On vacation from Utah. Came out to our window smashed out, we’d been robbed during the night. We called around no everything seemed like it was going to take a long time, as in at least a week, to get it fixed. San Antonio glass told us they’d get it done within an hour and a half! And they totally delivered on their promise. It was less time than we thought and the staff were extremely courteous and pleasant. Would recommend to anyone for a stress free experience!

The quality of customer service is not what was expected from a professional business. The business would not honor a warranty related issue. I was recommending people to their business before this situation, because I was pleased with the original service. Now, I am unhappy will express that as well.

Did quality work for great price. I contacted 4 places. They were the only ones who could schedule me in within a couple days. Compare them to safelite. Beat their price hands down. And the installer was professional and courteous. Highly recommend you check them out before buying from the rest.

I called to get a quote and was told they would call me back in 20 minutes. I didn’t receive a call back so I called again. They told me the person that was helping me was on the other line and they would call me back. I still haven’t received a call back.

I bought a car from BlueBonnet Dodger in New Braunfels 2 weeks ago and they schedule to have my whole windshield replaced. I drove 1 hour and 15 to have my windshield replace. Which one of your staff members came to replace and left. When I drove off I happend to stop at the store when I saw that they had not replace the rubber seal that would seal the glass at the bottom. That is not how my windshield was and that is not how I except the service in return. I quickly went back to the dealer and showed them the poor workmanship done on my car. 2 of your service members called me back and told me that was the way they it should be and that the window was clearly seal. I told them that I could see all the way to the bottom where the glass would sit. The rubber was very loose. I could literally put all of my index finger in there due to the gap. The last person I spoke with there at your office stated that he had been doing this for 20+ years. He then told me that if I wanted that seal then I should get with the dealer. That is really sorry that you all ponder your poor workmanship back to the dealer. When it was not the dealer fault. I am grateful for the great leadership at Blue Bonnet dodge and did what you all should have done in the first place. My windshield was seal before you all touched it. SA auto glass didnt follow though and handed it back the same way.Very sloppy workmanshipYnette Rodriguez

Called monday about getting my drivers side window repaired, Liz was extremely friendly and sweet and set me up with an appointment asap. Went in for my appointment and Dennis had the window repaired very quickly and the price was very affordable. Definitely coming back if needed.

Our family traveled to SA from Dallas in June and an 18wheeler pick up a rock and shattered our passenger window. Toyota either didn’t have the window, not able to fit us in their schedule, or price was ridiculous. They told us to tape it and park it at the hotel, which was the last thing we were trying to do on a 3 day vacation.Thank God for SA Autoglass. Their location was a little distant from ours but we taped our window drove slow and made it there fine. Same day service was great ALL the way around.I’m a teacher from Dallas and my family and I are grateful for this business.Thank you guys, God Bless!, and if your in this situation pray and try to stay positive.Best Reagrds!

Due to the hailstorm last week, I had to replace my windshield. SA Auto Glass provided fast service at a good rate. I definitely will do business with them again.

Lizz was really helpful, she explained the cost and time it would take to replace the windshield. The technician got all the shards glass on the interior he cleaned up after the work was done . It took less than a hour.

Perfect Experience! Safelite wanted 3x what these guys charged for the exact same after-market glass.- Response was near immediate with a solid quote- Work was done quickly and the guys showed up on time- Work was done professionally and they cleaned up after they were done.

This is the 3rd time we used their service. Always on time. They go above and beyond in the service they provide, cleaning up the broken glass from the windshield they replaced after a forklift tapped on our window. The staff are great!! The price cant be beat!! Almost $200 less than Safelite.

I Came from Karnes City to get the back window replaced on my truck, had the glass in stock. The truck was taken back before the appointment and was finished in half an hour. I recommend SA Auto Glass to anyone in need of windshield replacement!

My windshield was completely shattered on the passenger side, San Antonio Auto Glass was not my my first choice when I originally scheduled an appointment with Maldonado Auto Glass, However MAG did not show up at the set time for my appointment therefore i had to now find a different shop. San Antonio Auto Glass was one of the first suggestions on google besides Safelite. I decided on San Antonio mainly because I prefer to support local businesses rather than corporate companies. Their tech came to my workplace and diligently worked on my truck, before i knew it he was cleaning up, packing his tools and handing me the bill (which was very very fairly priced). 6/5 stars! will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family as well as using them in the future in the case i need a different window repair!

I have been a loyal customer of San Antonio Auto Glass for more than 10 years. They did a fantastic job then and still continue to deliver great service. A few days ago I called to schedule a windshield replacement for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma with Go-Pro camera mount. They arrived at my home within the timeframe as indicated over the phone and completed a thorough job within 20-30 minutes. The two repairmen were well mannered and wasted no time in installation of new windshield. The price is still great as it was 10+ years ago. I highly recommend these folks for their stellar service and commitment to offering great products at a great reasonable price.

Called San Antonio Auto Glass out of the blue and already on the road headed toward San Antonio. They were the 3rd call I made. The first didnt answer and the 2nd couldnt replace my windshield until the following day, and $200 more. Im sitting in their waiting room for about an hour eating my breakfast taco. Dont make the same mistake I made, call San Antonio Auto Glass 1st!!!

Amazingly prompt and courteous service provided at more then reasonable prices, and didnt even have to leave the house. Its like the old saying goes quality work aint cheap, and cheap work aint quality!

Too many issues with this company. Company claimed they call me on a Thursday and left a voice mail message to install glass on Friday yet I had no missed calls and no voice message. Scheduled installation for Monday the following week and on that day, no call and no show by the installer. I reached out to company and was told they had not received the glass despite them telling me they had received it on Thursday of the prior week. Rescheduled appointment for first job on Tuesday between 9:30am and 1pm. I did have a missed called and called installer back at 9:38am. He said he had gone to other job and is supposed to come later today. Had I not paid 1/2 the glass payment up front, I would have canceled and gone with another company. Never again! Dont use this company.

Went here in the beginning of June 2018. Called and spoke to someone about getting a new windshield for my car. Liz was very helpful and worked with me on getting the photos. She got the glass in and worked on my car in the same week that I called to get it replaced. They were very quick and priced great. I would recommend them over anyone in the area. They are a lot cheaper than Safelite and did just as well or even a better job. Definitely will recommend them to anyone I know.

It has been one week since they repaired the windshield in my car and everything is working fine. Was able to get a same day appointment and done within the promised time at a much cheaper price. The car has been though the car wash and no problems on the windshield.

Everyone there was incredibly helpful and nice. The waiting/reception area was clean and comfortable. I called and was told to come in immediately. The repair (98 Jeep window stuck in door) took as long as they said, and the price was the same as I was told on the phone. Would recommend!!

We called because their ad online clearly states they can replace your windshield with no deductible out of your pocket. We called and was told ots $195. Hmmm thats is out of pocket. They are lieing in their advertising.Quite:Call San Antonio Auto Glass Before Filing An Insurance Claim In some cases we can even waive your deductible so the auto glass replacement is at no cost to you. Remember that if you do decide to call your auto glass insurance company first, YOU have the right to choose the Austin auto glass shop of your choice.

Unfortunately the worse service and communication experienced. A lack of customer service in management and follow through process. Team Alamo should not earn the title of Team in its business name. An establishment that does not value installation or service. Next time Ill stick with a more well know establishment of service and value.

Awesome folks at TEAM Auto Glass! The drivers side power window regulator broke in our company 2005 Ford E150 van, and the window would not stay up. Dealer wanted $450 to fix it. Called TEAM Auto Glass, and they quoted me a flat $75 for labor and $149 for the parts. They told me to come down immediately, and within 45 minutes it was done. This regulator was not easy either, it was riveted in. The rivets had to be drilled out and replaced with nuts & bolts. They ladies in the office are very nice and know their business.

Took my wifes volkswagon passat for car rear door window replacement recently. Job performed was well done. Everyone at the shop was professional and a class act to work with!!

They replaced my windshield after our bad hail storm. They were quick and professional getting me setup with an in-house appointment. Once i was there i was in and out under an hour. GREAT SERVICE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was in town for work and shattered the windshield in my Toyota Celica by running into a cattle gate. Unfortunately, I had to drive to Corpus Christi that evening and no one was willing to see me that day, until I called Team Alamo.The squeezed me in at the end of the day and got me up and running so I could make the drive that evening. This was a year ago and my windshield is still as good as the day they day it. No chips or cracks. I decided to write this review when I randomly noticed today how good of a job they had done setting the new windshield in place. Very even and done right.Thanks again guys, after 1 year, I owed you this review.

Over the phone I was told the same glass without the Ford sticker. It was not the same. It was a lesser version. Factory shields have an acoustic shield and so do after market versions. The one they told me was the same, doesnt have the acoustic barrier so it makes for a loud ride in my truck. I asked to get it replaced with the one I asked and they wanted to charge me the full amount of a new replacement. Not to mention, they didnt install the windshield properly. The rain sensors dont work which is something I was up charged for...pathetic.

The team at Alamo auto glass were very friendly and got my vehicle in right away. Not only was it completed super fast but they got me in within the hour and they did great work at a great price.Tammy in the front helped me out and answered all the questions I had.

Absolutely terrible!!! Told me they would have a vehicle out to my house by 11:00, didnt arrive until 17:30. Missed school, Missed work and then to make everything perfect they call me 30 minutes after the tech has been out in my truck to tell me that oops they sent him out with the wrong glass and they wont be able to get it today and will have to come back out in the morning!!!!!! Also the tech doesnt have any wrap or anything to secure the gaping hole where my window used to be so I better hope it doesnt rain or that no one decides to ratf@ck my truck while Im sleeping since it took so long the whole neighborhood knows my windows broken out!! Absolute amateur hour with this place!! spend a few bucks more and go with Safelite or anyone else for that matter dont bother with these clowns!

Terrible experience made a appointment with them the day before for a sunroof replacement. Made a appointment for 10 am the next day. I drove over 45 minutes to get to them, and they had me set up for a windsheild appointment!!! I especially talked to the individual on the other end of the phone for over 15 minutes about especially a sunroof replacement for 225. They told me $500 after I got there... What a rip off! These people dont know how to communicate with costumers at all!!!! What a waste of my time!!!!! :(

The installation to replace my 2001 Tacoma windshield was FIRST rate.They came out to my workplace and did the replacement quickly...say a little over 35-mins.The only reason for the (4) stars is that i had originally was in contact with them by my insurance company as a recommendation. The person I talked to gave me a time and quote... on that day I waited and then eventually called. They had no record of me talking or scheduling... weird... whats even more weird... no other company called about replacing the glass... so I am positive it was not anyone else.So that same day they scheduled the appointment and the work was done.I would use them again.Only suggestion is to obtain an workorder number as a means to track the request.Not just by the phone number or name.

Horrible experience. Armando the manager is super bad at his job. They were supposed to install on 2/4/17, but it came in scratched. They have no voice mail, so I had to chase them down all week to reschedule. When the installer arrived, he didnt have the right part, so I had to settle for the garbage weather stripping they keep in the back of the truck. I called the manager Armando to complain and because I was unhappy, he wanted me to pay up front! Stay away from the fly-by-night operation. They dont care about you

Team Alamo was crazy fast! It took me longer to get there and back home than it did for them to replace my driver side window after a break due to a theft. Priced right. Friendly.

We changed the time to have our repair done. So we followed up and the man said he was on his way. Three hours later and no one arrived. Another follow up and said the man would be here at 6. Then manager got on the phone and was VERY unprofessional, Wouldnt waste your time with even their own manager being disrespectful.

Our repairman did a great job. Showed up on time and was done within 40 minutes. I would definitely use Alamo again.

Price was easily the best around. The technician was about 30 minutes late, which wouldnt be that bad except that they give you a 5 hour window, so that was a little annoying. He worked very quickly and had the job done in about half the time I expected (30ish minutes to replace a side window), vaccuumed all the glass and cleaned up after himself. After he was done and I was paying, he tells me that my window regulator is broken so I shouldnt open or close it until thats fixed... Ive never had any issues with the window before, so that worried me, but he made it sound very minor and left before I could test it. When I did, the window would go down fine, but would only close about halfway and way to the side unless I guided it up with my hand. Theres no way this was a preexisting issue. Supposedly the work is warrantied, so Im in the process of seeing if theyll take care of it, but Ill have to drive all the way across town if they agree to fix it. I was going to get my windshield replaced as well, but now... Im not sure the lower price is worth it. UPDATE: So far the manager hasnt returned any of my calls.

I called early and got the 139 special. Took around an hour. Girls were nice at the counter. Has a family-owned atmosphere. The girls were talking about what to get for lunch and the obnoxious man was pretty rude to them. Heard the man calling a customer saying they were swamped and they had to reschedule for a later time, but I was confused because I was the only car being serviced.
