I recently needed a part installed after calling many local chains that were not able to help and other local Ford dealers that also declined, North Side Ford was able to assist. The tech that I spoke with wasnt familiar with the part, he scheduled an appointment for the next day so he could research and familiarize himself to assist me. Leroy Cruz and Scot Carl could put on a clinic on how to treat a customer when selling a new vehicle! I think they could sell tickets to competing dealers that have a thing or two to learn.We ended up at Northside Ford after leaving another dealership that wasted our time. Less than two hours later we were the proud owners of a beautiful F150 pickup. Our salesman Leroy Cruz provided the best experience you could ever ask for when buying a new vehicle. He was a straight shooter that respected our time and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Scot Carl in the finance department carried the torch and offered friendly service matched by no one. Treating people with respect sells vehicles!

Highly disappointed in service department. Recently we traded in a vehicle to buy a new 2021 F150 xlt. After only a short time my wife was driving down the road and hit a bump on the highway which knocked the alignment out. So we thought. After 2 weeks of the runaround my wife picked it up but told the guy that brought it up something was wrong and he told her its fine just drive it. She then got 10 min away from the dealership and the ball joint came out almost causing her to have an accident. She called the dealer and they were very hesitant to help until a lady realized she had just left. Now at the dealership back to the runaround situation again. After multiple attempts to get more information and our vehicle back I had 1 guy smile and laugh as I was voicing concerns. These folks truly do not care about their customers. I manage a mobile maintenance company where we service hundreds of these vehicles hence why I bought 1. After several attempts to get these issues resolved it continuously falls on deaf ears. Ridiculously unprofessional. I still havent heard a thing about my vehicle. Been a week,I am out a vehicle with kids. Been walking to work been walking the kids to school,only able to purchase what I can carry home as far as food. NO ONE has been kind enough to keep me up to date or even offer a loaner. I have extended warranty for what? Shauna didnt tell me the process, the headache. Savanah told me shed call me Friday,here it is Saturday.Does anyone there on that property understand how important it is to have a vehicle?

The experience was different than most other dealerships Ive been to. I was greeted at the door with a smile, and directed to the person I contacted through internet sales, Randal. He was busy with another client; so, he had Charles take care of me. Charles was great. Rather than giving me any awkward pressure-selling tactics, he was very genuine and conversational. He also gave me a tour of the facility and introduced me to various team members.

I really wish I can leave no star I was hit in September not to bad. Thought I take it to ford because I drive a Ford Expedition but okay mine is a 2010. Will the paint job was okay but not done correctly, the dents are still on my door my back driver door has water in the door WHY I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IT DIDNT WHEN I TOOK IT TO FORD. So my seats is a soft cream color they put the dirty running board on my back seat so know I have to get that cleaned. They had my truck for 2 yes 2 weeks, got paid to do a job but yes half way did the job. But I guess when you don’t drive a 2021 or 2022 you get a junk job. Never will I go back nor will I suggest anyone there. But my insurance paid them to fix it. And they left chemicals in my truck so my carpet is wet. Thanks a lot for a smelly car. Make sure to ask for Robert when you go.

I went in to get a replacement key for my car and they had me sorted out within an hour minutes give or take. Don’t get me wrong wait times and stuff can vary but for the most part it was decently fast. I also loved that they had good customer service, and I’d 100% recommend looking into them as I will be returning there for help whenever I run into future issues.

In April I bought an F-150 Platinum. Two weeks later, and with 566 miles on it, I discovered a major coolant leak. Apparently a coolant line was rubbing against the driveshaft and spewed coolant everywhere.I had the truck truck towed back to the dealership.That coolant line was supposedly on backorder and the dealer had no idea when it would come in. Their plan was to wait it out.I sent messages to Howard Herman, General Manager, through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, but he was non-responsive.I connected directly with Ford on Twitter and they were proactive. The part was found within a day, but apparently it was the wrong part. Another day wasted. Meanwhile, Howard Herman takes lots of pictures of his dog.Finally the Service Manager got involved and a temporary fix was made. In all the truck was gone for a week. When the actual part comes in theyll let me know.I think the lesson here is this dealership ultimately did the right thing, but they had to be pushed.**Update: Took my truck in for the permanent repair. Although the service rep told me it was a “quick fix”, I waited 4 hours. The lesson, don’t believe the WAG the service rep gives you. Just drop off and go back in a few days.

The service department at Northside Ford is the worst I have ever dealt with. Scheduling an “appointment” means nothing to them at all. This is the second time I have scheduled an “appointment” just to be told that I would have leave my truck there for 4-5 days before they could even look at it. In the interim, I am without a vehicle, or I get a rental at my expense. What is even more disappointing is that I took in my truck in response to a recall, and my truck is actually experiencing the problem described in the recall. I explained all of this when I made my appointment a week and a half ago. At that time, I was not told that the vehicle would have to sit there for almost a whole week before it was looked at. Again, this is the worst customer service I have experienced. Do not take your vehicle to Northside Ford unless you have time to waste.

My husband & I had a great experience with Jesse Fernandez with our truck buying experience. We were also pleased with Richard who handled all of the paperwork efficiently. My husband had test drove on Friday, but we wanted to think it over. So, Saturday we decided to go for it, but we would have to bring our 2.5 year old son. We called Jesse prior to leaving our house (about a 30 min. drive) to get the process started and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes. The truck was clean, had a full tank of gas, paperwork only needed a few signatures & we were on our way. It was truly our easiest & most enjoyable car buying experience to date. I would like to note Jesse & Richard got a lot accomplished in a small window of time & were ready for us the moment we arrived. We really appreciate that everyone communicated & worked so well together to make the process go so smoothly. Shopping for a truck/car be stressful, but every employee at Northside was helpful & pleasant. Pricing, negotiation & overall process was 10/10. Thank you!

Terrible customer service! They had our car for over three weeks, didn’t call once to give us update on anything. We had to chase them down to get anything accomplished. When the vehicle was finally ready for pick up, we were told that they had called us multiple times (which was not factual). Again, we had to call in order to find out completion status. Go elsewhere to get your cars worked on.

The sales man was so desperate to sell me a car that he misinterpreted it’s features. After showing interest in the car, he mistook the price and options, and only went to retrieve his manager once I was in my car, driving away. The manager was friendly, but also pushy and failed to answer any questions the sales person couldn’t. Despite this, he offered an even higher price and asked for a “non-refundable deposit”. The high pressure sales tactics made it difficult to make a deal. Maybe thats why I didnt buy, but mostly it’s because they know nothing about Fords.

My vehicle has been here for 4 weeks now. I had it towed here because the clutch went out. After two weeks of never being contacted about the vehicle I went in person to find out what was taking so long. They had my vehicle under a different persons name and phone number. Then I was quoted $3600 for the repair. I pulled up multiple websites that quoted half the price. We settled on $1800. The parts arrived today for the service. And they claim its going to take an entire week for my vehicle to be repaired. Its a clutch replacement, not an engine rebuild. I payed $300 in Ubers, $300 in towing, and told its still going to be be an entire week to be repaired. Theres no sense of urgency with this department. I gave this place another chance to earn my business after being told by a car salesman years ago that beggers cant be choosers. I went to another private seller and got the car I was looking for. The one they have left sitting in the parking lot for weeks now. I will never recommend this place. In fact I will tell everyone I know to never Buy from here or have their vehicle serviced.

Booked an appt here by accident instead of my normal dealership. That was really lucky for me since they are amazing. Significantly cheaper than my normal dealer. I want to start by mentioning that I have been a Northside Ford customer for over nine years, my service manager, Mr. Gary Conn, has always taken excellent care of me and all seven of my Fords. During my recent new vehicle purchase, I was truly impressed by the sales service provided by Mr. Jason Pelmear, he patiently waited for me, my wife, and daughter to arrive, even though it was late in the evening. Once I arrived and took the test drive, I was impressed by the F250 7.3L power and the luxurious cabin. Mr. Pelmear showed me and discussed all the safety features, particularly the towing capabilities which interested me the most. Mr. Pelmear allowed me to take the truck home and I returned the next day to finalize my purchase. Mr. Brandon was my finance manager and he provided me with the best possible interest rates. He did not attempt to sell me anything that I did not need, or add any superfluous accessories. Both gentlemen treated me with upmost respect and recognized my Military service throughout the transaction. One thing that I would ask to be improved, is the fact that my new $70,000.00 truck was not filled up with gas (as dealers customarily do) once I took ownership of the vehicle. I feel that 50 dollars worth of gas was something the dealership could have absorbed on a $70K sale. Nevertheless, my buying experience was made a pleasant one by Mr. Jason Pelmear and Mr. Brandon. My daughter was having issues with her 2018 Ford Explorer dying and not starting and leaving her stranded several times. She replaced the battery and had it checked at some service places but they could not find out what was causing the issue. Last time she got stranded she had vehicle towed to Northside Ford the closest dealer to her Stone Oak location. Dealership says they cant even look at it for 5 days. My daughter is a single mother and needs her vehicle to take her child to school, etc. They said she had some kind of warranty that should help cover repairs and some of the rental car. Of course they do not have any rental vehicles that are totally covered by the warranty but she would have to pay an extra amount each day for the rental. The dealership had the car for 8 days and they said they could not find anything wrong or replicate it and they didnt know what it was. They said they fixed some recall issued but that had nothing to do with the primary issue (more on this later). My daughter called and talked to them several times saying she is a single mother and does not want to keep getting stranded and that there is something obviously wrong and they just kept blowing her off. So we took the rental car back and they charged her over $300 because of some insurance coverage that they did not explain to her was not covered by the warranty. She then took the car to Cavender (formerly Grande Ford) because we know some people there. They said they found a couple of issues that it could be and ordered some parts. The fist thing they tried did not work but they knew and found right away that there definitely was an issue and did not just blow it off because they did not want to mess with it like Northside Ford. Cavender Grande also said whatever they did to fix the recall issue at Northside Ford they did it wrong and that it was going to have to be corrected. This was a very terrible experience at Northside Ford.

My husband and I bought a Toyota Corolla here in mid June 2020 and it is now August 6, 2021 and the temporary tags for our car are about to expire August 18, 2021. We hadnt heard a word from our sales person Amy or the dealership concerning our plates until we contacted them yesterday and were told they are tracking our plates down. I do not have confidence we will receive our plates before the temporary tags expire. So far not very good customer service at all.

Brought my Escape in for an oil change on Sunday. Was told it would be a two hour wait. Decided to stay and wait because they are usually on time. Two hours comes and go. Then 2.5 then 3. Around 3 hours in I sent to the front desk. They said I was “next in line”. I had to wait for another 1hr and 15 min. When I finally picked it up, no apology for the long wait. I’m mostly upset that I wasted my entire day off when I could have been at home waiting for a call. Please make sure the ETA is close to accurate.

I went to get some warranty work done, they fixed the check engine light ( it was a software issue) then they proceeded to tell me I needed all this preventative maintenance work done, it was over $1200. I looked at my manual and discovered they were making it up! They said since I was driving in S Texas all. This extra maintenance needed to be done. None of it was recommended by my owners manual or on the Ford website. They frankly made it up. Lost all credibility with me. I’ll go to a mechanic I can trust. And I will never buy another Ford from them as well!

You can schedule an appointment on the FordPass app, take a day off from work, show up, and be told we dont schedule appointments for oil changes, quicklane is first come first serve, and its a 3 hour wait.By design, this has wasted my time and that is a level of discourtesy and disrespect that I wont put up with. This specific service center sucks.I found Jordan Ford all the way across town. Their service center will schedule appointments for oil changes. If that goes well, they earned a customer for as long as I own this 2020 Mustang.

Absolutely dislike this dealership. Do not bring your vehicle here! I have been a loyal customer for many years and I will never buy a Ford again due to the service dept and how slow they are. I dont know who is in charge of running the scheduling for this dealership but someone needs to be trained better on time management. It should not take 8 days to get an appt then be told it could be another 5-7 days before we even diagnose your vehicle. In the meantime i’m left with no vehicle and potentially a rental bill.

I wish I could give them negative numbers. I buy a top of the line car or truck at least once a year. I considered buying a 83K Expedition from them. My 8 month old Explorer with 1,520 miles Platinum 4wd that I bought last fall. They offered me 20K less than I paid. I have bought four top of the line cars and trucks in three years.They don’t have another Explorer on mines level in stock.Aside from their lowballing your trade. Try to ask the service department a question. Everyone there will avert their knowledge of your presence. Being a retired senior officer I have had to use my command voice and deeply ask these pos “ do any of you actually WORK here?” Finally one will speak.I will never go to this place again!!

I called a week ahead and got the first available appointment to drop off my new vehicle for some issues that would be under warranty. I took the vehicle in and they told me it would be 4-5 DAYS before anyone could even look at my vehicle. Had I known they expected me to leave for car for most of a week, I would not have bothered to drive over there at all. The service rep told me there were 150 cars ahead of me. It was a Monday at 9 a.m. How are they that far behind a Monday morning? Terrible customer service from the reservation lady who was rude to the service team as a whole.

The service department here is horrible. Brought in my Fusion for repairs. I came in at 8am and they said I would have to do a consultation first. Then it’d take 3 to 5 days (not including the weekend) to get it fixed! Really? It takes that long to fix a car? I’ll find somewhere else. This is not the only Ford dealership in town.

A different service was performed and the experience was everything you could wish for. Northside Ford service department put Customer Service on the top of the list. Gary Conn and Chase Nevels stepped up and took care of our needs. The shop techs, transmission, need a round of applause for diagnosing and repairing the problem. We are definitely happy campers now. By the way, did you know that Northside Ford supports our military, got our discount, just sayin.Original feedback is below.Had an extensive amount of work/service done on our 2015 Explorer. I don’t even know where to start with my horrible experience with this dealership. I made an appointment to fix a recall in my airbags on Wednesday initially it was supposedly gonna be done in 1 day but when I got there to drop my car off I was told it would take 2 days. Ok so I pay for a Lyft for 2 days Wednesday and Thursday to then be called Thursday at the end of the day to be told my car still hadn’t been touched yet and they were unsure when it would be for sure done. I got upset but decided one more day and I’ll have my car back. Today my husband goes to pick up my car and it turns off on him on the highway! My car is a little old but maintenance is done regularly due to my dad being a mechanic for over 20 year. And I call them to get sent to voicemail. I’ll be contacting The Ford Company that sent me here to get my car fixed and filing with the BBB. In all honesty from all the reviews I’ve read sounds like they will mess up your card to charge for repairs or just put you in a new one.

Absolute worst experience. Took my mustang in for some warranty work. Evap core and rust spot on the hood. The work was completed and I received my car back dented and scratched. Dealership denied a claim for me to have it fixed elsewhere. I agreed to have there bodyshop complete the work. It has now been 4 MONTHS and still no calls or updates on the hood. The only positive experience was the SA went out of her way to get my hood replaced under warranty. Have plenty of people in our mustang club that has had the exact same experience. Avoid at all cost. Go to Jordan or Boerne.Look up the San Antonio S550 Mustang group on Facebook if you want to hear about all the bad reviews on Northside Ford.

I received my car back in the time promised and I was out the door rather quickly for a Saturday. Your shop was full but in spite of that it went well. I went to this Ford dealership this morning to get a tire checked out. Although the service department had multiple appointments and vehicles to service, they were able to take me in as a walk-in appointment. Christian and his staff were friendly, professional, and highly communicative! The tire was repaired free of charge, and considering the number of vehicles they were servicing, it was done quite rapidly (less than 2 hours). I really appreciate the time and dedication shown to their customers. I will definitely continue to come to this department for my vehicle service needs!

Great prices online, however they add $1,699.00 dealer items for stuff you probably dont want. Like $400 tint job that is low quality ( not ceramic) and poorly installed. Their prices dont show this online.Their online trade value tells you a much higher value than they will offer you when you get there. Between the two you wont end up with a good dealI will say Carl was a good salesman but when the financial manager showed up to give his pitch you could almost feel the slime with it... Just a bunch of BS from him, I felt dirty after talking to him...

I took my car in for recall work and this is how they returned it. They broke the drivers side mirror and bent the dash trim. They told me that I would have to come by when they order the parts. No rental! Now I have to come back on my time and wait until they did the two pieces. No rental! They should have kept it until they got the part in and fixed it. And provided a rental. I used to love Ford cars but their service needs fixing.Update: I did call your number and got a menu. NO ONE know about your comment or who I should speak to. Next time please give a name or a point of contact. And I am still driving with a broken mirror!!!

I tried to make a deal online. I was first called numerous times by different people. I then decided to apply online. Nobody followed up with me for hours. Then once the first bank denied me nobody followed up with me at all. I was asked the same question multiple times, zero active listening and definitely didn’t want my business once they realized it might take a little work and communication. I remember when some dealerships would focus on the customer, do what they could to help. Northside was the worst experience I’ve had out of multiple dealerships I’ve worked with in San Antonio.

Horrible experience and customer service!On the morning of 6/7/21 I had my 2014 Ford Fusion towed to Northside Ford for evaluation and repair. I called in the afternoon to check the status of the vehicle and was told that I had not been assigned a service advisor. The representative explained that until I was assigned a service advisor, I could not get an update on the vehicle.Around 2 pm that day, I called again and learned that my service advisor was Kaitlyn and requested to be connected to her extension. She was unavailable so I left a message for her to return my call. I did not receive a call, so I called once again around 3pm and was connected to Kaitlyn. She explained to me that she didnt know the location of my vehicle because the tow truck operator left the keys in the drop box instead of waiting to turn them over directly to a service advisor. I provided her with VIN to the vehicle, so she could locate it and get it in for evaluation and diagnosis.I did not hear back from Kaitlyn that day, so I decided to call back on 6/8 for an update. I spoke with Kaitlyn at 2:30 pm on Tuesday and learned that my vehicle had yet to be evaluated. I asked where in line it was, and was told that the system was down so there was no update she could give at the time.I made my next call on 6/9 at 10:00 am, and was told that Kaitlyn was with a customer. I asked to speak with a service manager and was told that they were all with customers or in a meeting. I then asked to speak with another service advisor and was transferred to Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn informed me that my vehicle still had not been evaluated. I asked where in line my vehicle was to be seen, and she told me that she didnt know. She proceeded to tell me that there are vehicles that have been there for weeks and have not even been looked at, let alone the repair process started. She blamed this delay on COVID-19, and a lack of parts availability. While I can understand this factor affecting turn around time, the lack of responsiveness in evaluation and diagnosis is completely unacceptable.I, in turn, had to make arrangements to have my vehicle moved from this location to a repair facility that was willing to provide timely service and a better customer experience.The processes at Northside Ford Service center are broken. There is an apparent lack of leadership in this organization that is leading to these issues. With each conversation, there was always external blame being assigned by Kaitlyn, either to the tow truck operator, the computer system, or COVID-19 and the lack of parts availability. She was rude and unprofessional and missed the opportunity to provide the level of customer service that is boasted by this organization. The leadership in this organization needs to take a hard look at not only their processes but overall customer satisfaction. It boils down to accountability, which is blatantly lacking at Northside Ford.

Called Northside Ford on Saturday 05/22/2021Talked with Janelle asked about a specific vehicle that was being advertised. Janelle promised to call me back Monday morning, I did not hear from her, ICalled her again, she promised to call me back in 15 minutes still no return call, I called her again I was transfered by her to another number to leave a message. I called the dealership again to talk to a different sales person. I talked with Jesse, I asked about the same vehicle, he said let me check on it.Jesse called me back said he had the keys and the vehicle come and get it. I let him know that I wasTwo hours away and that I was coming to buy the vehicle. After I arrived Jesse said another sales person came and took the keys from him 10 minutes earlier, he went to check on it when he came back heSaid that the vehicle had been sold. Im sure that was the fastest sale in thier history. I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life at a dealership. ETA: 3 days after writing this review with less than 3000 cumulative miles since purchase the transmission blew a seal while sitting in a parking lot in park. Contacted dealership to discuss. Still silence, no return calls.What do you get when you buy from Northside Ford?Trash talking the competition.Sleazy salesmanship... Like, the stereotypical used car salesman forked tongue bait and switch the hide the records kind of sleaze.Poor customer service.Vehicles that dont meet state or federal safety and environmental requirements.Illegal sales practices.When I purchased my Ford from Northside Ford I did so against my better judgement. When it took them two weeks to finally have it ready I followed through, against my better judgement.Lie after lie for why it wasnt ready. I should have walked away. I know this now and I knew it then. Which is why, when I walked in to request the service records for the items I requested prior to purchase, the items that were contractually obligated to be completed by then as a contingency of my purchase, I did so with the intent of eating my mistake and moving on. They set me with the service manager who immediately started dodging.They are electronic records and once we are done with a file its closed and we cant access it - no, that means you can just pull it up and print it, should make the job easier to her honest... (really? Do I look old enough to be that naive with technology? Try again.)Give me your email and Ill have someone send them over - no, its ok Ive got time. Ill wait.Well why do you want them? - why dont you want to give them to me? 🤔He huffed and disappeared into the back office. When he returns he refuses to give them at all now stating that its just not something they do. Andtheres no law requiring that we give you those - no, its called customer service.... Why are you bringing up legal requirements? Why are you so adamant that I dont get my hands on those records?Eventually I settled for a checklist and youll find it attached. Nearly everything is a lie, youll find the photographic evidence attached as well. I discovered the deficiencies less than 800 miles into owning the vehicle and it currently has less than 1500 miles driven on it as it was at my mechanic to diagnose any further issues.Every item I stipulated as requirements to be completed before my purchase were found to be incomplete. Silence from Northside.My stipulations:Flush and fill all fluids including differentials, transmission, coolant, and oils.Replace windshield.Replace corroded battery cable.Ensure no after market tuners were used or engine modifications were made (to the best of your ability)The Windshield is cracked 3/4 across - still.The battery cables were so corroded one actually snapped in half when i moved it by hand.The coolant reservoir was filled with metal filings and water, not coolant (photos attached). The hose from the reservoir to the radiator did not have a fastener resulting in a leak that drained all remaining fluid out 900 miles into driving it. - If the coolant was flushed and filled this should not be the case.A DPF delete tuner was found in the glove box. The DPF system is currently turned off - a violation of FEDERAL EPA REQUIREMENTS.The wiring harness was frayed in several places and the O2 sensor wires completely severed 500 miles into driving requiring a roadside MacGyver job to get me home. - Youll notice on the checklist they stated that all wiring was inspected and cleared.Silence from Northside Ford.Well, I tried playing nice. I tried to just eat my mistake and move on. All you had to do was give me the records and Id have moved on and let my mechanic fix what you didnt. All you had to do was not be shady.Purchased with 155xxx on the odometer.

All together, this team was the complete opposite of the standard impersonal, calculated dealership staff. Let me say we have bought multiple vehicles from Northside Ford and always take out vehicles back there for service and we have always appreciated there customer service this last time we bought a service plan that we were told would cover things that aren’t covered under warranty which we thought was a good idea, well let me tell you buyer beware it is the worst thing we could have ever purchased so far it hasn’t covered anything that they said would and none of the managers at Northside Ford from the service manager to the General sales manager have ever been helpful so basically the scammed us out of 6,000 dollars for a service warranty that is not worth anything. Will never buy another car from this location or take our vehicle there for service again.

I do not take my F150 for oil changes to the independent express drive thru oil service locations because of their lack of simple services such as not putting a new sticker on the windshield for your next service or reseting the oil life monitor (OLM) on the dashboard. However, when I choose to take my vehicle early, 7am, on a Saturday morning through Northside Fords Quick Lane and anticipate a longer wait than at those express drive thru locations, I totally expect that complete service. I didnt recieve either of those two simple tasks today and I only ask that the managers emphasize to their mechanics how this simple courtesy makes a huge difference in service to their customers. Otherwise, I have always had great service there. I will expect this complete oil change service at my next service there.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I paid $ 5,300.00 for a transmission change, the day after they gave me my supposedly fixed vehicle, it stopped working in the middle of the road, so I paid a tow truck to take my vehicle so that they would fix the error, They gave me the vehicle supposedly fixed and for the third time I took it back because it was making a strange noise and all because they had not installed the transmission correctly! I stopped taking my vehicle to any garage because I want to make sure I have a good service, I preferred to take it to the Agency where I originally bought my vehicle thinking that it is the best and most professional option, definitely any repair shop would have been better than Northside Ford, adding that I have barely 3 years with my ford explorer and it was already necessary to do a transmission change, definitely POOR QUALITY VEHICLES!!

The last thing I wanted to do was to leave a bad review because I know it affects the dealership. But before this review earlier today I wrote an email to internet sales manager(rob benavides) and CC to internet sales director( David Starnes) no avail. Explained to them the importance of customer satisfaction. Today my wife decided to purchase a vehicle via online through her employee discount using Abenity. My wife decided to surprise me by purchasing a 2021 f250 platinum. I usually do the buying/negotiating when buying. In the past when buying we get a PO and finance with our bank but there is always some resistance when not doing in house financing. When she submitted her application she was pre approved at 3%interest. Before proceeding she decided to show me the purchase order and I see there was some after market(paint protection) and theft program options included that were 1,500, the sales person said that the internet sales manager had said such fees were mandatory and were not to be taken off due to the truck was already at a good price. sales person said truck will be tinted on Monday and will be extra if I wouldn’t buy now. I explained to sales person we have bought vehicles in past and such options have been optional. Sales person remained adamant so clearly I get upset and tell her the deal is off and give the phone to my wife. My wife call the internet sales manager to explain why those fees were mandatory and his words were the sales person had complained that I had cursed at sales person over phone and he was no longer doing business with my wife. My wife tells me what manager had said so I called several times to speak with internet sales manager to clarify such false accusations. I called several times and was told the manager was busy and repeatedly transferred where they would hang up. Ironic, because he was always answering my wife when dealing with him. So I clearly moved on to take my business else where. As I mentioned in email to manager he obviously did not care as to hear what I had to say and hear both sides of story. Internet director went on to say they wouldn’t be doing business with me. The internet sales director told my wife that the manger had heard me screaming at sales person which was a lie. Not once did he mention how they could make things better as to customer satisfaction. Hope they have recorded lines to review such incident. Hope the owner from dealership finds out what kind of personal they have under management. I was willing to make the 5 hour drive but obviously they didn’t care. Like I said probably going in person would of been a different experience but as per my wife the online process was a hassle and feels she was being taking advantage with such apparently mandatory fees.

Never get a car from this dealership or ford. At the beginning they were very helpful and nice, but when I decided to do a buyout on my lease. They do not help you at all. I think it is because they do not get any commissions or money out since they got it when they lease me the vehicle. Thanks to them. I will never buy a vehicle from ford due to this horrific experience. If you try to do the buyout process at another dealership. They will tell you that there is a FILING FEE of $$$.

Don’t buy from this dealership. When I bought my Ford Explorer there I was told by the sales rep that there was adaptive cruise control. I took his word and didn’t test drive it and found out it didn’t have adaptive cruise control. I should’ve test drove it or said something after purchasing the vehicle but I just never got around to it. I’m writing this now because I’m looking into purchasing another vehicle and because of this rep I wouldn’t ever buy a Ford again. Shop around. Don’t buy from the first dealer. AND don’t take a sales rep word without verifying what they are telling you.

Bought a 2019 mustang gt, had it for two months and it is already acting up, Low RPM and bogging. hesitation and throws a light. This is a known issue with ford and have made forums to let techs know this is a VCT issue and to first cycle the VCT to diagnose. brought my car in and had a three day wait time before a tech could even see the car. tech had the car in his bay for one hour or less according to the conversation i had with the service manager. tech said he did not see or replicate an issue and the light was not one, no code given. once i got the car back, i noticed the ticket gave a paraphrased description of the issue, all my details thrown out the window only to state, customer says the car wants to die, how is a tech supposed to do anything with that?! as soon as i started to drive off, i didnt even get to the main entrance when the car started to bog and idle dropped to 300 rpm. i had to take the car to another dealership. poor service and poor diagnostics.

Would NOT recommend this place for body work. My parents vehicle was involved in an accident since it is a Ford we took it to the ford dealership. It’s been a month. We kept calling to see what the status was and it was waiting on parts, for a month?! But finally they tell us it’s ready (oh and let’s keep in mind we live in Oklahoma we were there visiting family for the holidays). I take a 5 hour drive and the paint is dried dripping, the radiator looks to be leaking. And now we have to wait again for them to fix the issue. Would never use this dealership again!!!

Very disappointed with Northside Ford. We’ve brought my husbands King Ranch to get serviced here multiple times and brought it in Tuesday with an appointment and it STILL hasn’t been serviced. We’ve received no calls from the service center and have had to reach out for updates which there are none. I don’t understand why we’d be directed to make an appointment to let the truck sit for days which is desperately needed to commute to work.

I had lightning strike my Edge this summer. Gary Conn was who I worked with and I must say he was thorough, factual and considerate with his communication. Could not have sorted out what happened and the insurance, without him. I made the mistake of taking my car to Northside Ford Service about three years ago for a suspension/transmission repair. It took them OVER 6 (SIX) weeks to complete the repair!!My car is in need of another repair so I went online and scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at (in hopes they corrected the previous poor performance of the Service Department). Gary Conn, Service Advisor (or should I say LACK-OF-SERVICE Advisor called me a few hours later and stated that I would need to drop my car off and it would be 7 or 8 (SEVEN or EIGHT) days before they could look at my car and diagnose the problem.I then scheduled an appointment with Jordan Ford Service on I-35 and was told the diagnoses, repair time, and cost (including any warrantied items or labor) would be available to me within 48 hours.7-8 days versus 2 days..... Choose wisely!!Addition:Dropped my car off at Jordan Ford this morning about 07:45. Just received call (only 8 hours later!!!) that my car is repaired and ready for pickup. Oh, and BTW, because I chose Jordan Ford Service, I received 12.5% car rental discount from Enterprise.

Anytime you need him and his time he is more than willing to answer at your call to serve you and any of your family. 4 vehicles I have purchased from northside thanks to this man. Only because I like working with him. I first walked into his office to see many salesman award plaques and I soon found out why. Because he is willing to make it happen. I seen 5 other salesman in their office playing on phones looking at the ceiling and 7 others outside waiting for customers to walk to them but not Mickey, hes hustling. I literally left 3 voicemails over the span of a week and called a dozen times it seems. Never would answer or call me back. We ended up driving 45 minutes to the store. Within 10 minutes we found someone in finance who would help us. So this is the review for Blanca Montoya who chose not to return calls or do her job. Because of this we have chosen to do business with red mccombs. They will get our business for her new expedition and my super duty. So in the name of business, laziness cost you $130k.
