We always use Alkaline Living Water. They are a family ownes and operated business where they make you feel like family. During the pandemic they were always taking care of their customers. They do NOT charge any credit/debit fees on their 24/7 machine or in store which is greatly appreciated and shows they value their customers.

This is the most delicious water - I’ve noticed that I have more energy since I started drinking it. The family who runs the business is lovely. Highly recommend!

Love this water so much ! Have been coming here for 4 years! The owner is so kind and caring . You will enjoy the water and they even clean your water containers for you and assist in placing them in your vehicle. 5 star service for a 5 start Alkaline company .

Highly recommend this place, the product speaks for itself but this place is so much more than water. Bring your kids and learn about water and the processes used, this place has a walk-in option or you can go after hours and refill water through the kiosk. Bring your own container or purchase containers onsite during business hours.

Best affordable great tasting water

I am so grateful we found alkaline living water!! The water tastes amazing and is so hydrating..we were pretty much drinking tap water and it was wreaking havoc on our systems. So glad we made the switch I feel amazing and we literally just bought from them a few hours ago!!! We also bought the shower head filter I will update this review in a few weeks but I am sure it will be amazing! Hector was so friendly and explained the entire filtration process in a very comprehensible manner. Plus the prices are affordable. Very very happy. Thank you!!

The Best water in town. I highly recommend anyone to add Alkaline Living Water to their diet. I have two 5 gallon systems and fill them up about once a month. Their services are convenient; the management and owners are very professional and informative of their products. They answered each of my questions and showed me their entire water process. Locally owned and operated they go the extra mile to clean out your containers and load them in your vehicle.

So far Im loving it! I decided I wanted to start drinking alkaline water and started to do some research on where I could get it in town. I came across this place and decided to give it a shot. We had out bottles ready to fill at the kiosk outside, but Hector, the owner, saw us and invited us in so that he could fill them for us. He likes to keep it fresh and he has a board with the current days pH level on display. He sanitized the bottles we were filling and then proceeded to fill them. He explained to us his process and was altogether very friendly. Once we were done he even loaded the bottle in the car. I cant say enough good things about what a pleasant experience that it was. Ill definitely be back - hopefully during business hours. But even if you cant make it during business hours you can fill your bottles at the kiosk 24hrs a day.

Hector, the owner was kind enough to show me the process & also gave me a free gallon of alkaline water for him to try out. I tried some & it tastes very refreshing.

Hey, this owner knows his stuff and has a Phenomenal Water filtration, purification, and Healthy re-mineralization system built! The resulting Alkaline water produced is smooth and tasty --not harsh, caustic, and abrasive like the Municipal water out of tap! He has water bottles there for sale if you dont have any. He also has some natural soaps, oils there as well. He has a discount card for loyal/returning customers. The pH is posted daily on every batch he makes. If you want some motivation to buy This water, either 1) go taste it, or 2) read the citys water quality report and what they put into the water!

Great tasting water!

I normally dont write reviews, but I appreciate when i find a great product, and in this case, this water tastes so good and is healthy! I measured its PH and it came to 9-10 (see the attached picture). Great product, we will definitely keep taking the trip (we live by Stone Oak, but i think its worth the trip).

We drive slam to San Antonio from Fredericksburg, TX for their very high pH water...This place is run by local owners... They are no - BS / & very knowledgeable... The water is very high pH... We saw the test result... 9.7!!!They have a nice, clean, air-conditioned store with bathrooms, & seating. You take in empty water bottles. They grab them, wash them, fill them -- AND LOAD THEM BACK INTO YOUR VEHICLE!!Hector and his wife are great, down to earth, REAL people... Hard-working, friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help out and worthy of our patronage. If you are even remotely interested in alkaline water, then you owe it to yourself to enjoy the privelidge of doing business with these folks. I GUARANTEE you will be GLAD that you did.

First of all i do come here for the fresh water that test good and get to meet the owners that is very respectful and professional, one day i got busy all week and i didn’t have time to come for a refill then I remembered they were building the self service refill and around 1 am i came here and i found this amazing service up and running with their good water, god i was so happy looking at it and i had to share my happiness, thank you
