My artist was Mike and he was easily one of the best artists I’ve ever been to. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. He didn’t mind if I was picky or if I kept making changes, he just said okay and easily adapted to how I wanted my tattoo to be. He was funny and held a conversation with me and didn’t mind that I asked too many questions. I highly recommend going to Ring of Fire and asking for Mike.

Rome did a fantastic job on me and my husband. The place was clean and there was a great vibe going on. The tattoos were reasonably priced and everyone was very friendly.

Me and my best friend went to get matching tattoos. They were very patient with our need! They were very friendly to us and had outstanding personalities, we did nothing but laugh the whole time we were there. Our tattoos turned out better then we expected. Me and my husband had a 2 year wedding Anniversary. For our anniversary we decided on tattoos. Passing through I searched for a really good shop near me. Rings Of Fire.... lit up the most because my favorite musician is Johnny Cash. 🎸Arriving the guys attended to us real quick letting us know how long it would take. Let me tell you some people assume they get there and they are gonna sit and get a tattoo done right away.But these guys are professionals. They attend to their clients to get the fine details of what the customer wants. Its a permanent stamp. They appreciate their work as much as we do.Me and my husband were happy to have gotten Mike! 😁 Mike is Awesome!  Granted they all seem cool people. But Mike was our tattoo artist. When he did my husbands first on Sunday I knew I wanted mine done still the next day so he could take the same amount of time he took with my husband. Cause that shows commitment and dedication. He did such a great job on our tattoos. Man we look forward to waking up everyday to well spent art on our skin. Reasonable prices on our tattoos. The time spent laughing and good humor conversation was the best! That was free... live, life, laugh is what Im saying. BTW guys these guys work long to making good work on you. If you are thirsty or hungry they must be too. Be a good Samaritan and hook your artist up with some grub. Im just saying they working long hours straight.Mike we definitely will see you again if were still in Texas. Took my boyfriend to get his ears pierced, they did an awesome job! Very clean, didn’t have any problems with infection. They told us how to care for the piercing after. Very pleased with the outcome.🙂

My girlfriend and I were out of town walk-ins here and Mike was very friendly getting both of us set up to get tattooed that night. Christopher did an amazing job and blew me away with his detailed linework on my piece. We would definitely return here over anywhere else in San Antonio!

I was helped right before I even walked into the shop. The pricing is very reasonable. I got a nose piercing done by Dee loved how he did it quick and easy although I was extremely nervous but I was very happy with the way it came out. I also got a tattoo done, really love the way it came out. Its a very good environment. The workers are respectful and nice. It was nothing but fun being there. Will definitely be going back and I recommend this place to anyone.

From sanitation to hospitality. From over result to the experience alone. This place has created a lifelong customer. To be so genuine and understanding when it comes to pricing, its just not often you find places with people like this.

Went to this place for a septum piercing for my sister and Big A completely messed up the job. Before puncturing her nose, my sister explained to him how it felt uncomfortable and a little too close but he proceeded to pierce the spot anyways and this was the outcome. From my understanding, a septum is supposed to be inside the nose and barley visible so we were SHOCKED at how bad he messed up. We called for a manager but apparently he doesn’t come in till 9:30pm? Very unprofessional and the shop has dim lighting so you can’t even see how it looks until you get home. Point is, If you’re coming in for a septum, there are PLENTY of other shops who will do it correctly the first time. Don’t go here, they’ll mess it up and then brush you off when you call.

Mike tattooed my sister and I. The next morning we noticed some flaws and tried to get him to correct them but he was rude and wanted to charge an additional fee for his shaky lines. Disappointed and have never been treated that way from any other artist and I have 10 plus tattoos.

Way too overpriced! Especially for something that’s so small! And the guy that was gonna do our piercings was so rude! Don’t recommend at all.

Went in for my first belly piercing with Rom and he was amazing! I was so nervous but he made me feel comfortable and did it so fast I didn’t even realize he had finished!

Went here yesterday with my mom and cousin, and we all loved Jackie! The other two got matching dragonflies and Jackie was so helpful and listened to what they wanted and drew out a design for them. It was perfect I loved them and personally I dont even like Dragonfly tattoos most of the time but these were great. I got Oliver from Disneys Oliver and company, and she colored and shaded it really well! Prices were great considering the work and size of the tattoos too!Were all really happy with our new ink and Jackie was so easy to get along with and she now has at least one new client since Ill be going back for sure!

My mom got a memorial tattoo to commemorate her work as a crisis RN during the covid pandemic. The tattoo is so blown out that it looks like she has a bruise under the tattooo. Very disappointed.

My sister and I went in for nose piercings, decided to get tattoos while we were there. Were VERY satisfied with both! The service is wonderful and they got us in and out super fast, while still doing our tats beautifully. The artists were great and detailed with after care of both our piercings and our tattoos. Super satisfied! If were in the area again, we will be returning!

Amazing experience! I got a super detailed tattoo done and my belly button pierced here and I love them both!

I came in to get a black and grey American flag with blue line to memorialize a family friend. Chris helped to design and modify what I wanted. I was in the chair for 6 hours. It was a large piece. Chris was very detailed and thorough. I’m going back in a couple weeks to add to it to complete my lower forearm. Highly recommend R of F and furthermore Chris. And if the artist recommends something different than what you want, just listen. They’re the professionals, not you.

My husband and I were visiting San Antonio from Houston. On our last night we were talking about tattoos and decided to call up a local place we found on Google called Rings of Fire Tattoo. It had great reviews so we called to check their availability, and precautions against COVID19 and decided to take a chance. It was my first tattoo and my husband and I both left so pleased with our tattoos and the service we were given, and the fair prices. Chris did mine and Rone (sp?) did my husband’s. They were both very friendly, professional, clean, and great artists. Will come back if I ever decide to do another.

Chris is very attentive and professional to clients who walk in. He greets everyone and makes you feel comfortable. My husband wanted one tattoo and walked out with three. We came back two months later and he walked out with three again. I also got one as well. We will definitely come back to see Chris for more work. You won’t regret it!!

I went there today and got my Belly Button there. The man there was really nice and easy to speak with. The artwork on the walls is also a big plus. He got it done quick and neatly and I went on my way with instructions on caring for it within 10-15 minutes. Loved it and I’m really happy I decided to go there!!

Thanks for nothing. Came in with my husband and we wanted ring tats for our 10 year anniversary. They were busy and had me leave my number so they could let us know when to come back. I never got a response. This really ment a lot to me. I thought with all the great reviews it would have been a better experience. Now we head home.
