First place customer service was great at the store. Always get what we need and dont leave without sales person makes sure we are definitely satisfied.The delivery guys showed up unannounced, but that was no problem we were expecting them since we didnt give the the gate code. So no problem here. All went well guys were quick and courteous and cleaned up after there mess.Thank you it always great to do services with mattress firm. Always meets our needs.

My husband and I purchased a Purple mattress from Mattress Firm at TPC Parkway in 2019. We were completely satisfied with not only the mattress, but the excellent customer service we received from Jennifer, who went above and beyond to ensure that we found the best mattress for us, and that we were happy after our purchase. Yesterday I visited the store again with my brother after recommending Jennifer to him. He also purchased a Purple mattress and was extremely satisfied with the customer service he received from Jennifer. After doing a lot of online research we were planning to visit a different store but happened to see Mattress Firm on our way and reluctantly decided to stop in. We were totally impressed. Jenn was knowledgeable and patient. She wanted us to be happy with our purchase and let us take our time making a decision. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or false promises. She told us what we could expect in a balanced and fair way and told us about ongoing promotions. After we decided to make our purchase she went OVER AND ABOVE in every regards. She called us back on her own time to ask how we were liking our purchase. When we expressed concerns and questions she contacted the vendor on our behalf to help us find solutions. When we decided to switch our mattress she switched it for us promptly and without any hassle. We sincerely felt that she wanted us to be completely satisfied with every aspect of our purchase from the expensive “brand name” mattress and adjustable base even to the most basic accessories. She even went to another store to feel the quality of a mattress protector for us before recommending it! We definitely understood that not only did she want our business but also that she wanted us to be completely satisfied. The next time we need a mattress we will be coming here first without any question. Jennifer bent over backwards to make sure we were totally comfortable in our new bed. I took a day off from my job and leaving to go out of town tomorrow ~ rescheduling was not an option for me for two reasons- #1 because I took a day off from work and #2 when you schedule a delivery - you make the delivery!! Customer service is everything and the warehouse would not budge! So Jen, took her free time on her day off and she grabbed her son and got a truck and delivered it herself!! Because she cared about her job and her customer satisfaction!!! RARE in this world today!!!! I will be using Jen for my future purchases!!! What an amazing employee!!!! Hands down the best!!!If your customer takes a day off from work and you messed something up ~ you should value your company enough to work late or hire someone, or whatever it takes to get the job done!!! This is the second mattress we got from a warranty claim and it also sags. I was told I needed more support on the bottom of my bed which I bought and added. Too bad that wasn’t the case because other reviews about this same bed have identical issues with it sagging. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it. Now I’ll be out a delivery fee because they have to come pick it up so I can return it and just be done with it.

Pretty pleased with my purchase! I stopped by on a whim to look at the mattress that I was interested in so I could narrow down my choices. Ended up leaving with a new mattress, mattress protector, and pillow! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the delivery time frame... almost 2.5 weeks. But I’m still very happy. This brand new store looks amazingly put together. JASON B. was our sales rep who immediately greeted us at the door with a warm welcome. His smile lit the showroom floor where he began to ask without a sales pitch voice of our desires and budget. Went in just to look around and Steven helped us to find a very nice mattress (Simmons King Beautyrest Black Memory Foam with BlackICE™ Scarlett 14 Plush Mattress). We bought the mattress at the listed price and later that day, a friend recommended that I call another store to check prices. The other store was going to sell the mattress at a cheaper price and throw in an adjustable/vibrating frame. I called Steven back and he was able to price match the other store and was able to deliver the mattress sooner. Great customer service and a good experience all around.
