I took my car because of a check engine light. I was told that Mercedes is not currently manufacturing the part. When I asked the advisor how not fixing my car would affect it, I was told that eventually it would be an issue but not in the foreseeable future. I decided to take my car to the dealership so that they could check it out and so that it would not get worse. My initial quote to repair the problem had they had the part was $900. Mercedes said that what was going to happen eventually happened and now its going to be $5000 to repair. Mercedes also said that they did in fact have the part. I contacted Brian to discuss what was going on. Brian was initially minimally helpful and said that he would contact Mercedes to verify that they did in fact have the part. He told me that he spoke to someone in parts and they did not have it. I explained that my service advisor at Mercedes stated that they did have the part and thats when he began to yell at me telling me that he would not be in the middle of this. He also questioned the fact that his employee told me that it would be eventually and said that they cant make that call. I explained that his employee did in fact make that claim and it seems that would be logical for him to do as this was based on the service technician who is trained not diagnose and repair vehicles. I have never been treated so poorly by a company that prides themselves in customer service. The level of disrespect was so unbelievable. I would NOT recommend taking your vehicle to this place. Yes they are cheaper up front but as you can see by the reviews, ultimately it ends up costing WAY more than it would have, had it been taken to the dealership. Brian also told me that there was no one else that would help me. He provided me with the managers name and said that he would give him my contact info but he probably wasnt going to be calling me. Don’t use this place!!!

I brought my vehicle in knowing it had a small oil leak, needed an oil change, tune up and brake job. Before they worked on my car, they explained how there was in fact a small oil leak and that I did need new brake pads. At no time did they try to up sell or pushy.. They then did the work that same day and I was ready to pick it up that next morning. I’m proud to say that MERCEDES SERVICE stands behind what they say. I originally took my Mercedes convertible to a dealer for the actuator going out in the convertible top, they told me the cost was $4000, fortunately a friend told me about this place so I called and got Eric who was extremely professional and they got the job done the next day and my bill was $950! I cannot brag enough on how Eric handled this job for me. Excellent! Unfortunately today when I called to talk about getting my freon added they said Eric no longer works here. I hope I get the same quality service as I did when Eric was there but if I dont I will make sure to update my comments accordingly, they need to do whatever it takes to bring Eric back because he is instrumental in my positive evaluation of this company and it looks like others also positively commented on Eric specifically.

I accidentally called them instead of the dealership and he proceeded to inform me that they do the b service that I needed for cheaper (I called the dealership, its $200 cheaper.) and that he was master certified when he used to work for Mercedes. I was very very happy to have stumbled upon him and my husband was pleased as well. Additionally he was nothing but friendly and professional (and also does bmws by the way). I cant tell you how happy I was to stumble upon them. Eric was who I spoke with. Also I confirmed with the dealership that going here does not void the warranty or anything as long as you are taking care of the car and getting it serviced (keep the receipt just in case).

These guys are real pros. Factory trained, highly experienced and over the top service attitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Benz or Beamer.
