Had to return a tv twice as they had given incorrect information;40 days after purchasing the tv, price dropped by $500 and they match only 2 weeks from date of purchase; I should have gone with costco (3 months)

They never finished setting things up. One thing stopped working after a week. I cant get a hold of them. Some if this may be because I lost my representative because he got internally transferred, but I have tried calling them several times to get them to fix and finish.
