What a great place to work with. I had been looking for a new treadmill for some time and a friend recommend this place. From the first time i reached out to them they were very responsive. They also did a great job to give me options and tell me what was best for my needs and not try to just push me into the most expensive treadmill. They did an amazing job when they delivered and set the machine up as well. Bill has an exceptional operation at Foothill Fitness and I would give more than 5 stars if it let me. You wont be disappointed. BTW i got the Horizon 7.4 AT and LOVE IT.

Over the years, I have purchased several pieces of fitness equipment from this company. All my previous experiences where very positive. However, I recently tried to get my elliptical repaired and my experience was absolutely horrible. It appears that the management has changed. In the past, I think that I interacted with Nick. This last round I interacted with a much younger person and he was incredibility bad at customer service. I visited the store to inquire about getting my repairs done and after talking with him, it was clear that he did not want to help. I finally forced him to provide me with the service department contact info. I emailed service (as I was told to do). After a week or more, I got no response. I went back into the store and got the same treatment from the same guy. He admitted that they did receive the email, but was not apologetic or even seemed to care. This time be told me the service person would call me. I have never received that call. Perhaps these guys are good at selling equipment, but they dont seem interested in servicing it. I shall not give them any more of my business.

I had the best experience at Foothill Fitness. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, but after talking to Nickolas, he got me set up with all the right stuff! He definitely knows his equipment, and there is such a great variety of products. I will definitely be going back in the future and highly recommend Foothill Fitness to ANYONE looking for fitness equipment! My husband and I love our new treadmill and look forward to adding more pieces in the future.

Nick and team put together a sweet package of equipment at a great price. Worked together with him for the Academy Mortgage gym and he has done a great job. The gym will be a vital asset for our new home office.
