I bought a rain barrel about a month ago like the one posted by J G. I waited until now to see how the barrel, which Im guessing holds 50+ gallons of rainwater, performs. The barrel was actually my second because of a small issue which the family fixed easily and offered a discount because I had to come back; I turned down the discount because I want to see this family business succeed and make money.Consider these things before you buy your barrel: 1) The barrel faucet is set pretty low, so if you intend to fill buckets to transport water to plants, like I do, connect the end of an old garden hose to the faucet with a female hose connector w/ clip. Or, pay about $15 at a hardware store for a hose extender. If you decide to elevate the barrel on a platform high enough to easily use a bucket, make sure the platform is well-leveled: a full barrel could topple over if the platform isnt flat. 2) Mosquitoes are a real pain in San Antonio this year. The mosquito netting on the barrel is black. Mosquitoes are attracted to the color, black. I noticed mosquitoeshovering over the netting, and to my surprise, mosquitoes were buzzing inside the barrel, which meant their larvae were in the rainwater. An easy solution to this problem is to add a few drops of orange oil to the water, which will kill the larvae but not harm anything else. Or, replace the black netting with typical window screening.For the money, this rain barrel is a very good deal. I purchased one several years ago at a club store for more money, less water capacity and less practically. The company next door on the frontage road carries commercial water tanks, but they are much larger than I needed. Give Barrels For Sale your business.

I went here to buy rainbarels. They have prepared rainbarels with faucets and insect proof mesh on top. They also have barels you can fix up yourself. They are located off the access road and there are staff to help you. The prices are more cheaper than big box stores.

Great service I originally looked at 3, 20 gallon food grade barrels and when I got there they had 30 gallon only. Additionally, I also got a 6 gallon container very cool. Beware of doing business with this company and certainly NEVER drive into their yard. The sign that there are dogs on the property means they take NO responsibility for their dogs or the damage they may do. We also paid in advance and were told the receipt didnt mean anything. Had to wait until the person who took the card came back to verify the purchase.

Needed a Food grade drum with spigot to place in back of truck to water horse in remote location .The Management is hard working and well organized not only do they have the water drum, but immediately offer the adaptors and hardware in a one stop shop .Ease of access location Superior customer service with accurate knowledge and Very fair price.

This is the place to go. The variety available is super and their prices are fair. I am grateful they are open for business during this time; the gates are closed but they are open. Either call them or pull up to the gate and call the number and theyll help you out.

We bought a non food grade but decided after talking to them(without pressure or scare tactics) we needed a food grade. Thank you again for the great customer service from two different employees.
