I found Friendly Security after becoming dissatisfied with my longtime security company. Not only were all of the reviews good, but the owners, Judy and Joby were excellent in explaining their services and doing what they said they would do. We have a large house with a lot of windows,and Joby and Jesse worked all weekend to update our system and change all of our smoke alarms. They were diligent. patient and thoroughas they completed the job. Trust is everything when hiring a security company, and Judy and Joby are honest, trustworthy and competent andI am very grateful to have found Friendly Security. I highly recommend them for the safety of your home.

Joby and his crew are fantastic! I had them install cameras in my business inside and out and they did a wonderful job. Prices are more than reasonable, the technology and equipment is state of the art and the app and the interface are easy to use. Rare is the technology that after being installed exceeds expectations but that is the case with Friendly Security, Inc. The team is professional and is very considerate as they perform their work while you operate your business. The only critical feedback I have is scheduling the Crew. I believe the Crew is very busy and jobs take longer than anticipated and as a result having them show up at the exact time and day you scheduled them proved to be challenging. Overall the experience was very positive...I say give them an opportunity to earn your business, you wont be disappointed.

Friendly Security is true to their name and Joby and his colleagues exemplify customer service. They use reliable technology, monitoring is responsive and courteous and when emergency response is required they quickly initiate that response. Anytime we need to troubleshoot our system, Joby is very quick to respond via text or call and he prioritizes his response. Today Joby came out after we called him yesterday to discuss some of the sensors, before coming to our house he screened our system and came informed of our system’s status. He patiently walked us through options and we agreed to a follow up visit to upgrade our system to better meet our needs. We highly recommend Friendly Security.

After researching several companies, I am happy to say that I went with Friendly Security. They live up to their name! I did not want to get into a 3 year contract which all the other companies will make you sign. I found Friendly offered a month to month as long as you had your own equipment which we did. My first contact was Judy who was so helpful to me, she had me take pictures of my current system and send the pictures to her cell phone and was able to tell me that they could use my current equipment and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. She had her husband Joby talk to me who confirmed that my system would work with some reprogramming. I scheduled for him to come out and he was very professional and helpful, got my system up and running and gave me suggestions on what I can or dont need to do. He gave me his cell phone number and said if I ever needed anything or any help to call him. I highly recommend Joby and his wife to anyone who is looking for a security company.

Joby went above and beyond for me today. After calls to other alarm system companies who said they couldn’t help me (unless I opted to subscribe to their services), he took the time to walk me through an issue I was having with an outdated system. My husband and I shopped around a few different home security companies for our new home and ended up choosing Friendly Security because of their competitive pricing, friendliness and reliability. The owner even came and installed our system on a holiday, which was convenient that we did not have to miss work. The owner was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Friendly Security to anyone. The owner, Mr. Gray, came over about 2 weeks ago and walked through our house and answered any questions I had about getting a security system. This is my husbands and mine first house and first monitoring system so we didnt know what to expect. He was right on time and was very knowledgeable about everything. We scheduled him to come out today and once again he was right on time to install our system. I felt very comfortable with him being in my house. I didnt feel like I had to watch his every move to make sure he was actually working and not taking our personal belongings. This is the most honest company I have used in a long time. Joby is the best and treats you like family. He has a vast knowledge of options to help protect you and your home, and does not try and sell you what you do not need. What he quotes is what you pay, no surprises. I have used him for 3 of my houses and will continue to employ Friendly as long as I have them.

Possibly the best customer experience Ive ever had. Unexpectedly needed a system installation in a hurry, and Judy had me scheduled and a technician over to the house in less than three hours. Competitively priced and very helpful from beginning to end. I cant recommend them enough!

She stayed on the line with me and gave me her cell number so I could send her pictures of what I found when looking for the control panel. NEVER was a company more aptly named. From dealing with Judy on the phone or with Joby at my home the experience has been nothing but top notch. Joby is a fantastic installer and took great care in installing a security system in my historic home built in 1928. I just couldnt be happier with this company. I had an ADT sales person come to my house to talk about my existing alarm system and all of my options. I was unimpressed by the lack of knowledge, high prices and a take it or leave it approach. I felt like very few of my questions were answered and that I was just a number, not a valued potential customer. I gave up on the alarm system for a year.A year later, I decided to give it another go and I called Friendly Security. They immediately grabbed my attention with their attentiveness and great prices. Answering all of my questions, they fit me in on an already scheduled Sunday.My house is a little over 20 years old and has had 3 different alarm systems in it. With each new owner and each new alarm company, wires were spliced and changed, making a huge mess. It was such a mess that it gave 3 different telephone technicians issues on a simple telephone installation.Friendly Security showed up right on time and not only did a flawless installation of the updated equipment, but they spent the extra time correcting my wiring mess throughout my house. This was not an easy feat, nor was it expected, but they did it.After finishing the installation, they cleaned up after themselves and finally, gave me a complete orientation on my new system.Prices and service are great. I called Friendly Security after our current company, Monitronics, dropped the ball for the last time. I was extremely frustrated with Monitronics and expected that all alarm companies offered terrible customer service and only cared about getting the monthly fee. I was wrong!Friendly Security is an exceedingly well-run company with excellent customer service and support in the office and field. Judy in the office maintains excellent contact with the customers. Joby and his crew in the field were on time EVERY time. Appointments were made for a certain time, not a window of time. The installation was excellent.Friendly does charge to install your system but they do NOT sign you up for a long-term monitoring contract. Its a month-to-month contract. It is well worth it to pay the upfront fee in exchange for their amazingly good service and a month-to-month contract instead of a multi-year contract.Call them. You wont be disappointed. Because they did such a great job with my regular alarm Im having them install a surveillance system next year.

Once moved in to our home we started looking for an alarm monitoring system that not only would provide great service but also have the potential to grow with us in the years to come. After reviewing many applicants we found one that stood out from the rest, not only because all security monitoring is done locally, or that they are a family owned business and not to forget that the price of monitoring was drastically lower then the competitor with the same service. We chose Friendly Security due to their customer service were we did not feel like a number, or that we would find our self talking to some one from another state or even country about securing our home. Friendly Security’s monitoring is done all locally and every time we’ve called for what ever reason we have always talked to a person. The equipment that was installed also has the potential to grow with us as our family grows, like nursery cameras, automatic lighting threw out the home so that light turn on and off with motion movement and even lighting set to turn on and off at specific times threw out the day or night. All of this being controlled from either a computer or even some of the phones coming out. The insulation was done professionally, very clean and detailed. Very impressed with the care that was taken inside the home of removing items from the walls and with the wood floors. Our over all experience with Friendly Security Service has been exhalant we now under stand why they call them self’s “The Alarm Experts.” We look forward to growing with Friendly Security with many years of service.
