We took our older bike with a sidecar in for some work - wow - we are so pleased with the outcome. You couldnt ask for better people to work with. Our bike came home feeling and sounding like brand new. Brandon was able to get rid of the very loud popping that is pretty standard with a Honda VTX1300R. Our dog will be much happier! We are much happier! Thanks for the great service!

Crossroads did the conversion on my GL1800 and the workmanship and performance was top notch. I have gone back for repairs and basic service and maintenance ever since. In the last 5 years I have always been very pleased with the service and the price. Their prices are always fair and you will never be overcharged or shorted in any way. Repaired Jackaxle, along with other work that had to be done, Brandon is the Owner of the shop and also does the work on the Motorcycles and Trikes. I live in Idaho and needed work to be done on my CSC (California Sidecar Trike) and was refered to Me by CSC Factory as being Certified to do their Warranty work and as work was being done on My Trike Brandon also sent me Pictures as the work was being done. Recently got our new trike build back from Crossroads. This is our second build from them and we couldnt be more pleased. They really know what they are doing and the customer service and communication are top notch.

This place is the BEST. Brandon sat down with me and talked over every aspect that I wanted done on my bike. He made me feel like I was his most important customer. The work they did was fantastic. It was done a week faster than any other shop quoted my in terms of time. And the price was the best around!! He even (without being asked) did and Ebay search for a part I needed that was out of stock everywhere (and back ordered through October) and he sent me a link to the exactly what I needed! Its a small thing, but just an example of customer service that goes above and beyond!I am SUPER glad I finally found and honest and efficient bike shop here in SLC! I will definitely be going back.(To customers wondering, they work on all power sport vehicles, not just trikes. I have a 2005 Suzuki Boulevard and also saw atvs they were working on, etc.)

Gene and his crew have triked out two bikes for us: a Harley Ultra Classic Limited and a Victory Cross Country Tour. The shop does excellent work and trikes are superb. Just as important is the follow up and ongoing service, which is perfect. This group understands customer service and treat us right. Were beginning to look st a couple Indians and will likely have Crossroads do the trike conversions again.

I found this shop as one of the best and very easy to get help! They also have some great looking models and bikes!! Dont shop anywhere else or at least if you do shop here before you buy anywhere else!

A couple of years ago I had Gene Wright install a rake kit and do some suspension work on my Goldwing Trike. The work was excellent and performed in a timely manner. Gene Wright was very personable and I would not hesitate to have him work on my ride in the future!!

Great customer service! I was interested in a trike conversion for my BMW. Gene got back to me the same day and answered all my questions. I have yet to make a date to have the work done. Crossroads would be the place I will go for the conversion.

Excellent shop. After Id bought a used Gold Wing (with a Roadsmith trike conversion) I wanted it checked over thoroughly, so took it to Crossroads. They put on a new tire, and did some routine maintainence, and I was very impressed with their service and integrity, and their reasonable prices. Gene is a straight-up guy--I highly recommend them.

I had Crossroads Trike make me a Goldwing 1800 with a CSC with floorboards. The only thing more beautiful than looking at it is riding it! I have now had it for 4 years. It tracks perfectly and is perfect for touring. I recommend them highly.

My 1994 GoldWing (and my 1993 750 NightHawk) had been sitting in the carport for too many years. I knew they both needed a lot of work, and I wasnt excited about taking them to the usual suspects. A good friend recommended Crossroads. They picked them up, called me a few days later with a reasonable estimate, and had both of them running within a couple weeks. (I wasnt in a rush and both needed parts shipped in.)I highly recommend Gene and his team at Crossroads Trikes & Trailers!

Crossroads made a trike out of my BMW. People constantly say that they didnt know BMW made trikes. It looks like it was factory. I have been pleased with it and has made it so I can continue to bike with my health problems. My wife and I have put over 30,000 mile on the trike since the conversion. I have also had Crossroads service my BMW. I have not had the best experience with the BMW dealer in SLC. They really didnt want to work on my bike. So I am grateful to Crossroads for their service.

Back in 2011, I purchased a GTL sidecar by Hannigan for my 2008 GL1800 Goldwing. Being from California, we stayed in Salt Lake. It took Gene 2-3 days to fully install the sidecar on my bike. Im 75 yrs old, and my sister who is 78 yrs old travels in the sidecar. Needless to say, Crossroads Trikes did an excellent quality job. Ive told many people about them since we get a lot of questions about the sidecar. My wife, I, and my sister travel all over the U.S and Canada on vacations. This past year, we took a 2 month trip to Key West, FL. My sister loved all the attention she received riding in the sidecar. Ive had no problems with the sidecar installation. Were planning a trip back to Sturgis next year, and then a trip to Nova Scotia and East to West across Canada. Were having a blast with our TOY.
