Called this location about a month a head of time to ensure plaster we needed for a hotel job would be put on hold. Called again about a week before we were suppose to make the 7 hour drive to ensure plaster was still on hold. Twice i was told by 2 different people that the plaster we needed would be at this location only to get there and its not! Now we have to drive an additional 4 hours out of the way to correct their mistake. This is very frustrating and makes us lose money as well as delay our job. I gave a 2 star because they had half of our hold order there. So, we at least didnt leave this location empty handed....

Aaron and crew are so great. They go above and beyond in taking care of their customers, especially in these crazy times of failing supply chain.

The people that work at this place are beyond rude, whatever you do, absolutely do not do business with this company. The place is understandably a wholesaler who only works with contractors but do not let that fool you, even if you have a contractor they sell to, they could not care less about the ultimate end user.

Work with this team often for pool supplies and equipment. Great customer service and very responsive.

Ask for Joe hes not popular enough

These people are terrible. Parts were screwed up, and I have to constantly be driving back and forth to their store. The receptionist is a jerk who doesn’t want to deal with anybody, and is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever come in contact with in a business setting. If I could rate this zero stars, I would.

I get all my pool supplys from this place
