Coffee is usually really good and someOf the snacks I’ve had. Like the Valentine’s Rice Krispie treat that I’m still dreaming about. I love getting the bean on top but that doesn’t seem to happen as often anymore. I love getting the coupons in the mail and making a date with my husband! They also have an easy to use rewards program which is nice. The only downside is sometimes it can take more than 40 mins to get through the line which has happened to us on more than one occasion.

This is my usual location although now and then I stop at the location off of Union Hill under the Pure Apartments. This evening I stopped there first as it was on my way, and was met with rude employees that closed the store more than an hour early for no apparent reason (they usually close at 8pm, I was there at 6:40pm). So I went oit of my way to this location off of Redmond-Fall City Road by Albertsons, and was met with exemplary service and didnt even have to wait in line! (I did forget about the Redmond-Way location but I prefer this location better anyways.) The young man was very helpful despite the fact that he was about to close per usual hours (7pm here). He even apologized for the way that I was treated at my first stop. Ill continue to go here and will do my best not to visit the Union Hill location again. Thank you young man for having excellent customer service!

As a frequent Mercury customer I can honestly say this chain is quite consistent and I love it ….except for today at this location bc my iced latte was discussing :(

The baristas there handled the long line like pros. My favorite will always be the Blonde Hawaiian (half sweet and iced) but I also ordered the Bees Knees and, because I was feeling frisky, the Caramel Silk. Yes- I ordered three coffee drinks. And I was alone in the car so, yeah. Hands down the best IMO is the Blonde Hawaiian. The Bees Knees is essentially a honey latte, so honey lovers will love this one. The caramel silk was good but really sweet, even though I ordered everything half sweet, so go easy on that one if you don’t have a sweet tooth. I think the coffee is delicious and I make a point to hit up Mercury’s whenever I’m in the area, so an easy five stars.

The coffee is decent (this stand doesnt always mix their drinks as well as the other locations). The wait is the issue. This stand in particular almost always has a very long wait; its a drive through, but they average 7-10 minutes per car. I need to be sure to have an extra 30+ minutes to spare if Im going to stop at this stand.

Mercurys makes some of the best lattes. Something about how well they prepare their milk or flavorful, not-burned beans. Always rich and well worth the trip.And their Mexican Mocha is one of a kind!

Hit in the morning so theres not a long line

I’m new to the area and gave Mercury a try a few times and I’m just not impressed with the service, they seemed not focused and made me feel rushed when I’m not familiar with the menu. Drink was pretty ok

I love Mercury but something is up with the location address and photos.address and photos of the place do not match. Not sure if the Sammamish drive thru (one in photos) shut down but this address took me to Redmond / fall city side and not the location shown in photos which is truly in Sammamish.

The place was totally amazing and has a calm ambiance. Great place to have some me-time.

This is one of the best Mercury’s locations! Great coffee, friendly staff and they’re quick too! Also- they are taking Covid very seriously, sanitizing between each order and wearing gloves. I’ll definitely be going back to this location!

Most of the time I get a good coffee. But one time I got double sweet instead of half. Depends on the barista.

This is my husbands favorite place to stop for coffee. They remember his name and his order. They are usually very busy, but they get people through the line quickly. You get your drinks concisely. The staff are super sweet. You should try this small coffee hut if you get the chance.

Fantastic customer service. They are always so helpful. And the coffee is amazing. There is options for everyone that comes with me. Mercurys coffee is such a great place.

This is my #1 Favorite coffee stand in the Pacific Northwest! In general Mercurys is good coffee but this stand has the *best* staff anywhere. Stacia, Jess, Szanae and Grace always remember our drink favorites and greet us with big smiles and cheer. They are always tidying up and keeping a clean stand. Its a popular location but worth the wait and they always have treats for my dogs!

Nice Baresta

I ordered a 32oz iced tea, one of the signatures they have on the board. That is my favorite drink and I get it every time, however, I am very sad to say that my caffeine-run today was one of the worst experiences I have had with similar services and even with Mercurys before! They gave me my drink less than 75% filled... The drink comes out to around $6/7 and I seriously only received a fraction of it. The line was lengthy and the service took unusually long which stressed me out so I just drove off once I was disappointed with the product I was handed. I wish I could post a photo of my drink because it was awful.

Been coming to Mercurys for a few years almost daily. Their coffee and service are always top notch. Anything you get will be good. Thanks for having so many alternative milk options! My only complaint is that Im moving cross country soon and cant take Mercurys with me. Let me know if you ever want to franchise LOL

Mercurys coffee makes the best drinks! I was a die-hard Starbucks addict but have completely switched. Their red bull Italian sodas are amazing! Get it with red raspberry flavor and put Starbucks pink drink to shame!

Love the lattes and chai and the white chocolate hot cocoa! Everything weve had here was good. The car lineup can take awhile but its worth the wait.

This place has a great staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable, hustling. Not the easiest place to spot, the building is tucked away and a little hidden. All of thier tea taste great, smoothies are awesome as well, not a coffee drinker so I cannot give opinions. They do serve 100% Organic coffee for those who are into organics.

This is the best coffee place on the Eastside. People I know in Seattle are upset they dont have a Mercurys near them. A basic hot or iced mocha is a great place to start. They also sell Alki Beach sandwiches, the turkey avocado croissant sandwich is delightful and one of a kind. Discovering the joy of Mercurys has been life changing.

My favorite thing in the morning is going to get my drink and muffin from my favorite baristas Amy and David. They do such a good job and make sure everyone is ready for the rest of their day!

Mercury is expanding therefore the taste of their coffee has plummeted. (I watch baristas pulling their shots and they have no idea what they are doing) I was a loyal daily customer grabbing a latte and now 9times out of 10 I’ve been dumping my coffee. It’s burnt and bitter. They are lowering themselves to Starbucks quality. They are so close to me and for years I’ve bragged about their coffee, I’m sad to say every drivethru location is all just NOT good. I beg please go back to your premium coffee and train your baristas. Coffee is an art.

Convenient and great tasting coffee. Service is just a tiny bit less friendly these days but still great overall.

I had been expecting this location to turn around and get it together but as of yesterday Im completely done and will just go to the one in samamish. The barista acted like a spoiled brat not to mention a child and simply did not care about anything relating to me. She argued with me about my drink and wouldnt explain why she was being super defensive and difficult. Maybe stop hiring bratty children for this location? All the others are fine!
