Do not goto the store, girl there said they make their money shipping, so you cant go in and buy anything. Just a Backcountry store

Paid for next day shipping on Wednesday and reached out and was assured I’d have them in by Friday. Well, items didn’t ship and now we don’t have suitcases for our trip.I only live 30 miles from the warehouse so shouldn’t have been hard to ship overnight

Update: after posting 1-star review for poor customer service interaction, and emailing that review to the website, they came to the party and corrected their wrongs. So lesson learned, if you get a short reply from a disgruntled staff member, try again and you may just get what youre after in the first place. At this point, Im undecided if ill shop here again, but happy they assisted, even though it took a couple of tries.

Had a promotion in cart that was running until the end of the month and it suddenly cancelled. Wont be doing business here.

They had 2 wetsuits left according to their website. I immediately ordered one for myself. I received an email confirming payment and to wait for shipping confirmation. I waited 10 days and nothing. I emailed them and they told me that they had emailed me multiple times the day I ordered the product because my card was declined. I did not receive any such emails at all. I asked them to provide me proof of such emails and they said they did not have any. Also, now the product was out of stock. I believe they oversold this product then fabricated a lie to say it was my card that was declined instead. BTW I had thousands of dollars in my account. Never have had issues with it being declined before. Their lack of empathy or forgiveness shocked me. I wouldnt have written this review if something like this hasnt happened before with them. They do offer great deals on products but their organizational ability is lacking. Wont be ordering from them again.

Returned unworn item within the time frame (ordered on 11/6, returned item 11/28). Received email on 12/13 that my refund would be going back to my card. On 12/14, I received another email saying that my return was outside the 30-day return window and that it was worn, so i would only be getting a store credit. I wrote back stating this information was incorrect and i have not heard back, nor have i received a store credit or a refund. STAY AWAY from these crooks!

Shipping is really, really slow. If you live local, just pick your items up at will-call. I live in the area but chose to have my items shipped to my office. Been 5 days and my jacket still hasnt left the facility. I like the products enough, but their warehouse needs to get their stuff together.

Great people. Good prices, sometimes great ones. Kinda disorganized— but really cool about it. I’ll take em just as they are.

Yuck and garbage

They sold me used clothes!! I have purchased clothing from here before without issue but my last order came with clothes that stunk like BO and nothing had tags on it. Who knows where they are getting their gear from now but I will shop here again.

This is NOT a Steep and Cheap store. This is a regular backcountry store where you can buy things at full price, waste of time

OMG! 3 dope flannels with a retail of about $150 for $45, shipped to my door ! The website has the sickest deals, very stoked on these guys.
