Missing parts, long hold on the phone, terrible connection once connected, and then the call gets disconnected.. what kinda sht is this?

I am currently work at Clopay/SLC.. Its a Warehouse with lots of physical work and its not for everyone.. However for me its a plus in my own opinions, I dont need a gyms for work out. What a joke of a company, will not stand behind their product or assist anyone with getting the right parts for your job. If you want a company that has no knowledge of how a door should be sold or installed then go here. They got my parts wrong 3 times and continued to hang up on me when I ask them to help out our company to get the right door parts. They will ask you if you have ever installed a door before but lack the skills and knowledge on how their own doors are assembled and installed. This company will disappoint anybody who walks through the door.
