Went in to purchase a quart of paint for a touchup project. Sales was quick to help. Discovered that the store did not have a quart of the paint I needed. The associate searched multiple stores and incoming inventory to determine when stock would arrive. Determined it might be weeks before a shipment would arrive. Sales person solved that by selling a gallon of the paint (which was in stock) for the same price as a quart of paint. I was totally delighted with the experience. Sales person went above and beyond taking ownership for helping me complete the purchase that I needed. Dont find that level of customer service at the big box stores! Thank you!

I needed to match an oil based semi transparent stain that I had been using for 30 years but was no longer available from a different store. The two sales staff, after two days of formula mixing, came up with a virtual match to my old stain.

Went into the store to grab a gallon for a project already underway expecting a long wait. Absolutely impressed with this store and specifically Akeem Bell who greeted me warmly, took my order in a timely fashion and had my paint ready within what seemed like only a few minutes. He asked after my project, my painters and offered future assistance with his card. Excellent service. I will return.

Terrific Paint Store - Im a Painting Contractor specializing in Residential Repaints for over 35 years and this is one of my Home Stores. In my business I depend upon my paint suppliers as my main line of support and these folks are excellent in helping me choose the best product for the specific task. They are KNOWLEDGEABLE, and have Superior Products available, open way longer than they should be and a pleasure to work with.**If they dont know the answer, rather than making something up, they will say I dont know but I will find out for you. What more can you ask for?

The staff were attentive, prompt and listened to my situation. I stopped in three times before making a purchase and they remembered me and were just as professional and courteous on the fourth visit as the first. I got a color at Sherwin WIlliams and our contractor also bought the same color at another location of Sherwin Williams. I just put the one I bought next to what he bought and they both are so different. If I could post a photo here I would. Such a waste of money, time and effort.

Despite 2 attempts store was not able to come close to matching an existing paint can. Waited about 1.5 hours for each match. Home Depot is faster with about the same level of quality.

The sales associates were very helpful and informative. Ill only buy my paint and paint supplies there.

What wonderful service! Frustrations were high as my project was going off the rails but Akeem and Mitch came through in the clutch. Both helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Akeem, the store manager even allowed me to buy at the sale price and drove to Woodinville and Kirkland to fulfill stock not available in the store, all after hours. In the end, I got all the paint I needed and was able to take full advantage of the special pricing due to Akeem and Mitche’s extraordinary efforts. Customer for life!

It is a store where you can buy colors. All you have to do it smear it on the surface you want that color on and BAMB!!! new color everywhere ! There are people there to show you how to smear it on using a thing for doing just that. Try it.
