Probably the worst pawn shop in the valley customer service is horrible . street hustlers have better customer service then this place

I brought an electric scooter in there and I asked IF IT WAS something theyd buy (I wanted to preserve the value because its BRAND NEW! and wasnt going to charge it).....oh yeah just charge it so I did and bring it in..then... is NOT something they buy?! Thats reduced the value of it and was something I was trying to avoid! The guy says WE NEVER buy them... when I say that the other employees need to be informed then....the ONLY other one is a manager Theres many employees theyre ALL managers?**edit* I went in a few days ago and 😱 guess what....I guess they only take NON ELECTRIC scooters because there were a few... right by the counter.... THOSE ARE LITERALLY $30 NEW thats what they shouldnt take...I mean just my opinion...who wants a rickety scooter when they could buy a new one for about the same price 😳

It is what youd expect from the standard pawn shop with all their rules and such, but I dont know if its the side of city they are in, or just certain days, but the guy named Dave and the bright redhead next to him were pretty rude to me and my boyfriend coming in and selling a tablet. The store is kind of Rusty looking too, its a pawn shop that doesnt have a lot of issues, but employee issues

Customer service is non existent. Only person in store 3 people working and having conversations between themselves. Used to come here and able to get stuff when I needed but no more .

You can find cheap stuffs there, occasionally. Those people dont know much about what they are selling. Sometimes good stuffs turn out to be cheap and bad stuffs turn out to be expensive. So here you go. There are opportunities for you, if you are lucky. But dont ever try to sell your stuffs and expect a fair price. Its going to be low. Really low.

Love there quantity & quality there jewelry is absolutely beautiful and there is no other pawnshops I have been to that there prices are incredible

Go here often, always get what I ask for when I get loans. Get good discounts, and great staff. Dont know why so many people have a bad experience here. I never have.

Not a pleasant visit. Upon asking to try put a tablet that didnt charge I simply stated it was a horrible buy for a 2012 tablet that did not charge. They proceeded to argue with me and state that I was arguing with them when I only made a statement and more as a joke than anything. Then they started to recommend an iPod, I told them that was not what I went there for and they started to argue again. Never going back.

I no longer do business, nor do I trust their staff. Theyre friendly demeanor should be taken at face value only. I traded in about 80$ worth of stuff, got a loan on them for 25$, planning later to pay the 25$ plus a 5$ fee to get said items out. Well I finally come in the next month without my pawn ticket (which I dont need to pull my stuff out, just my ID) He said my name, as well as my items, were not in their system. I had to call my mother to read out the pawn ticket # over the phone... Only THEN did my name come up. Had I lost my pawn ticket I would have been ASS OUT OF 80$ worth of cool property.. HAHA almost forgot THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES PS4 controller, and refuse to find the one I had originally traded in. *edit: my items value i now estimate at around 85-90$

Dave working and all the people working this date refused my items for a loan. They failed to mention their network was down. Dave continue to ask me about a power cord for the Akia MPC Studio controller. I said to Dave there is no power cord for the controller. Dave continued saying he knew what the controller can do. I told Dave my controller needs a usb port. Then Dave asked for my software, and I said you get the software online. I also said your bussiness promises no software since I bought a mini brute. Dave kept telling me he knows, and then refused my loan on the items.I then talked to another worker who said he was busy. Who I saw about the pawn before. Then I moved on to another worker that asked for my ID. She then asked me to power the controller. I asked for a usb and she said she had none. I looked around for a usb which I found on her right. I plug the device up, and said all that will see is it power up. She then asked me for software. Then I said again software is online, and that not everyone is using my software for the device. As she was going to give me a loan on my items she said their network is still down. She said their computers were not working. Then she started pushing down on her computer repeatedly. Then said her computer is not working too.Then my mother said lets go to another pawn shop, and that these people are rude. I then asked the worker about two over priced trombones. One missing its mouth piece, and the other missing the outer slide missing. I then said good luck selling the trombones.I left and got my loan at another pawn.I went back requesting to make a payment on my brothers pawn. If your network is down I want a written note, signature, and finger prints, and Dave refused and said that he will remember this.I then started to leave and said I am talking to the boss about the rude handling. Dave then said, my name is Dave you can tell corporate about me as he chuckled.I now I want my stuff and to never do business with Cash America Pawn thanks to Daves rude behavior.This place is going down according to shady deals on stolen goods.I heard from my friend a guy got busted making buys on stolen store goods.I would not trust this pawn ever again. I also do not recommend anyone to this pawn for a bunch of bad employees.Avoid going here if you value your item. They will rip you off.

I have used these guys for about five years. They had always had a very friendly staff. I recently went back to get some Christmas cash. The staff is all new and very rude. I asked one of them a question and she reacted upset, like saying: HOW DARE YOU ANNOY ME BY ASKING ME A QUESTION! She didnt answer it, and got her manager to answer it for me. The manager was just as rude and belittling. I will not go back unless the old friendly staff comes back.

Sold 2 10 Kicker Comp subs and an Alpine head unit that came out of my old truck, which I salvaged. They needed them tested and directed me towards Car Concepts saying they would do a bench test for free. That was a lie. I had to pay $30 to prove my stuff worked!! He did however give me an $10 on the original price he quoted me.

This place sucks the fat guy with the tattoos is a lame. Take your business elsewhere.

As a shareholder, Ive been a long time customer at this store. The store usually hire friendly employees most of time. But this year I ran in someone named Shawn, who really are hostile and full of prejudice to me. The management and employee turnover seem like the main reason.

A cash to gold kind of place but their rates are not that competitive.

I was in this pawn shop and I was actually looking at something that I was interested in purchasing but after the store clerk had been so rude to me because I had asked this lady a question about a PlayStation 2 that she had she was very rude the way that she told me that I couldnt ask questions to her while she was into the store and instead of just explaining it to me she yelled at me and I will never buy anything from this pawn shop because of that her name was Dakota and with her there I have a feeling that youre going lose a lot of business

If you want just to pawn thats all you get. You call in and they put you on a endless hold and I swear they have a strict no smile policy. I have never seen a smile on one of the employees face!
