They did a great job fixing the air-condition in my truck for less than the dealer was asking for. Ice cold, even here in the West Texas Desert at 110°F. It took them a little bit longer but they were very busy. Recommend them anytime.

THINK TWICE before coming here. Against my own reluctance to take it somewhere, I took mine 2006 Ford F150 for a AC service evaluation because it seem to be cooling less than usual but still cold. After paying $80 I was told the refrigerant was low and that the charge would be another $250 to add some. So I decided to not have it charged. When I got there the AC was not blowing cold AT ALL now. I spoke with technician who worked on my vehicle and he rattled 10 things that he found wrong and that the freon must have leaked out of the service ports and that he also noticed my fan clutch was out and system was OVERCHARGED tech suggested a complete replacement of compressor, service ports, drier and expansion valve and that it would cost approximately $1500. I left and added 1 can of Freon to my system and now its working just fine. Also, while I was in the office waiting I overheard another conversation another tech was having and he told them the same exact thing and quoted them over the phone a $1500 repair cost. Sounds like a pattern to me. I WONT GO BACK.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable all of the staff. Especially by Troy. I had called several other places, and this one stood out by the customer service, and knowledge. I felt very comfortable having them service my vehicle.

They were great all the way through, I brought it in at like the cracked of dawn for an inspection and they had it done within an hour and a half time. They were so patient and sincere. Best costumer service I have ever seen in such a long time and even when I wasnt sure about paying for the estimated work later on they were dedicated to ensuring I could pay one way or another. My ac has never been the same after having them service it. Used to work great went in to get it recharged and it came out with problems it never had. Of course these new problems arent covered with the warranty and now I need thousands worth of repairs? lol good job scammers.

Went to this place in the south side of San Antonio, thinking that this place was good since they have been in business for a long time, had my son take his truck to get a quote to repair his whole ac system, and they wanted to charge him over $1400.00 for the whole ac kit, so I told him to go somewhere else to save him some money, and that place they were going to charge waaaayyyy less, but my son being stubborn went back to carlisle’s and told them that he had on him $200 less from quoted price and they said no we can’t do it. So he left carlisles upset. They turned around and call him back 5 minutes later and said that they will take what he has and NOT charge him another penny. Remember they had already gave him a quote 1 week prior. So he dropped his truck off early in the morning about 9 am and they said that it will take a whole day to finish it. 6 pm comes around closing time and we are there to pick it up. And they come back to him and tell him that it’s not ready, that something else needs to be done, and AND there will be additional charge for that part. And so my son accepted it and said that he will be back the next day for his truck. Then come to find that they told if he don’t pay the full amount that he will NOT have the warranty for the repair. I was furious, but my son wouldn’t let me talk to the manager. Now the truck was ready the next day at closing. And they had charged an additional $100 on top of what quoted to him. My son being a responsible man went ahead and paid the whole amount in order to get his truck ac running. And I just want to say that I don’t think that this place I would NOT recommend to anyone. And my son said that he will not be going back. I leave this company in God’s hands and let them be judged. They are not an honest company.May 2021

Went to these folks after a recommendation. Original place I went to spoke of one problem nothing else. These folks are very thorough after their diagnosis there were several problems. These folks fixed everything and did it for a great price. Better price than I expected. Stay away!I brought my van here a while back to find out why the ac wasn’t blowing cold. They said it needed an entire new system for $1,500 because of a leak. This was interesting to me since it had never lost Freon. I asked where the leak was and he couldn’t tell me. He said it was in the back somewhere and they would have to take it apart to find it. I smelled BS big time so I paid their fee and got out. My van was returned to me with a dead battery and a completely discharged AC system. Wow! Fast forward to this week, after finding a good honest mechanic who vacuumed the system and said it held vacuum, meaning it was leak free. He then recharged it and the ac is now blowing icicles! All for $120. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. These people are crooks!

Called ahead of time to reserve a part... Even called 30 min. Before they closed to notify that I will be there at 2:55 pm. They reassured me that they had the part ready. When I arrive at 2:55 a lady is locking the door and says that they decided to close early... and everyone left already....at this point im livid...I want to confront the person I spoke to. I want to know why they didnt keep their word. 45 min. Later im finally driving away...because actions have consequences. I made the decision to move on. I hope next time they dont close early and follow their scheduled store hours.
