They did an amazing job after I ran out of talent backing up my truck. I am very particular about my vehicles, and “Assumed” I would be able to tell it was fixed. Not at all...looks good as new. This shop is AMAZING. My brand new car... brand brand new, haven’t even made a payment on it had got hit from behind and everything was damaged from the bumper to the trunk.I called Phillip with express collision right away and it was at the shop in less than a day. He had my car out in 1 WEEK! That is unheard of guys.Not only was he and his staff so sweet, but man they made my car look even better than when I drove it off the lot. After my car got keyed outside my apartment, we put off getting it fixed because we assumed it would be a hassle and take a week or more. Jim the owner and his team were very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in needing repairs to my vehicle. They even go as far as calling a rental company not far from them to pick you up and take you to get your rental while you are dropping off your vehicle. They took great care of everything from my insurance claim to dropping off my vehicle at my workplace because I could not find a ride to retrieve after the repairs were made. If your looking for someone who genuinely takes care of his customers and does excellent repairs this would be your guy and it was done in a very great timely matter.

Had my car for two months and took 4-5 times to try and get the paint done right, and still havent got it done right. I wouldnt recommend them at all. helped waive the deductable but use another shop, not worth the troubles youll have to go through.

Someone backed their pick-up truck into my Mercedes AMG and busted the fender and shattered the emblem. First, took it to North Park Collision Center, where they immediately tried to rip me off with a $2,341.68 estimate. My insurance gave me an initial estimate of about $1,400. A friend referred me to Express Collision Center and their initial estimate was right in line with my insurance estimate. There was a $400 supplemental charge because the fender had unseen damage on the inside. They fixed the internal damage, repainted the fender, replaced the emblem, and readjusted the fender back into place. Looks just as it did before the fender bender.

We came into get a part replaced on the underside of the engine, they not only got the part in within 2 days, but changed it within a hour, as well as, removed paint form a fender scrap, and hand washed and dried it.They are super friendly and reasonable.
