I was just browsing the newly stocked firearms today (2/9/21) to see if anything would grab my attention. Everything I liked, I already owned. I chatted with the salesman, Jeff, for a bit and just by having a casual conversation he was able to pinpoint the type of firearm I was looking for. He pulled one out the back room and I was sold. Jeff seems like the kind of guy that is good at reading people and matching them with the perfect product. Thanks for your help, Jeff.
Great service, tech was extra helpful with some questions I had about my boat purchased from somewhere else. They were on a 10-12 day wait but had me taken care of in 3 business days. I will be back and highly recommend!
After many long weeks of waiting with our name on the SunTracker boat list, the two main sales people Dennis and Daulton flat out lied about the delivery and were extremely unprofessional. Extremely disappointed and decided to take my business elsewhere. They both are terrible representatives associated with a great product.
Craig in parts/service has provided customer service that I rarely experience these days. I’m a new boat owner and I needed a couple items. Craig took plenty of time speaking with me to ensure I got the right parts, and his follow up is absolutely incredible. Having Craig as a resource will make me go to Bass Pro Shop for all my boat needs, rather than just ordering from someone online.
Love to fish, so my beloved and I decided to check the different fishing rods, lures, lines, etc. We were there for hours, just looking at all of the fishing items. We got hungry and decided to stay at Bass Pro Shops and eat at their exclusive restaurant. I ordered a salmon plate and my loved one ordered a big hamburger plate. We loved the food!!! Chef makes sure that all plates have his tender loving care touch. I would recommend the restaurant at Bass Pro Shop to anyone, like us, that loves to stay there for hours. You dont need to go anywhere else. Eat at Bass Pro Shops. Prices are affordable. Service is great!!! Try it today!!!
I left our Mercury Tracker boat there for diagnostics. Six weeks later, I was told (A) the Mercury repair shop in San Antonio did not have to tools to diagnosis the issue despite being told they did and (B) they suspected a certain part but Mercury no longer carried that particular part and they could not install non OEM parts. We wasted most of our summer waiting for the Bass Pro Shop at The Rim in San Antonio to tell us could not fix the motor and could not tell us for certain what is wrong with the boat.
****ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE****If I could post this review with half a star or no stars that is exactly what it would be. I have a Tahoe Q4 that I need to replace the bunk boards on. I have the boat in storage about an hour away from when we live and did not want to drive out just to measure the boards. I called the Tracker Boat Center at Bass Pro as it is just down the road from where I work and spoke with a representative in the parts department. I asked if he could help me find the specs on my trailer and he just said that I would need to measure it. I explained that it was the factory trailer and I am sure that they have the measurements somewhere. Needles to say he was no help at all so I called again and got a different representative that basically ended up being just as helpful.I decided that I might get better service in person so I drove down to the store and spoke with someone in sales who was clearly to busy playing on his cell phone to even acknowledge me. When I finally asked if there was someone that could help me he gasped and said, what do you need? It was clear to me that I was not his priority. He also was as helpful as the service department was.I called another local Tracker Boat dealer and within 5 minutes got the answer I was looking for!I am a sales manager in the automotive business and would never tolerate such a lack of interest or customer service from anyone in my dealership. I will definitely be avoiding this Tracker Boat Center for service and parts and when it comes time to replace my current boat I will definitely be looking elsewhere.
I saved and saved and finally had the cash that I needed for a brand new boat. I was very excited, and had a new 1754SC picked out. What a disappointing experience. Thinking that I was there to buy and had cash, I expected to be treated well. Well, um no. My salesperson kept acting like he was doing me a favor. Tried to tell me what kind of boat I wanted, and then was visibly irritated when I didnt purchase any add-ons. I called and left a message a few months later to get a service scheduled, and they never even called me back. I really wish I had spent my $17K elsewhere.
Awesome place
Bought a new $40K ski boat there recently. The boat sales team are OK to work with, but they were/are/have been hard to get on the phone. Even harder trying to get any maintenance completed. You are required to drop your boat off and then they have ~2-3 weeks to complete the maintenance...maybe longer. Seems as if the customer is left out of the equation after the sale and its then all about the customer now working your schedule around their schedule. Interesting service mindedness. If I had known this prior to the purchase, I would purchased another brand from another company! Would NOT recommend buying from Tracker Boats in general.
We just ordered a SunTracker boat from this store today. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Bill J., our salesman, was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m sure the boat we receive in a few months will fit our needs exactly, based on Bill’s recommendations.
Marine parts department is a joke when you can get someone on the phone they act dumb. All i wanted was to see of they sold bellows adhesive so i could go purchase it. And got hung up on 3 times. The first time i thought it was a accident but by the 3rd time i realize it was not.
Went today to Bass Pro to purchase a boat a 2018 Mako 21 LTS customer service didn’t seem too interested in helping me out so I took my business elseware.

You just have to see it, the size, the good and plentiful selection of products ......... you can spend ages here in this shop. Staff was super friendly, nice and helpful. Took enough time and perfectly explained everything I asked. Price performance is great! I would be happy to come back ....... greetings from Germany ...... Thank you !!!!!
