Mike and his team were super professional, friendly and provided the best car shopping experience we have had in weeks. We went to at least 6 other dealers seeking a large SUV and Mike was very knowledgeable and willing to show us some options. He was never pushy but enthusiastic about helping us make the right decision. I even decided to trust him with the financing and they got me a great deal with a local credit union. But Mike did not stop there! He even finished the delivery with my wife and programmed the garage remotes for her and made sure my little girls could watch their movies in the back our newly acquired ESV! Too bad google doesnt offer us the chance of giving half stars, Ken Batchelor Cadillacs service is a 4 and half, not a five because I would like them to keep striving for perfection, there are a couple issues I had on cost of labor pricing that seemed way overboard (not to minimize their value or their expertise) that I detailed to them...Putting that aside their work is just as good as any I have seen in any dealership as I have been ( having had the chance to live and work in several cities, trust me I know), the staff is completely professional there are come names I would like to mention, including the young lady who receives you, the service guy who was kind enough to lead me to where the bathroom was, the lady at reception who offered me a couple cookies for my nephews, a male service advisor whos also very helpful unfortunately I am only able to remember by name my service advisor Sandra... I tried calling your manager to get your names, but was not able to reach him, to all of you: thank you, keep the good work!!

We actually brought the Audi here after buying a car for my bf’s daughters 16th. Henry arranged to have it outside the house with a big bow on top. His above and beyond made everything so special. He’s also the one who suggested this Cadillac place would honor our Sewell Audi oil change and free car wash.For the oil change, Candice took such good care of us ushering through the oil change and wash in under an hour. Waiting isn’t an inconvenience with cookies, free drinks, Wi-Fi and tv available inside.Highly recommend using this and any Sewell dealerships.

The people were nice and helpful. The people diagnosing and repairing my car not at all happy with. Took my car in while in San Antonio for A/C work. They replaced my compressor and said everything else was good with A/C. A couple of weeks later my drivers side was blowing warm and passenger side cold. Took it back in to see what the issue was. Had another part replaced they said was leaking but didn’t catch on the first visit. Replaced the part said everything else looked good. Ran cold for a little while. Now over 2k spent on my A/C and my drivers side is blowing warmer air again. I am afraid to take it back to the dealer and be told now something else is wrong and have to spend more money on labor for an issue that should have been taken care of on one of the last two visits.

Staff at this location are very Professional, Todd my service advisor listened to my concerns and I was able to get a loaner, Tina was excellent. I chose Ken Batchelor because I couldnt wait a week or more to have my car looked at, Cavender nor Covert in Austin or Chuck Nash in San Marcos offered loaner cars. Ill update at the end of the week once I have my car back.On 9/16 I went to Ken Batchelor to pick up my vehicle there was a Torque Converter issue and also I mentioned to my Service Advisor that the sunshade was buckling when its opened, this was also covered under my extended warranty. Ken Batchelor did an excellent job repairing the issues. All though this location is in San Antonio this will be my preferred Dealership.

Wish i read reviews before taking our only vehicle here. Had our car serviced for over a week and when we finally get it back it broke down in the middle of a busy street not far from shop. Place just wants to take your money! We took it here thinking it was in good hands mechanics here should know more about Cadillacs than anyone but we were so wrong. Now car just sitting on side of road. Please save yourselves the time and money take your vehicle anywhere else!

Finding a large SUV during this inventory shortage is hard. Many dealerships simply say dont have any...or cant happen...or simply provide poor or curt service. Many lack professionalism. However, that just is NOT TRUE at Ken Batchelor Cadillac. Their sales consultant, Adrian Rico, went above and beyond. He was always responsive with his communication and was extremely helpful. If you are in the market for a Cadillac, I would call Adrian at KBC!

I took a road trip from Colorado to Texas. Upon arriving in San Antonio, I found that I had some real troubles with my transmission. After a quick google search, I showed up at Batchelor Cadillacs service department. They really welcomed me. They acknowledged the stress I was under and completely made a positive difference from the moment I entered their service garage. My repair was not cheap to correct. It was an unexpected and urgent, but required, expense. The service department understood this and ensured that I was informed and well taken care of before I got back on the road again to return to Colorado. And, they even provided me with a loaner car while I awaited my repair. The transmission specialist even worked extra hours to get it done on time. Plus, they even called after I traveled back to Colorado just to ensure I was safe!If you find yourself contemplating whether or not to have your car serviced by Batchelor Cadillac, do it. They really do care, and it shows.Quality people. Quality service. Quality Cadillacs.

Ive been to many Cadillac dealerships, in many states, cities, and towns, during my military career. Starting back in 1996. And I have to say, Ive been blessed. But Ken Batchelor Cadillac exceeds all standards. And Ive been dealing with them, nonstop, since 2011. The best way I can explain it, is they try to spoil you. They consistently strive to better themselves. They listen to customers, they remember your name, your likes/dislikes, various conversations you might have had with any of the reps, to the degree it feels like youre doing business with a friend, rather than a company. And if ever theres an issue, to where youre not satisfied, they dont waste time questioning the customer. They just fix the issue. You dont get that everywhere. For as long as Im in the San Antonio area, Ken Batchelor will be my choice when it comes to Cadillac, without question.
In response to Rebecca Guillen response from the service manager, Mr. Andre who replied that he would gladly take care of working with us...long story short...today after a conversation with my brother about how breakdown occurred on their watch...he said he will not fix car and demanded that we come get own unrepaired car so this is not good customer service at all especially during pandemic and people barely making ends meet! Do your homework before going to a place that says and does another thing.

I want to start off by saying DO NOT do business with this dealership. I originally took my Cadillac here for body shop repairs. I must say that the body shop was excellent. Specifically, Jamal and Christy were amazing during the repair process and made me a Cadillac customer for life. However, that quickly changed. Once I received my vehicle back, a speed sensor went out on my tire, causing a few warning lights to come on which caused my AWD to shut off along with several other things. It got towed back to Ken Batchelor Cadillac because they did not know if it was safe to drive. I ended up paying out of pocket for most of this repair/tow and Jamal was able to assist in discounting a small portion of it which I appreciated. Two days later, I was driving my vehicle on Highway 46 and came to a red light where I stopped. When it turned green and I accelerated, the entire bottom of the vehicle sounded like it dropped out from underneath it and the vehicle was no longer drivable. I had to get out and run across the highway with the fear of getting hit. The police and tow truck had to come, and it was again towed back to Ken Batchelor Cadillac. I was told by Christy, the body shop manager, that she had never seen anything like this on a vehicle with low mileage like mine. She agreed that this should have never occurred. Upon inspection, they found that there was damage internal to the transfer case which caused this issue. I was then told I needed to authorize a tear down to pinpoint the exact issue. I then asked Bruce what the worst-case scenario cost wise for repair would be and he stated $5,500. I agreed to proceed with the tear down required. Once it was complete, the at-fault insurance company and my own insurance company denied this repair stating it was a known issue with Cadillac AWD vehicles. In addition, they provided a technical service bulletin to support this. I was then told it would be $6,300 out-of-pocket and that was the best that they could offer. Changing the price is not only unethical but also illegal. I requested the transmission output shaft and the transmission input shaft that came off my vehicle when I picked it up. I was first told that I had the old parts and this repair would be putting the new parts on. However, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. The O-Ring/Seal that goes on the transmission output shaft to prevent rust/corrosion from occurring was either never put on during manufacturing or it was never put back on by the previous Cadillac dealership when they replaced the transfer case under warranty at 1,293 miles on the vehicle. Either way, the missing O-Ring/Seal is exactly what caused the rust and corrosion over the years resulting in this costly repair. I presented this information to the General Manager Esther Luna and the Service Manager Andre Phillips. Esther never reached out to me at all. I did speak with Andre on numerous occasions and he promised me that the GM District Rep would contact me but that never happened. To top all of this off, I spoke with Tom, the Service Manager of the Cadillac dealership where the transfer case was replaced under warranty when it was new. He was well aware of this common issue and stated that the dealership where I was getting the repair done (Ken Batchelor) should have contacted the GM District Rep and that they should have fully taken care of this repair. In essence, this dealership screwed me and never told me the truth. I would expect better after spending nearly $17,000 at this dealership. I will NEVER buy a Cadillac again nor do I recommend anyone to ever do business with this dealership in the future. I will be interviewing with the defenders soon about my experience and soon after that it will air on the news. I wish this dealership had the human decency to resolve this but sadly they do not.My response to Andre Phillips - No discount was ever offered. Quoted me $5,500 worst case scenario. Lied which is illegal and unethical. They actually charged me $6,300.

I took my Cadiillac Escalade for a Takata airbag recall. Appointment was at 9 so arrived a bit earlier. Amanda in the service area greeted us and took our info. She then Directed us to the customer lounge area. After a few minutes, she texted me in case we had any questions.45 minutes later she came to get us. Escalade was washed and ready.Very quick and satisfied

Elliot made the appointment first thing in the morning with road side assistance. Kelly Suris Service Manager was the person that assisted me upon arrival she was professional, friendly and very accommodating. She assisted with a courtesy vehicle and made sure that my vehicle was inspected and fixed the same day. She truly went above and beyond and kept me informed at all times of the status of my vehicle. The vehicle was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. This has been by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE received and I will always be a Cadillac owner. I highly recommend them and their amazing support team!!!

I had a AAA technician come out the day before and stated the battery just needed a charge. The battery died upon cutting the car off. When I called Ken Batchelor the next day, the customer service rep in the Service Department immediately helped resolve the problem. A technician arrived at my home within a reasonable time and replaced the battery. Obviously the AAA technician was not as skilled as the Ken Batchelor. Thanks for the A+++ service.

I recently purchase my Lexus Rx350 from here. I have to say Henry Williams is the greatest and most professional salesperson I have ever met.Before I found this dealership, I have contacted over 30 dealers. Some salespersons either aggressive (give you lots of phone call to try to push you to buy their car)s or arrogant (not give you enough information you want to know and say the price already very cheap). But Henry, as a salesperson is transparent, friendly, patient and supportive. We live in Dallas area, Henry gave us all the information of the car and showed us the car via FaceTime. When we found there is a tiny scratch of the car, Henry did not cover it instead he zoomed in the camera to let us have a clearer view of the scratch then he mentioned the dealership will do touch up for us. Even we knew the price of the vehicle is great based on market conditions, Henry gave us some extra discount based on list price. He explained everything about the car in details, including the warranty and car functionality so that we could have a perfect understand the car we are about to buy. After we decided to purchase the car, this dealership give a free delivery from San Antonio to Dallas (4 and half hour driving one way)!Mark, the driver, delivered the vehicle on time. Then we had a test drive. Mark is very professional and nice. He explained us the purpose of each documents we signed in details so we knew our rights before-hands. When signing the documents, we found there is a space missing in our name (space is missing in our driver license as well which is difference from our passport). Afterwards, the finance manager gave us a phone call to ask us approval if we could ignore the space to make the title legitimate.The experience of purchasing car from this dealership is overwhelming positive. My wife and I appreciate the way that they always put the customers first and think about the solution for us. As a customer, we feel comfortable and pleasant to purchase our new vehicle from here. My husband and I bought a certified pre-owned XT5 from Henry Williams with the assistance of Javier in finance. We had what we believe was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. My car would not unlock this morning. I called the service department and they referred me to road side service. I called and this nice gentleman named Speedy walked me through unlocking my vehicle and charging my battery. He was very patient and understanding with me. I thank you so much Speedy for your help. My Cadillac is back on the road!!!

I like to say we have been Batchelorized. As Cadillac lovers and past Cavender customers there is no comparison, although both provide outstanding service, Batchelor has won us over. Starting with Joey D. when he was in sales many years ago, to Kyle who Joey trained I think. Both are outstanding sales people and very professional. We are treated more like friends than customers and they have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations. Charles, in finance gets kuddos too as does Ken, Tyler & Bruce on the service drive. Just a great group of young men. As owners of 3 Caddies, when we took our car in for some maintenance recently and heard due to shortages of fleet and even car makers that we would likely have to schedule verses do a walk in because there would be no loaners available I was disappointed. However, Kyle gladly let us have his car to loan and down the road we went! This was not the first time he has come to our rescue and it is customer service like this that you will never find anywhere else and just another reason we will forever be buying from KB. Speaking of KB, congrats to 52 years of service! I do not know any other car dealership in town or anywhere frankly, where, on any given day, you can walk into a dealership and the owner is in a full dress suit ready to work and has an open door policy to any and all of his customers! Amazing & Inspirational! I have bought from Tom Benson, Rick Cavender and some of the other Cavender boys, and Red McCombs too since moving to Texas in 1994 and no one will ever come close to the customer service at KB. Ever! The whole dealership gets an A+ and I can only hope that one day my doctor and dentist offices would run this smoothly. Our 16 year old daughter jumps at the chance of riding along when we say we are going to KB. She loves the whole positive environment, the waiting area inside, and the snacks--the great snacks! We found the vehicle we wanted on the internet and contacted the dealership asking for a test drive. Our salesman Zac Urbanski arranged for our SIL to drive the vehicle and answered all his questions. Zac finalized the negotiations in an extremely timely manner and delivered our car to us since we live an hour plus away from the dealership. The car was just as represented. Zac took time to explain all the bells and whistles and answered our questions. The car is perfect for us and we were treated courteously at all times. We highly recommend the dealership especially our salesman Zac.

I LOVE LOVE this dealership for many reasons! I just took my car in for a free wash. It was soo nasty dirty. Within 20 minutes it was shining like new and I was headed out!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership, make sure to ask for Adrian he truly made it just that much more special! He went out of his way to help me get the best deal possible and was extremely patient with me! He even helped me put my sons car seat into the new car and strapped it down for me and walked me through everything to set up the car, he was just the most kind car salesman I’ve ever met ! I am so in love with my brand new XT4 and it’s all thanks to him and the team they have at Ken Batchelor !

Fabulous service while purchasing my GMC Acadia! Henry and his team made the process as seamless as possible, had the car pulled around, the papers ready so that I could minimize time spent inside and kept my 8 month pregnant self safe! Worked with us on price and trade in and did a great job.The time they saved by working with my husband on the deal on phone, text, email was so wonderful. The team really looked out for me and my family. They even sent a baby bouquet with onesies and burp cloths. Will definitely return when I need another vehicle!
