Only good point here its location and Caspian Sea. Not enough stuff to do good service. If you order something waiting time is about 1 hour. Very strict menu. Stuff dont know English. Do not recommended to local or foreign Tourists.

Used to be one of my favorite locations for the last couple of years. However, service level has dropped significantly. Personnel (at least 3 first persons Ive met, including admin) is arrogant, not helpful, even rude. Admin tried to fix situation, but did it the worst possible way. The case we expirienced is absolutely unacceptable, I dont even have words to describe the details. My comment is related to the beach expirience.

I really like this place location and food wise, but something must be done about its service. We visited few days ago with my one year old son. Had to ask for a baby chair 3-4 times even though it was mentioned during reservation. When the chair finally came it was broken and simply unsafe. Instead of enjoying our food we spent half of our lunch trying to make sure our little one doesn’t fall off this chair. Restaurant reception girls are not helpful at all. On any occasion I approached them re baby chair or baby changing room they know nothing and hear nothing. They just stand there as mannequins who constantly check their phones.I also don’t understand how a place like that cannot have a baby changing room/nursery?!! Seriously?!! Instead I was offered to change my son in a massage room as it was free at that very moment. I assume if it wasn’t free I would have to change him literally in a corridor. I live abroad, and whenever I visit any hotel (shangri la, four seasons, Marriott etc) with my friends who have babies for lunch or coffee we are always offered a proper guest room(!) to change or feed our babies. That’s what I call service.I hope the owner of this place who positions himself as family man can do something about these small details that made our visit stressful enough.

The best place around Baku.

A very cool place for getting acquainted with the Caspian Sea. They have a nice pool, several bars and a beautiful private beach thats very well maintained. Would definitely recommend this place.

Resort with hotel and possibility to access pool and beach alone.Went on a Sunday, the pool was rather empty until 11.30am, then it became a mess. It has an area with very shallow waters, ideal for babies; water is warm. You are given towels in the changing room. You cannot bring food or dogs. The beach is rather wide and well organized; there are sort of tents with thatched roof. Water is clean (much cleaner than on the south side of the peninsula). Water was warm and not deep.Theres also a fast-food bar, a kid playground area and a fancier restaurant where you are not admitted to if you wear swim trunks.Overall it is worth a visit.

I loves this place. It is very clean and organized. Food wasnt that good but overall everything was cool and enjoyable.

Room (106) had multiple maintenance issues like broken lock to the toilet room, water tap.Our breakfast ‘included’ was one of the worst breakfast experiences in Baku for me.Bread got cold before the butter and cheese platter was brought, we were not patient after 50 minutes to continue waiting for the eggs.This is off-season,Sleeping by the sea is still priceless :)

+ Pretty nice place, especially when compared with other such places. Children were very happy. They tried almost all facilities.- The price is very expensive both for entry and food. Some facilities were closed. Anyone can order food anywhere on the little tables in the whole area. And then all the leftovers spoil the whole look and mood.

Admissions fee, prices expensive. If you want to order food on the spot at beach, there is no menu available. Waiter will tell you the menu by heart. Service is reasonable good, towels are very old and looks dirty even though newly provided. Good spot to get fresh air and to listen sea.

Unfortunately there is no proper policy for smoking areas and it seems that clients ordering shisha (hookah) in the restaurant are more preferred and welcomed by the management.

Amazing place. Cant wait to go back. Service was very attentive and the food was great. A relaxing experience with nice beaches.

They have invested so much in such a beautiful place, but if we look at the service, customer reception through a 10-point system, we can give a price of 2. You pay 25 azn for one person to enter the beach, undress - when you get to the changing room, you see that all the closets are closed and there is no information about it. If you are interested in returning to Reception, you can buy a wardrobe for an additional 10 azn. You have to go out again and apply to the cashier and pay 10 azn, which means that the locker you are given will be locked with a key. The closet is also very small and you have to take an iron and ironing board with you to put the clothes back on. The worst thing is that there is no check (receipt). A recreation center of this size is out of sight of the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This is still a small part of what I see.

There is only one restaurant of that size and the food was not good at all. Only the waiters were good and kind. But the food is zero. I do not recommend

Sheer disappointment, as always in Azerbaijan. We expected more, given Emin’s video. We stayed in the new White Villas. I think that if they accommodate guests there, then everything should be ready for their reception - the clear water from the tap never came out.The rooms were cleaned only after the call, the shampoos and water were not updated.Upon check-in and in the restaurant itself, NOBODY warned that a table had to be reserved.Breakfast was also disappointing. I found traces of lipstick on my glass in the Bar. The professional is polite, friendly, but the impression is that they are not normally led.

I give 1 star for the service ... here somewhere there is 0 waiters for 1500 seats by the water. In an hour I turned to 5 of them to place an order for 4 people, but it didnt work, they just disappeared without a trace, there was no one in charge. The administrations work in this regard is weak.the beach is clean. they respect social distance .. but the girl who gives out the keys to the lockers gives everyone in one place .. not taking into account the distance ..

The prices are very expensive. Their men are deceived. 20 manat entrance, the cabinet costs another 10 manat. Do not put any other dress on the clothes. Hetta bags checks, looks like squats. I really liked the complex. Large well-kept area. There are adult and childrens pools with slides, a jacuzzi, and access to the sea is close by. We had lunch in a restaurant. It was delicious. Ordered fries and pizza.

The location is good. Service at the cafe level at the metro station January 20. We ordered 2 hot dishes. They brought one at once, and the second when we were already finished with the first! Freshly squeezed juice came in about 15 minutes. Probably went to the market for apples. Dessert waited 20 minutes. I do not recommend this restaurant ...

The hotel restaurant is very poor service. We ordered ice cream. We waited 40 minutes, and another waiter came up to us. He asked if we had an order. We said so. And after 3 minutes he brought everything. It would be nice if the ficants had names on them.

Magnificent hotel on the shores of the Caspian Sea

This is a great place to stay! A worthy alternative to Turkish resorts!

Entrance to the beach is 20 manat, cabinets in the locker room for 10 manat. At the entrance, security guards check bags and even underclothes are pulled out of the bag. Drinks with them do not pass and the prices there are space. People do not advise anyone!

Gozel erazide, the place of hanging locality. Lots of delicious food, hezin musigi, gozel arrangement, noodle dishes. When you arrive with the family, the mohteshem is the venue. The place is clean with sea. The whole world is a gozel venue which is a resting place of the shohretian rivers.

The work of the waiters is a big minus of this restaurant.
