LOVE my wallet! Ive used it for years and the quality is fabulous. I dont like a lot of bulk, and this one is slim and I can carry all I need in it. I bought the passport wallet for me and one as a gift for my husband, now and I cant wait until we can travel internationally!

If I could give a zero out of 5 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I bought a card wallet with a cash slot around October 2020 and a few months ago the cash slot on the wallet snapped when I was about to put some cash I had taken out back in. I only keep about 8 cards (4 in each slot which is under the twelve cards they recommend in total) and since I had paid about the same price as a coach wallet and would like to get my moneys worth out of their product I tried to contact them to see if I could get it repaired or replaced. I have contacted them several times through three different channels, the first through email, second through text, and finally through phone (they have never picked up once).When I contacted through email the person asked me to send pictures of the damage in which after we could proceed with next steps. I sent them photos and that was a little over a month ago. I have never heard back from them about whether my wallet is still under warranty or if I can get it repairedThe second time I tried their direct message service. I spoke with another representative about never hearing back over email and if I could get my issue taken care of with them. They said they would look into it and it has been a few weeks since then. I tried following up a week in and got a reply saying that their team is still looking into the issue, which is quite a long time since I simply asked if I could get my wallet repaired or replacedI have tried calling them through their phone number, but it always takes me directly to voice mail.Their wallets are nice, but have the durability of tissue paper seeing that I haven not even owned the wallet for even a year and certainly did not abuse it. It would be a different story if they at least followed up on their own to say my wallet is not under warranty, in which I would simply move on. But, here I am saying do not waste +$100 dollars of your money on them and get a coach wallet instead or a $20 wallet if you do not care about the aesthetic

Its been 6 months since I got their cash wallet and passport wallet as a gift from my sister, and they are the HANDS DOWN best wallets Ive ever owned. I love how they wear over the time, and most of all surprisingly very durable. My cash wallet easily managed to carry 10+ cards inside. (only problem is that if you put a lot of cards they dont shrink back- so you wont be able to put less cards than what you would usually carry). Really makes want to buy their other products for myself.

I ordered a wallet around a year ago that is falling apart at the stiches. Ive emailed multiple times over the past month with no response. I have texted their customer service, receiving the generic we will contact you in 24-72hrs response..it has been a month. Very unhappy considering the price I paid for the wallet. Ill be leaving a review with the BBB as well so hopefully people steer clear.Never making that mistake again and I hope others use a more reputable, service-based company. Im under the impression the company is either out of, or going out of business. My review looks similar to another customers experience, which is a real shame.

Worst company I have ever worked with. I cant get a hold of anyone to do a simple return/exchange. I have called and left 3 VMs...texted with someone for 2 weeks...emailed 3 times...sent in my Google form multiple times...escalated with the person I was texting with multiple times. I cant even believe this company is still in business. I will never buy from them or recommend them and will make sure to publicly tell anyone I know.

*Update* I finally got ahold of them via email and they were great to work with. I would rate them a 5 if it werent for trying to reach them on two different channels with no luck. Was able to exchange the product and the new one is beautiful.I received a wallet for Christmas and it started to fall apart within 2 days. Ive called, left messages, and texted for 6 weeks and they still havent exchanged the wallet or given me a refund. I cant get them to respond. Im stuck with a wallet that is falling apartand cant get my issue resolved.

Horrible service. I have sent numerous emails regarding my order #19183 but never received any response from the customer service. I paid $80 for the express shipping which is supposed to take 3-5 business days, ended up receiving it only after 3 weeks. Till now, no one is responding and explaining to me.

Bought the iPhone XS leather case on a whim to replace a 1-year-old Apple silicone case that was about on its last breath.Pros: beautiful design, silhouette, and fit; love that it keeps the side buttons fully exposed; thin—i.e., opposite of bulky—while still providing the level of protection you’d expect from a phone case not called Otter, et al.Cons: I’ve had the case for less than two months. A very boring, uneventful, vanilla, quarantined, stay-at-home two months. And yet, despite its ‘sheltered’ life, the extremely thin leather has already worn through and peeled off each of the four corners of the case. Frankly, it looks horrible, like it should be two years old instead of two months. Even exercising extreme care and caution with the case after noticing the first signs of damage has not been enough to stop or slow its progression.I wanted to like this case. Really, really wanted to like it. But I’m two months in and feel like I’ll be lucky to get another month out of it. I’d definitely look elsewhere, at least when it comes to phone cases.

I have the card wallet with the cash slot, this is easily the best wallet I have ever owned. Every time I use it someone comments on it. These guys are first class!

My wife gave me an Anson Calder card wallet for Christmas and it is my favorite wallet I have ever had. My other wallet just gathered garbage and was a pain to carry around. The quality is awesome and this should last for a very long time. The design is simple, but ingenious! Love it!!!

Expensive, yes. Worth the price, YES! Now my Prada wallet sits in a box.
