I havent had a lot of experience with JBM but needed my machine serviced. They were very busy but was able to squeeze us into their schedule the same day. They took care of our issue and even answered a few questions that we had about our machine.

The company I work for has had JBM for our postal services for over 20 years and we have never been dissatisfied with them. Any time we need service, Steve is here the same day to fix the issue. When I order supplies I usually have them the next day so that we dont have to slow our processes down. The gals on the phone are always pleasant to deal with and take care of our needs. We will NEVER CHANGE service to anyone else as long as I have a say in the matter~!

A great place to work! Small business, managers are great, co-workers are very supportive, atmosphere is amazing, wouldnt want to work anywhere else.

This business doesnt deserve even a single star rating. Our business has dealt with MULTIPLE occurrences of more than absolutely terrible customer service. Francine Cruz is by far one of the worst sales representatives I have worked with in my 9 years of customer service industries. She had made multiple appointments with the owner of our business, had no showed for each one of them; when asked about our contract date wasnt knowledgeable of what our date was; and was inconsistent with communication and returning calls. These things were just a few outlined in this.In addition, her manager, avoids and side steps any question asked in relation to a customers needs. To add to that when given feedback in regards to his employees and how his business is addresses and handles customer care, he just ends up arguing with the customer.We will never use or let alone refer anyone to use this local distributor. If you need FP-Mailing services my suggestion is just go through FP-Mailing directly versus EVER working with this dealer.
