Purchased replacement windshield wiper blades here a week ago. Went back to ask them if they could attach them for me. They sent an associate outside to our parking spot and the young man did it quickly and effortlessly. The wipers are working great in this rainy weather weve been having lately.

Well, I thought I would be quick, in and out,, but was there for 30min just getting windshield wipers, poor customer service and no bag.

Did not know how to measure an industrial v belt or how to look one up. I asked the parts manager and he could not help

The store closes at 1000pm. I walked in at 915 and needed a few hand tools to fix my vehicle. I had no ID but the manager trusted me and let me use their tools. I then proceeded to assess my vehicle. At 959p.m. I identified the problem and Monica the manager along with Marian allowed me to browse the serpentine belt isle and even helped me match my old belt with their new belts. After hours.After 20 min. We successful found the correct size, I made my purchase, and was allowed to finish the repairs in their parking lot. Great experience. Great ladies. I got it running and made it home.

Although the store was extremely busy - the staff was courteous amd helpful. I had several engine lights on - they loaned me their handheld diagnostic computer to use. Today Saturday September 26, 2020 about 9:00 am we went into the store to purchase a Thermostat we had questions so we asked the clerk that was at the register and she did not seem to k no one the answer so she called out for Rudy who seems to be the manager. Rudy totally ignored her and kept on stocking. My Husband then called his name and tried getting his attention and he would not turn and come and help. As we left the store with the wrong part my husband says “thank you Sir for your help” then Rudy turns and does not say a word. We ended up going to another location on Military and Bynum where they exchanged the wrong part and gave us the right one. A manager is suppose to help and make sure the store is running properly and that the customers are happy, in this case we were very unhappy. I called the store 30 minutes later and Monica the assistant manager said he was off today and placed me on hold for more than 5 minutes. I told Monica I was just there and Rudy was there and all she kept doing was putting me on hold so I hung up and called back and another female who was kind answered and I asked for corporates number and she gave it to me. We will be sure not to go to this store location again and I hope something is done about this and that this will not happen to anyone else.

They are typically cheaper than oriellys auto parts and when they are not they will match or beat others prices which is a plus for our small mobile mechanic business

So I just walked out of this place. And the guy that was helping me coughed. So I told him to cover his mouth next time. Of course no apology was said. Then decided he wants to play around and start coughing and sneezing when Im at the other part of the store. Even one of the other employees tells him God going to punish him. Dude just laughs. Very unprofessional.

Poor knowledge of tools and services offered. We called 2 different Autozones asking for a specific tool by name. Both times guaranteed they have said tool. Only to drive across town to rent said tool and they dont even rent or carry it. No one takes responsibility for being the person that said yes we have said tool (apparently they are management). This is day 2 of going to these stores making a 3 hour job into a 2 day job. Please retain your managers before allowing them to train your new hires!😡😡😡😡

Asked for part to be transferred early at 9am. The employee told me part should be there by 3pm. Got off work at 5pm. Rushed over but part not there after waiting 45 mins in line. Had to go to advance auto parts. Got what I needed fast but unfortunately shop that I had to be at closed. Thanks to AutoZone and their poor service had to leave car and walk 3.5 miles home. Will never visit that store again. Slow. Poor Customer service. Unwilling people.

It seems like Autozone is struggling to Oreillys competition. I buyed some tire blocks priced at 7.99 and when at the register they were 8.99 !! I took a photo at the price tag and the lady said it was a different item !. Thinking of definitely switching to Oreillys !!
