I have purchased 3 Toyota vehicles and have always had good service until today. I arrived at 0930 with an appointment. I was disrespected and the service took much longer than promised. I did not leave until 1220.My dash vent was blowing bubbles at me as I was driving. As an asthmatic this triggered my asthma. I am deeply disappointed in toyota.

I am so happy with the excellent customer service provided by Cavender Toyota in trading in my Camry and with John, in how he helped me and went to bat for me every step of the way.He came to give me all the options and offers to trade-in my car at the right time while it was still in the peak of its value of what I could get back for it. At first you see the lot that the car you want is really difficult to find on it due to chip shortages but John went out of his way to explain and improvise to show me what to expect in the car I wanted without the car actually there, by more than one vehicle to demonstrate feature and appearance of the crossover I would be expecting in the single vehicle once it arrived.Based on all the features that I wanted, John researched what was coming in and helped me find the matching vehicle. An example of a feature is that I wanted birds eye view, but it wasnt clear my crossover would come with it since the feature was wrapped in the name of a technology package which youd have to research in order to know that package included birds eye view.Thanks to Johns diligence, my crossover was spotted before it was created and delivered, and he then pointed me how to make a deposit on the car so it would not be snatched away as soon as it hit the lot before I could even get there. The car arrived on the lot newly built, much sooner than forecasted, in only a couple weeks. I couldnt stop smiling when I saw the vehicle and knew it was mine. Ton of features on it, just as I wanted. I am still confounded that I have a brand new RAV4 Hybrid Limited parked, that is all mine, and gives me more millage per gallon than my 2019 Camry did.The whole experience, and even the laughs and great time test driving the car and safety features made the whole thing worth my while! Thank you John, Abraham, John (in finance) and Cavender Toyota for your collective collaboration of service to the customer!

I went in to get the oil changed on my car. Mike Quinn was my service technician. He was amazing from the very start. Very polite, professional and told me that he would let me know everything that was being done to the car. After they changed the oil there were other items that needed to be addressed and Mike took the time to explain everything to me. It was all more than I expected to pay especially since I was only there for an oil change but he told me what items could definitely wait and what needed to be done right away. I was so grateful to him especially because he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I did get the cabin air filter replaced, I was sent a video of what it looked like and it was disgusting! The brakes will need to be addressed but Mike said that I could definitely wait another 5,000 miles which will be great for me because I will be able to save the money for that. He was very attentive and I appreciated him so much. When I go back to get the brakes serviced, he is the person that I want taking care of me again! My experience was exceptional! They paired me up with Ignacio, an advisor at Cavendor Toyota. This was due to some complications with another advisor.The experience and expectations you would expect from a well known dealership was the tip of the ice berg with Ignacio.I felt he went above and beyond to familiarize himself with my situation and asked lots of questions to better assist me. His communication with the technician and myself was impeccable and in real time.The process was flawless.I highly recommend Ignacio and Kassandra (assistant) who recommended Ignacio in the first place.If you’re looking for that person who is confident and listens to “The Whole Story” and not jump to conclusions. I’m thoroughly impressed with Cavender Toyota’s excellent customer service. I’ve lived many places and had my car worked on all over the world. But this has to be one of the best experiences ever. What made it great was the outstanding care provided by Ashley. She was knowledgeable and attentive to my situation. She kept me up-to-date regularly on the status of a vehicle. Most of all, she just gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. When my car was done and it was time to check out, near closing time, the cashiers were swamped with tons of customers. After Ashley walked me to check out area, she proceeded to volunteer to help the cashiers organize their paperwork and direct traffic at the front desk. One of the cashiers thanked her for helping them when she didn’t have to. I saw one of the cashiers look at another and say “wow, that girl (Ashley) is so awesome!”. I couldn’t agree more!

I came to trade in my vehicle and they told they would not give me a trade in value unless I let them run my credit. So I let them run my credit thinking they would give me a fair offer, but sadly they didnt even come anywhere near the market value. On top of that they held me and my daughter there for over 2 hours, where it was cold and we didnt have any jackets. Definitely the worst dealership experience of my life.

I have always been a Honda girl, this is my first Camry and I have nothing but great things to say about the car and the service. On this last visit I had some concerns with a recall replacement to a fuel pump and Nate and staff made sure to let me know everything was fine. I wasn’t convinced 24 hours later when I could still smell the fuel. Sent him a quick text and he responded and even called. He was correct and my concerns were gone. I have never received that kind of service from any dealership. Thank you Nate and Cavender Toyota 🥳

My appointment was scheduled at my convenience and very polite. Once the vehicle was being worked on I received a professionally detailed report of results and suggestions. Although it was a lengthy process communication with tech and advisor was excellent. Kept me posted of process being performed and estimated finish time. They were very polite and very professional. My service rep Jose met me at the entrance to the Cavender Toyota service area and couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful from start to finish. I went in with an issue with a tire leaking air and needed to see if it could be fixed or needed replacement.Jose explained that the parts department wouldn’t open for another 30 minutes (I went in bright and early at 7:30 on a Saturday morning). Knowing this up front, I spent time in the waiting area doing work and knew I had time to finish what I started.At 8:00 Jose let me know that the parts department was looking for a new tire to replace my leaking one. Since I had purchased tire protection when I bought my car, Cavender would replace the tire as opposed to trying to fix it. He told me at that time that he didn’t think they had this tire in stock (but were looking) and we briefly discussed the process of coming in after a replacement tire was located.A short time later, Jose let me know that a replacement tire had been located and was being put on. He also let me know that they would rotate the tires since it was time to do so.By 8:45 I had my new tire on, all tires rotated, and was in my way.Great job Jose, and thanks to everyone at Cavender Toyota for a nice service experience.

My service Advisor was Ignacio and he was very helpful and kept both my husband and I informed on the status of our vehicle. I was really impressed by his promptness to answer my questions and his professionalism.We had a great experience with the service center overall, but in my opinion a good service advisor makes a ton of difference.

I visited Cavender toyota dealer due to deadly airbag safety recall. The reception team were nice and informative, specially Rey who took care of my vehicle. I drop my vehicle at service reception after I provided him with all basic information requires. He told me the service may take four hours to complete and they did as exactly as promised, I was in at 7:00AM and he texted me, as the means of communication is via text message after drop your vehicle off, at 11:00AM for pick up.Every step of operation is well organized, I like it.After drop off, I got a message saying,Hello Danaw, welcome to Cavender Toyota .The best way for us to communicate with you today will be via text. By opting in, a copy of the visual report on your vehicles state of health will follow.Please respond START to continue.To discontinue reply STOP.When the service completed, I got a message saying,Cavender Toyota: Hello! The service on your Sienna is complete and it is ready to go. I am leaving the paperwork and keys filed at the cashiers desk for your convenience when you pick up. We are open till 7pm. Went in looking to make a a deal and my sales guy was Johnny. He was very professional and knowledgeable and showed me everything I wanted. Car was supposed to arrive Saturday and got it two days early on Thursday. The cavender team is great overall!!

Forced service plan was meted on me. I had to pay extra even when I presented a discount coupon Just because I did not do an oil change with Toyota dealer for one year. However oil change was done with local dealers but without record.
