequins, laser engraving, hats, clothes, bags, etc. Large orders (like team uniforms) and one-off orders (like a monogrammed stocking) -- Im a long time customer.

Dont waste your time. Terrible customer service!! When I called with a few questions the woman was rude on the phone. I actually went in hoping the service would be a little better. WRONG! Same woman & same crappy customer service. Stay away!!!!
