When you go in there, ask for Adam. He helped select my irons, woods, and putter. I hit a wide variety of clubs. We selected the right clubs by utilizing the launch monitor. Thank you very much for your patience in helping me select the correct clubs.

Went here to get my husband some new clubs as a gift. The gentleman who worked with us was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. Amazing service and great variety available. Much better than shopping at a chain store... He was able to try out different heads and different lengths and the employee was able to look at his swing and give opinions on what he thought would be best, but also let us know that at the end of the day its what felt best for the golfer. I highly recommend!

I love this Uinta golf! They are always helpful! I purchased my best set of irons I have ever played with for a great price! And the awesome gentleman that fits clubs took great care of my husband and I the last time we were there! I wish I remembered his name to give him the credit he deserves!

I dropped by last week to have all softspikes replaced in my Footjoys that are at least 8 years old. Most of the spikes were totally worn down so the technician said there was not much he could do to replace them. So I called found two items on Amazon that I hoped would work. For some of the spikes that the plate was there but no spikes, I purchased a tool on line called the grabber that has about 8 sharp blades that dig into the flattened spike and by turning the wrench counter clockwise, the threaded post also. Is removed. But I has about half of the spikes completely worn away with only the threaded post firmly held in the socket. I had also ordered online a stripped screw or bolt extractor kit for around $20. After using a small pilot hole drill in the center of the stud, I attached an extraction bit slightly smaller than the diameter of the socket on to a screwdriver type handle and by applying moderate pressure, the extractor bit into the stud and removed it without damaging the socket so the new softspikes could easily be replaced. Maybe older shoes may be used once again. Hit em straight.

I noticed I was hitting my ping 410 5 wood, from the fairway, as far and more strait than my 410 driver from the tee box... I Have a regular shaft on my 5 wood stiff on my driver... I went in to purchase a shaft... Explained to staff my situation... He had me bring my driver in to hit it... analyzed my swing and explained the difference between stiff and regular shafts... Also told me that I was correct, I have been playing the wrong shafts. He then looked up my receipt on file... Set me up the club I needed and said it was a 90 day satisfaction guarantee.. He could’ve totally just sold me the reg shaft and I wouldn’t have known the difference... with that said I walked out with a brand new club head, shaft, grip, the whole 9 yards and free of charge! I will never take my business elsewhere... If I remembered the staffers name I’d praise him up and down! Fantastic honest service! Thank you!

Their 90 day guarantee is quite nice to have, Ive swapped a few used clubs back in for other clubs without a hassle. I dont get too much of a salesy vibe from most employees, which is nice. 👌

This use to be the premier place to go in and talk golf and look at all the new gear that’s out. They have the most unfriendly staff, arrogant and not helpful at all. If you just go to Uinta go to the Ogden store. If you want a better experience go down to the PGA superstore. Most of the stuff are older retired golfers who just love the game and want to help people love it to. Very disappointed in the staff at the salt lake unitary location.

I don’t know if this will do any good and I never do this but I am leaving a review because of the terrible experience I had at uinta. Their customer service is so bad! They don’t act like they care to help you at all! I had one employee help me that did a good job but he was very busy. The rest of them were not good and just didn’t care.

Love Uinta Golf, but this store is pretty small and dated. Also, can find myself roaming about looking for help for quite a while before someone comes. All that said, I wouldnt buy clubs from anyone else just based on their 90 day warranty alone.

Excellent customer service and skilled club fitters. They answered all my questions and with a few minutes fit me to new iron shafts to straighten out my draw. Would highly recommend. The service here is far better than the Uinta in Orem/Provo.

Only one employee wearing a mask today after restrictions loosened. A lot of customers of this store are elderly and have underlying health conditions. Employees not wearing masks shows a disrespect for the clientele and the recommendations of our public health experts.

Great supply of all brands of equipment. It is a bit of an older building but they have done a great job making the most of the buildings different layout. One of my favorite golf shops.

Im new to the sport. The wife got me lessons since Ive never had formal golf instruction. My new promotion means Ill be playing with the other corporate guys this summer. I went into this store the other day and it was early afternoon. Not much in the way of customers in the store. Plenty of associates standing around though. I was ready to get some insight into a nice set of clubs and purchase on site if the service was top notch. Not a single employee came up to even ask if I had any questions. Made eye contact with the two behind the counter but what they were talking about must of been more important. I walked out and was disgusted about how a potential paying customer wasnt talked to once. Im not one to write reviews but it bugged me enough to say something. I would recommend any number of stores in the area over Uinta Golf.

Uinta Golf is a great store to shop at. They have extremely knowledgeable people and are more than willing to help. I purchased my Apex Pro irons recently along with a few fairway woods and they spent as much time as I needed trying out different sets with no pressure whatsoever. I also bought some new shoes and brought them back 3 times until I found the pair that felt just right. Their 90 day satisfaction guarantee is probably one of the best in the business....especially for golf equipment. No questions asked, if you dont like it, bring it back.

This is the only place I ever go to buy golf stuff. There are always plenty of guys around willing to help. And they have a simulator driving range that helps analyze your swing and all that stuff.

Took some nonenglish speaking friends to Uintah golf. The customer support was exceptional. I had some random questions for one of the other sales people and they were awesome. If your intentions are to compare clubs and buy right off the showroom floor, then these guys are good for the job. If youre like me and youre a player who has a rapidly dropping handicap and is looking to get shaft changes and fitted with more serious clubs, then go elsewhere and go to a professional fitter. Long story short Im 1 1/2 seasons into these irons and still inconsistent. The club shop, the customer service is still very good. My suggestion is when it comes down to a custom fitting I would like to see someone with more knowledge doing the fitting or the suggestion of going to a professional fitter.

I just bought a set of irons at Uinta golf, and the experience was great. They had a great selection of new and pre-owned clubs, and Tyler spent plenty of time to help me find the clubs that fit my swing, and my price range.As a novice golfer, I was worried I would feel like a hack walking into a nice golf store. This was not my experience at all.Ill go back to Uinta and to Tyler for future golf purchases and advice.

I reverently went in to look at a new driver and they had me hit against the screen for a while to figure out exactly what I needed based on my actual swing. They did it all for free without the expectation of me buying something. They are passionate about golf there for sure. Great place to look around, they have a ton of stuff.

Need better customer service. Greeter at door sent us to our area but did not send a clerk to help. Bought a Sabona magnetic bracelet, visor, glove gloves and tees. The girl did not put the bracelet in the bag. Drove ten miles home discovered the bracelet was not in the bag. Called and the girl just said The bracelet is here Sorry. She was a new girl.Would have been better if1. The girl apologized first thing2. Obtained a name and phone number3. Offered to mail or send a courier with the bracelet4. When I went back to pick the bracelet up the manager came out and said he would do anything the customer wants. He shouldnt need the customer to tell him how to do customer service.He could have apologized again saying the girl is new and Here for your trouble pick out a 6 pack of balls, or a bag of tees at the least. He should have done a follow up call. Just saying!

Staff need to up their game

The only reason I will still shop here is the 10% discount, staff is unhelpful unless you are looking to buy something that day. The new kid wouldnt fit me because I wasnt buying that day. This place has definitely gone downhill. If you buy clubs at full price from this place youre being taken advantage of, they will discount anything. If you want to pay full price shop at their online store, clubs always come new in plastic and havent been hit by 10 different people in store.

Called to see if they buy clubs as I have an older set and a mismatched set I wanna sell. The lady on the phone told me they buy clubs. I drove across town to sell my clubs for some store credit which I was gonna to use to buy a new set off of them. When I arrived the manager said they don’t buy non matching sets of clubs. Bummer Uinta, guess I won’t be shopping here in the future.
