Great service, honest staff and excellent labor. Mr. Falcon is a very knowledgeable mechanic and helped me saved around 2000 dlls on the parts and labor of the air suspension of my Ram 1500.

Guy seams super lazy asked him for a price he shined a flashlight on my wheel and said my front end was shot didnt give me much information on how or why it was shot when I asked said I need to lift it up and look at it then walked away might be good for tires I would avoid any major mechanic work here

Realized we had a nail in our tire after leaving a nearby restaurant, and went to the discount tire down the road on Bandera. They wouldn’t even acknowledge us to put air in our tire. Googled nearby tire shops and found Falcons. They got us in as soon as we arrived, and were able to repair the tire in less than 10 minutes. Price was also very very reasonable. Friendly and fast service, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Always has the best prices on anything my vehicle needs. I get quotes from other places and this places is always the least expensive. The business is very very busy so there’s always a wait to get your vehicle back. If that’s ok with u then I recommend coming here.

Falcon tire shop did a great job on my Toyota Tundra they changed out my rims and tires all four, for a different set that I had bought and upgraded my driver and passenger mirrors also that I bought. And I had a second truck that I also needed for the rims and tires to be swapped out. And they did it in less than 3 hours. Very good service when you call I asked him if they can change out the headlights in the mirrors and they said yes and had no problem I recommend them!👍

This is the worst repair shop!!! The owner who is a mechanic just guesses on the issue and sells and replaces parts without a good reason. They make it seem as if you are getting a deal, but they are really just tricking you to get more money from you. They take advantage of the lack of knowledge of their customers. The initial issue with my vehicle wasn’t even resolved and they do everything possible to not have to honor their warranty. If I could give them zero starts I would. I will never go back there and I do not recommend that anyone gets auto repairs at this place!

We have been coming to Falcon since 2014 for tires and tire repair. Great service and very friendly. They sell cars too. They were amazing on getting us in a vehicle when we needed one! And they worked with us. Out all the places we looked at vehicles Falcon/ Car Sales were the most honest friendly and so easy to work with. I honestly can say everyone here is so friendly from the owners to the staff. They will always have our business!

They didnt have mobile service

As someone that is new to San Antonio, I didnt know any great, experienced mechanics. I took a chance with falcon and I was very pleased and satisfied with them. They have excellent costumer service. What really impressed me was that NOE took the time and accompanied me to AutoZone to make sure I got the part I needed. Thank you for such a great work on my f150. Its still working great. All for a fair price. I really recommend Noe to anyone that is new or native to San Antonio.

Best place i Have ever gone to for any vehicle that needs work. Very reasonable prices and they do one hell of a good damn job. I had take my car to one place to replace my brakes and turn my rotors then I happen to get in the highway going out of town then my car starts shaking get back into town and pull up to falcon automotive and they test drove my vehicle and they said it’s your brakes and rotors I told them I just got that done the other day. Turns out the other place didn’t turn the rotors they just placed the new brake pads, I ended up having to replace my rotors and get new brake pads. Once that was done my car ran just like new again. I never doubt this place anytime I go there I’m helped right away no wait time no hassle for me. I have met the greatest people there the owners and the workers.

I have been going here for almost 4 years and they have always given me honest estimates and timely repairs. Get my tune ups here as well fast perfect service. Honestly I dont let anyone else work on my 4Runner even after moving to Corpus Christi I schedule my visits to San Antonio and also to Falcon because Noe is the only one I trust with my truck. I have been burned before and lied to so its hard to find someone that is going to be honest and have good prices too. If you need work done Noe and Falcon Tire Shop is your way to go. No problems so far and I am confident none will arise.

I was very disappointed in the service I received at the Falcon tire shop. I came to get a used tire and after only two weeks the tire blew out while I was on the highway. Since it wasnt an object that caused the tire to blow, but the tire itself, I assumed a replacement wouldnt be an issue. Well that was not the case, they said they didnt have any warranty on used tires and it was probably my fault. You need to keep an eye out for your tire pressure during the summer, tires can blow out easily during this time of year I have a fairly new car and I definitely dont off road in my free time. I was simply driving. I was sold a bad tire and was initially told I would have to pay the full price for a replacement. After repeatedly telling them I had just bought the tire I was given a discount that wasnt fair. Please beware!! I will be warning others not to come here and I myself will not be returning.
