Weve been loyal customers since 1992 and the price has continued to increase significantly in the last several years. So much so that it has caused us to discontinue our service. I wonder if the significant increase is due to them wanting to discontinue home delivery because thats the way it appears. So much for loyalty.
We have had home delivery for years & it just keeps getting worse...meanwhile the prices keep going up by a lot! They cancel delivery at the last minute, often with little or late notification. This week delivery was supposed to be Wednesday, they cancelled by phone about mid morning that day, saying delivery would be the next day. As it got late & no new message arrived, we decided to check the web site & now it says delivery is Friday. The problem is we have allergies and have to leave the garage open all day expecting them to come it’s really frustrating and plan to find another water company.
They gave me two free bottles of water. I don’t have their service. No idea if it’s really them but considering the reviews it prob was.
Horrible service!! They don’t follow simple delivery instructions messed up our delivery more than 10 times after paying them close to $200 per month. We pay them for 3 business accounts and residential also! If they can give this kind of service to a top paying customer they can definitely mess up a small residential order.
Office staff seems friendly and offer water or Gatorade upon checking in. If you deliver here you can park on the side of the road the night before and the cops dont bother you, they didnt bother me anyway
Not reliable at all. They did not deliver. They do not call you. They do not mail invoices. Terrible customer service
Delivery service has failed. They are not reliable. They always rescheduled your delivery like three times without notice before you get it. I rather get my water at the store.
Horrible delivery service employees are rude and dont care about anyone but themselves
