Just got a mattress with Karin who was very helpful and informative on picking just the right mattress! Never felt pressured or pushed to buy and felt I made the right purchase with the right person thank you!

I enjoyed the in-store experience by Regina but not the after receiving support by management.. I didnt understand having to wait 3 whole weeks for a defective memory foam mattress to expand. Plus, Sarah the manager was rude when trying to communicate a concern when she could have responded with less sarcasm and more kindness. Then continued to seek my service when I instead sought her kind employees help. Also, be sure to double check the prices online as even the manager will over charge you by mistake.

Great experience! Tia was very patient as I tried multiple mattresses (some more than once) to ensure I was happy with my selection. I appreciated how thorough she was when explaining my options and understanding my sleep challenges and goals. It didn’t feel pushy or salesy, which made making a decision really easy!

First I’d like to thank Regina for putting up with my nonsense. I’m a very indecisive, frugal buyer. I like to do a lot research before making any decisions. Regina rolled with it and was not the least bit pushy. She showed me exactly the beds I was most interested in and didn’t push me into any particular one. She was extremely patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to help us out. She let us customize 2 mix & match pillow and sheet bundles to go with our new bed purchase. She used every discount option up her sleeve to get us the absolute best deal she could on a mattress, adjustable base, and pillow/sheer combo. I like to shop online, but I could not have walked away with as many deals and discounts online as I did in store (trust me I tried). If you’re looking to be treated fairly, given time to think, and be given every opportunity to walk away with a good deal, then come see Regina. I would 100% recommend everyone go see Clarence at the Alamo Ranch Mattress Firm location! He had multiple people in the store and he was the only one there taking care of everyone. He gave us the best price and saved us a whole bunch off the exact same king mattress and adjustable bed, other places wanted to charge over $1,000 more! Best service ever!

He was very knowledgeable about the products they carry he and completely understood what was I looking for, he did not try to steer me in the wrong direction. Clarence did a great job tailoring to our needs. I shopped at multiple different retail stores and went in with the mindset that I AM NOT BUYING ANYTHING… yes I’m that guy… but Clarence stepped in and told me I will be buying… so I bought. I haven’t received my purchase yet but in regards to the sales process this guy is the real deal. He looks like the coach on Remember the Titans, figured out what was important to me and tailored the sale to that very thing. Built anticipation and eagerness and I had no choice but to throw my credit card at him.

Staff was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about all the products. The bed base was broken when we received it, but they quickly ordered a new one. Will be delivered and installed tomorrow. Very good customer service.

My experience with Tia was fantastic. I went in knowing what I wanted and we spoke about other options. She let my try out different beds to be sure about my decision which I really liked because they were all beds in my price range. However, in the end the Purple mattress was it for me. They honored the extended Presidents’ Day bundle which I was really excited to hear. Plus for just a bit more they’re going to set everything up for me too since the mattress is so heavy so I don’t have to do much of the heavy lifting at all. All in all I’m very satisfied with the service thus far. After the shipping gets done I’ll add the 5th star but for now I’m giving it 4 because there’s still work to be done. We spent more on the mattress than we had planned but we also didn’t know what we were really getting into. Our salesman, Clarance, was phenomenal. He got us a good deal, explained everything really well, and did not pressure us into anything. Honestly, Clarance was the best part of the whole trip

Great prices clean and friendly

So walking into mattress firm I had an idea of what I wanted but not gonna lie buying a mattress is a little intimidating. Was greeted warmly and had a very easy going conversation while looking. Expecting to pay probably upwards of $1500+ but ended up getting a really good deal instead. I’m so happy for my new bed.

Four stars because I found what I was looking for and the salesman was helpful, but I do feel they linger too much on customers and I had to go to the warehouse which was 30 minutes away to pick up my mattress.

Karin Friedel is an amazing salesperson! She really helped in selecting the right bed. She is both knowledgeable about the products they carry and she listened to me to make sure what I was looking at would meet my need. She is extremely helpful!

***Update***The email address I was given was not valid but the call to the store did get me in contact with Regina the store manager. Regina was the one who made the mistake so I wasnt sure how this was going to go. She told me her boss was very upset about the negative feedback I left and ask me to remove my post. I refused but told her I would give a update. This has taken almost a month since I first ordered the pillow. I have a neck injury that requires proper alinement. I sent Regina 6 text messages and pictures of the pillow I wanted. She said she would do investigation to see if she could find it. The pillow had been discontinued. Regina told me to come by the store to pick another one. I was looking forward to having a conversation about pillows and proper alignment. No such luck. She only offered me 2 choices then went to the other side of the store. I would have happily paid more for the correct pillow. While checking out she made mention that this situation was somehow my fault and she didnt want to hear anymore about it. I told her I didnt want all this to happen in the first place. She gave a different story about how the Tolo pillow company. 2 conflicting stories. Bottom line is I dont think she has product knowledge and certainly know she is lacking in customer service skills. Fortunately for me when I went back into the store for the 3rd time to pick up the new pillow the woman that gave me my new pillow was kind and efficient. Reginas boss and the other employees saved the day. It shouldnt matter but it does matter who your salesperson and store manager is.First post.Three years ago I had a great experience. Although Regina was friendly enough either the wrong pillow was ordered or it came in wrong. Karin did not know her products and told me that the Tulo pillow only comes in soft. That is wrong information. Now I am stuck with a $100.00 pillow I cant use. Bad deal. Be careful about trusting what they say and order for .

Me and significant other had bought a mattress with the manager. He went from working at Mattress Firm at The Rim back to this location. We were loyal and told him we’d buy a mattress from him. Well a week later when we got our mattress the box says Queen size, which we had ordered, but the mattress is a FULL SIZE BED. Ridiculous. No one is answering my calls. Customer service is giving me the same numbers. I am very upset. How rude.

The sales associate was a very nice guy however, upon attempting to go pick up my order this morning he didnt put the free adjustable base on the receipt there for I was told I couldnt get it...I live almost an hour from the warehouse and the store doesnt open till 12 as the warehouse opened at 10. Im.very very frustrated as my day is ruined.

After going to several mattress stores I was blown away with my salesmen! His name is Clarence at the culebra 1604 location. Ask for him! He knew everything there is to know about mattresses. He did a custom fitting for us and got us into the right bed. I have terrible back problems and the bed he put me in relived the pain after laying on it a few minutes. Sales people can make or break a business and he was top notch. I purchased the temperpedic and it is incredible definitely more expensive but the warranty and quality makes it worth it.

I ordered a mattress about 2 weeks ago and it was never delivered. I tried calling the phone number on my receipt and was instructed that I could only get help through email. My emails were never answered. I contacted this mattress firm and was immediately helped and had my order rescheduled for delivery this weekend. Thank goodness because I was tired of sleeping without a mattress.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our mattress last week! Mark was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable/professional in his interactions with us. He took the time to educate us about the various types of mattresses and what was important at each price point. He set us up for home delivery and we had our new mattress in our home within 2 days of purchase! The delivery itself was very efficient with deliverers showing up 5 minutes BEFORE the given time window and taking less than 3 minutes to get mattress in house and our old mattress out of the house.
