The staff here is Amazing!! I recently got this product from Amazon and did not know how to install it, I called up B-Audio and they set me up with a great price. The product I bought from Amazon came in defective, the staff communicated with the company that made the product I bought from Amazon. They were able to troubleshoot the device to find out the product was defective. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND communicating with the product company and they overnighted a new device and had it installed within minutes the next morning.

Brothers Audio is definitely a top notch establishment. I recommend this place as one of the best in San Antonio to get any auto accessories done for great sound and price. Went to these guys for a led light and install for my ram. First set of lights my truck did not like and kept throwing a headlight out error code, went back and the guys had switched them out and had me rolling within an hour. Trouble free since, awesome customer service and fast work

Came here due to ratings. They wanted to charge over $200 for a simple Bluetooth install.Very money hungry, you dont feel like a customer unless there is money involved.

I brought my car in to get 2 12” subs installed (NOT cheap either) and when I left my door speakers aren’t working anymore, my radio stations don’t come out clear and they connected the bass control knob with Velcro tape which didn’t even make it home before it fell off. I brought my car back in so they could fix all these things only to have them tell me it’s not their fault. Then when I said the car wasn’t like this when I brought it in they said they’d take a look at it, but would charge to do so. So shady.. So unless you want to get screwed I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Came here not really knowing what to expect as Ive only ever installed regular speakers on my own. Went in and left about an hour later with dual 12 Triton subs. Never heard of this brand before, but the guys working here seemed to think highly of it even though its a fairly new brand. It was a bit of an impulse purchase, but turned out to be well worth the money.I had no idea how theyd turn out. My man gave me a call to come check it out, felt my soul trying to leave my body when I turned the music on. Thank you for talking me into buying Triton subs over the pricier Kickers. Ive had them for about 2 months now, Im so glad I visited this store.About a week ago I started to notice a slight rattle, but it may just be something in my old Explorer being vibrated by the bass considering its a 92 in fairly poor condition. If I ever need any lights or speakers installed in any future vehicles, I am most definitely taking my cars to B Audio.Edit: The rattle is NOT the subs. It appears to just be rattling plastic in the cargo area.

Brought my 2021 Nissan. Rogue here yesterday to have my dB system put it also I got a brand new sub cause I blew one full install took them about 45 min the price is right service was great love these guy must goto place

Thought this was a legit place with good reviews. I asked for a custom built in box and amp install. At first glance I was pretty happy however, after digging in a little more I’m not impressed. As an example this was the ground.If you get work done here ask to see it before you pay. Lesson learned

Im a repeat customer that had a radio & sub installed I was satisfied with the installation so I returned for window tint & and alarm only to find out they didnt install the siren that comes with the alarm??? The guy tells me its an additional $30 to install something thats originally supposed to be a part of the alarm system??? His excuse is that its a $10 speaker & the alarm still works? What a A*hole he had no regard for satifying the customer. I already had a factory alarm that honks my factory horn when set off so I feel like I payed $160+ dollars for new remotes to unlock my doors! I had planned on upgrading my sub & Amp but after this experience Im just hoping my tint or anything else theyve done just holds up. Very disappointing after being a repeat customer!

Ive been coming to this place for the past couple of years. Main reason is the customer service, they also speak Spanish. I have brought all of our cars to get tint and our boat to get a full sound system installed into it. They just did tint and a sub on my mustang and turned out great. Over all I really recommend this place as i have been coming here for the past 2 years to get any tint or sound worked on our cars and our boat.

I had bought a 2020 dodge ram 1500 and put in a whole system, tint and remote start. Great place. Ive gotten 4 or 5 cars done here and will be coming for future cars. Both mikes and able are very knowledgeable and never had a problem.

These guys have always been amazing! I’ve been coming to them since I got my first vehicle in high school back in 2010. They tinted every single car and put amps and added stereo systems to all my vehicles. The tint jobs are amazing and are a life time guarantee. They make sure to treat you as family and all the people you bring to them they will gladly help. Especially if you are on a budget they will get you the best that they can offer.

A little more over priced than what was told for quote. Decided to go elsewhere because of the last min 150 dollar price ad. Found cheaper install at a nearby shop down the road for way less. If your gonna quote someone dont try and scam add more when all the information was clearly divulged up front.

I had a small auto audio install project. I had removed a small subwoofer (Kenwood under passenger seat slim model) from my old car and wanted it installed under the passenger seat of my new car. This involves running some wires to the battery (under the hood), running some wires to the head unit in the dash, and mounting the subwoofer under the seat. Not super easy, but definitely not a huge job. I called 2 shops in the same area of town. The first shop basically said my job is too small for them... maybe they could get to it in a few weeks. B Audio Sound, on the other hand, said sure bring it in we will do it right now. A few hours later and done. The price was reasonable. They did a great job insulating the wires and tucking them in. I’m a fan!

They are by far the only company i trust working on my vehicles with the best audio Installer i seen in San Antonio with also having the best pricing in town. (i have compared pricing from many other shops and they weren’t close) I strongly suggest checking these guys out.

If I could give them 0 Stars, I would. I spent 1300 at this place for them to completely ruin my car. When I called to ask what the problem is and the potential fix, the man wouldnt let me finish talking proceeded to say not my problem, and hung up. Ive had a great experience with Able and all of the crew at B Audio. Two years ago I brought my F-250 and had speakers, a receiver and a remote start alarm system installed. They did a great job and even offered to give me a ride to class while they installed my accessories. Recently, I purchased another vehicle and decided to bring my business back. Again, they did a superb job installing an alarm system, double DIN screen, and backup camera system. All of the wiring was neatly done and they even took care of adding an extra feature (at no extra cost) which I failed to communicate that I wanted when they did the initial installation. Abel went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend! 10/10

This shop is amazing! My husband and I were trying to find a place to install our radio and put some tint on my vehicle . We called one place and they said it would take a couple of days to finish so I found this shop and my husband called to see if they could squeeze us in that day and they said yes and to bring the car in. They did amazing on everything ! They also are affordable and finished everything within 2 hours ! I definitely recommend !

Dont take your newer vehicle here, especially if you are using your factory Nav or head unit. The newer systems are more technical than they can handle. They ended up cutting up my harness and tapped incorrectly into the factory amp signals. My new speakers would constantly go in and out, there was a buzzing noise from the amp, they used cheap connectors, wrong filters...etc I went back 3 times to try to get them to fix it but they acted like everything was okay, and they just tried turning the gain up to compensate for the low signal levels due to incorrect wiring, instead of actually trying to troubleshoot. Also, they didnt even install the amp under the seat like they were supposed to, they installed it halfway under so my back passengers would have to be careful not to step on it. There was 4 more inches available, but they were to lazy to just lift the seat a little. I had to save up money just to get everything fixed correctly, which costed more than what I spent here. I went to a better known shop, quality isnt cheap. The front staff is nice, but the installers suck, have an attitude. I only went here because they had good reviews. But I guess they have allot of friends and family posting. Just stay away, dont let them hack up your car if you truly care about it.
