Quick to dismiss me because they don’t carry the brand of the part I needed. Didn’t even care to look for a suitable replacement part when I asked if another brand has a similar part. Disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service.

Customer no service at its best. After driving across town for a hard to find replacement part (i had called ahead to see if the correct part in stock)for a toilet i was offered an incorrect version of a part i could have walked into a big box store and bought. Poor customer service . Dobt waste your time with these guys.
