An easy as can be process. Mason was great and answered my questions along with my girlfriend. Showed us what was available and allowed us our time make up our mind. I operate a short term rental & wanted to increase my sleeping options. I needed a king & full sized mattress so I decided to respond to an add from this mattress shop. All of my current bedding/platforms was purchased online after I read a kazillion reviews on which ones to purchase. Yes...... I read a ton of reviews before buying ANYTHING! I went to this BoxDrop location at Goliad/Fair to check out their inventory. I had already read all the Facebook reviews, so I had an idea of the quality. Mason assisted me with everything. He was very kind; respectful; & extremely patient with ALL my questions. When Im shopping, especially for my STR, I probably ask way too many questions, but...... the success of my business relies on receiving great reviews, so I have to! I listened to his suggestions & based on his knowledge of what other STR owners purchased, I actually chose a different (better in my opinion) mattress that is the pillow top mid soft/firm king & pillow top full. We negotiated price according to their current sale & Mason delivered both mattresses the next day. My current queen is a hybrid memory foam & it is quite comfortable. For the king, I chose not to do memory foam. The pillow top was extremely comfortable & the coil system sounded sufficient. I hope I dont regret it, but reviews supported it! I purposely choose to support locally owned businesses & am very thankful to have trusted this one. If youre shopping for any type of mattress, visit this location. I believe they will be a great business asset for me.

Mason helped us get 4 twin mattresses at an awesome price. He gave us a discount on all of the mattresses (negotiation is a part of it), transported all the beds, and was humorous. On top of that, our mattresses were awesome. 5 star customer service. Thanks for all the help Mason. Ill be coming back in the future.

Mason and Kendall were very helpful in helping me select a mattress that I was not only very satisfied with but was within my price range. I would highly recommend them and when I am in the market for a mattress again I will definitely be back.

This place turned out awesome. We searched for a decent mattress store that had outstanding prices and found BoxDrop. I called a couple stores and Kendall was far cheaper than the others. I also received first class service. He even gave me another $50 discount on his original pricing. I will be coming back for another mattress and boxsprung combo.

Just purchased our 1st Mattress (yes we have a full size that was gifted to us when we were first married 4 years ago) but now we’re looking for a king size, for our second bed. The process was super easy, simple, hassle free, I could go on; but most importantly it was quick ! $50 down to take home a king size mattress same day. Yes, we financed it but it was worth it for us, 3 months financing and it will boost our credit! We couldn’t be happier !! Kendall was fantastic and it was nice small family-owned business local to San Antonio!!!! I’m normally too lazy to write reviews but this time I had to!! We’re more than happy with our purchase and had to recommend.

I highly recommend going to Boxdrop Mattress in San Antonio! I got a great deal on two hybrid mattresses and took them home that day. Mason was very knowledgeable, professional and really nice to work with. He knows his business well. The location was a little confusing because of the construction but it is not far from the highway to get to. If you are looking for a short term mattress or long term mattress Boxdrop Mattress has you covered!

Overpriced furniture, very sarcastic and rude customer service . Communication is poor with delivery guy, after his meeting at 8pm he decides to drop off the furniture at 9:30 pm & does not assist with assembling furniture . How rude ? Once the money is in their possession true colors come out .
