Caught them when they were having their sample sale. They have a lot of nursery items that are high quality and a fair price. Their customer service was really good as well, it is family owned with a lot of friends involved. My only issue with them was that they didn’t have very many boy things, just mostly girls. Overall a fun and good experience

I placed an order almost a month ago and the order was never received. No phone number and contact info on site would not work. $50 lost really sad.

I love coming to this store for all things baby. It is on the pricier side, but the quality is really good & it’s a boutique - so pricing will reflect “boutique” pricing. It’s worth it to get gifts that are unique, extremely cute, and good quality.

Clothing is exceptional. Swaddles are soft and perfect for a baby. However, I removed one star because shipping is a bit delayed, and the quality of the crib sheet, bags, and baby blanket werent the greatest but definitely still worth it.

They always ask if Im looking for anything specific and let me know new items theyve gotten since I was last there. I always feel welcome there. They have unique items that nobody else has. I love shopping here for my niece and nephew. I highly recommend this store to anyone with little ones. You wont be disappointed!

Sorry you can’t delete it like you did all my others.This is the same owner of the online store Caden Lane and I have been ignored, deleted, and blocked so I will just post my review here.Ok you guys, I’m not one to write bad reviews, if anything I prefer to only write good reviews because I feel like everyone is always so quick to share their negative experiences but rarely their positive ones but I am fuming.Last year when I was pregnant I decided to splurge on some nursery items from Caden Lane and I am EMBARRASSED about how much I spent but I did it anyway. I spent more on a crib sheet alone than I have for a king size set of sheets for myself. The quality is TERRIBLE. Pilling within the first month, but my $20 crib sheet from burts bees is just as smooth and soft as the day I got it 6 months ago. Anyway, in April quarantine got to me when I changed Julia’s crib sheets to this trash brand and decided to write a review. I gave it, along with the changing pad cover, 2 stars because I still like the design and it is exactly as pictured but THEY DELETED MY REVIEWS. I also reviewed my swaddle blanket with 3 stars because it got a hole in the first month and they deleted that one too. But they kept my 4 star review for this blanket? I decided to reach out with my order confirmation info so they knew it was a real review and ask them why they deleted my reviews and to this day I still have yet to receive a response. So I decided to give it another try but they made me mad so I gave 1 Star this time and guess what! It got deleted again. Not only that but 99% of the reviews are posted by people who are either still pregnant or bought the items as gifts, so they’re reviewing the quality of these items without having even used them.Then I tried to post a review on the Caden lane community page and it got deleted and I got blocked so I can’t even message the Caden Lane Facebook group.I’m all about supporting small businesses, made in the USA products, and I’m aware that comes with a higher price tag but what I am NOT in support of is lying to and deceiving future potential clients. You can’t just pick and choose which reviews you decide to approve. I guess the point of my rant here is whatever you do, do not buy anything from Caden Lane.

Every person at this store makes you feel like family! They get to know your kids and what they love and make it an experience for them too. They hands down have the best selection of clothes, baby bedding and unique boutique finds. It is my go to for both of my girls as well as special gifts. My two daughters have dressed better then their momma since birth thanks to Nursery Couture!

Much of the merchandise is overpriced here but we still made a purchase to support local business. What really irks me is we werent provided a thank you or have a nice day after our $50 purchase. When I buy a 50 cent fountain drink at the gas station Im still greeted and provided common courtesy. If youre going to charge more for your goods you need to compensate with excellent service.

Had a fine experience upon going for the first time today. Was greeted, the ladies were nice and didn’t linger around, which is a pet peeve of mine when they don’t leave you alone, so that was nice. Everything was pretty expensive hence the 3 stars. Copper pearl is marked up by at least $5, probably more depending on the product and everything else is pretty marked up too. Luckily the bows are cute but i did find them to be a bit expensive.. all in all it was a good experience but I’m not sure i would buy anything except bows there.

This store is INCREDIBLE. They have it all, from cute outfits and shoes, children accessories, bedding, blankets, stuffed animals, toys, etc. I have never left Nursery Couture without buying multiple items! Also, did I mention how cute the store is. They have something different in every corner to give you inspiration for a new room or outfit!

Although I dont have any children of my own, I get all of my friends with children gifts here. They have everything from decor to clothes and every bit of it is cute! Ive never had to come to a shower with a boring gift that anyone else could have gotten because everything from here is so unique. To return $100 worth of merchandise it wasnt even worth returning. And they were going to recharge a stocking fee and give me store credit because i waited to long to return the items. ( it took longer for them to get my shipment than time it was me returning the item.)They took a very long time to get the shipment in and I had to call then they said they were about to ship it. My mother was ordering things for me as well for nursery and she is returning eveything and jumping through a lot of hoops. They discontinued part of the nursery items we needed. i hope my mom can get all her money back. She will be leaving a rating once she gets her full return back.

I recently visited this store looking for some nice things for my nephew that is scheduled to arrive in a few months so I was super excited to purchase some unique items I knew nobody else would get for him. Nobody greeted me after browsing for several mins, the one lady that was on the floor happened to be in the same area every step of me browsing, I felt as though I was being watched to make sure I wasn’t goin to steal. I was very offended and felt uncomfortable. I was ready to spend good money but after that experience I will never be back nor will I ever recommend this place.

This store is a joke when it comes to service. Prices are well above any other store with the same products. They also dont tell you once you buy you are basically stuck. Their policy is that you can only get store credit no returns basically. This is something they should tell customers clearly before any purchases not after the fact. You will not be aware of it unless you read your receipt, when you can no longer do anything about it.
