I visited this location to look at game tables to view. the business didnt have many to view. I met Mr. Brian Smith who was great, very knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. I will be going back to buy soon.

Staff is friendly and eager to help you find what you are looking for. Delivery service is on time and super professional. Super nice people and delivery team answers any questions you may have and makes sure table is leveled and in best possible position. They even offer to level your table should it ever need it with no questions asked. There was an issue that had with table when initially setup, and they came out a few days later to correct the issue. Support is top notch.Conclusion - Billiards Factory has some awesome stuff and they will even find little freebies here and there to sweeten the deal. Pricing on certain items are matched online which is a huge plus. Other items have a markup which may indicate they are not purchased at wholesale pricing (example: SVB Cynergy Dakota edition goes for 589 while in store its sold for 650). Also certain items showed online from billiards factory website has items that are cheaper than what is offered when in store. Overall love my table and we are a pool hotspot for our league players on our team. Just research and do your homework and check online and compare when purchasing from this place or any Billiard shop

Apparently, you need to fit the profile when you walk in. If you are not in business attire you will have to wait till all others customers are done. I waited for 45 minutes while 2 associates helped a man in a blazer, while others were being checked out. I just wanted to make the right choice for my sons first pool stick. Go figure.. I will not return for my custom table. Oddly enough, my beautiful wife and other son received the red carpet the day before. I will probably return with her to receive attention when it’s time for our custom table. Or go somewhere that would pay attention to customer service.

Purchased a cue as a gift and inquired about moving/leveling a table. Brian was knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend Billiard Factory based upon this visit.

We walked in just to look around and get ideas for a pool table that we eventually wanted to buy. Well, we ended up walking out with an order for an awesome table! We were blown away with the selection of tables, media seating, other games. Brian was very helpful and knowledge and not the least bit pushy. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back in the future.

I had initially walked in to look at some tables as I knew I would be purchasing one very soon in which I had met Brian. He showed me around asked me what I was interested in and was not trying to sway me in any other direction. 2 weeks later I had bought a table from him and he was awesome at helping me customize the table with exactly what I wanted. The installers where great too they took their time and made sure everything was right. Great experience from start to finish.

These guys always take good care of me when I go in there. Whether its to put a new tip on what am I shafts or just clean one up for me, they always do it and do it well. These guys are going to miss your business if your a buck short and theyre always there to lend a helping hand. I appreciate going in there and getting even the smallest thing done that would help my game. Its worth fighting the traffic on 1604.

Wow! Never in my life have I experienced worse customer service. Called ahead, asked for a product, showed up in 5 minutes. I show up, no “hi” or “welcome”. Walked to an associate and expressed I just called. Not a single word. Just turned, walked away to the back. He came back out, and the only words he said were, $200. HAHA Guys, go somewhere else. Shop on amazon. Over priced for 2 yards of felt? Get out of here! Not a single customer in their shop. Your doors will close soon if you keep this up. Learn how to operate a business.

We went to 2 other places in and around San Antonio (Petes in SA and Custom Pool Tables in New Braunfels) neither of them could hold a stick (or cue ) to Pete and Brian at the Billiard Factory. We made 3 separate visits, they always politely and professionally (with no pressure) answered our questions. This was a no brainer after all of our research...we wished we had started here. In a mere 5 days, our table was delivered and installed. Even the guys who delivered were a pleasure to work with. I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to let others know that for a piece of sport furniture/equipment of heirloom quality and salespeople that know their business (and how to treat you), you could do no better than The Billiard Factory.

Definitely a fun place to go to with all the games and home theater stuff in there! Its a huge store as well so theres a lot on display to see!

Drove from Cibolo on July 3rd because the website said it was open. When we arrived sign on door said closed Tuesday July 4th not Monday July 3rd but all was locked upped.

The Billiard Factory has a large showroom and a knowledgeable staff. Be sure to take advantage of their installation services and table size advice.

Seems they know pool stuffs but they dont. They dont know anything about cue sticks. The only thing they know is money.

Beware and get everything in writing...was given a guarantee to upgrade to new product and a few years later they did not honor guarantee. Unethical sales approach, buyers beware!
