The selection was huge and the prices were very reasonable. I had my entire living room, dining room, and back splash re-done and it looked amazing. They were extremely helpful in helping me pick the right wood and tile out. They have been around a long time too, they know what theyre doing and they do it well.

Ive been working on a house project for 3 years. Ms. Sheryl is the friendliest and one of the most patient person Ive dealt with. Shes very informative and she has great recommendations for my projects. To me the prices are very reasonable. I wont go anywhere else to get carpet for my person projects and will highly recommend anyone I know who needs carpet.

I went to Discount Carpet Warehouse to look for a particular floor tile as a part of my job. They didnt have it, but they could probably order it if I bring in a scrap for them to work from. Weve had them do work at the school district in the past, so they are reliable, honest, and do great work.

We had Discount Carpet redo the floors at our home. They are honest, dependable, and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Id give them a call first before trying any other other floor retailer. Theyve been around for quite some time for a reason.

DO NOT BUY A CARPET FROM THIS PLACE!!! I paid almost 5,000 for a carpet and we only installed carpet in about 1400 SF and stairs. After we had selected a carpet they called and told us the carpet wasnt available (its beyond me why they couldnt tell us the carpet wasnt available while we were there!). The carpet they installed either was installed wrong by what the manufacturer told us when we called to complaint or is a defective batch. A shame that we received better support from a manufacturer located in a different state than the store that sold us the carpet. They contract with sub par installers. Guy was never on time, took 20 breaks a day, could barely carry the carpet in the house and took 8 days to get the carpet installed. If I hadnt had a contractor in the house doing other work he would have never been able to carry the carpet upstairs. The carpet is coming off already and hasnt been installed a month. They will not return your phone calls or emails either. AVOID this place at all costs. After we told them we were paying with credit card they called to request that we give a check to the installer. Nope, thanks but no thanks...

😢Not satisfied! SAND SAND! SAND high from tip of finger to bottom of finger cuticle! Lady(40 yrs carpet rep)filled every concern of mine, leaving me at fault...My eyes mucusy daily&coughing is no joke. Lady states, because this carpet didnt have Sand underneath it at first(7 yrs ago when i purchased it)its Not a manufactured problem.Lady states, life of any carpet, is 5 yrs...Cleaning too much or lack of cleaning cause this Sand. High volumn traffic, dust from opened doors,shampooing rug, all cause this Sand,she stated. All her Assumptions all wrong...Who lifts a carpet and clean under it? moving the furniture thats on in. Filtered thru dust, is her answer too.Then,why cant my vacuum pick it up? Lady states, I need another vacuum. Vacuum cleaner is New. The Air conditioner is a factor she states. I have a small Tower fan in this room .She stated, Pets. I have No Pets. I dont see how this assumption of Pets fit🤔. The livingrm & hallway carpets are traffic areas from my feet only.They have NO SAND underneath them. All carpets custom made to my measuremts were purchased around same time from Discount Carpets. I dont understand why this bedrm carpeting has all this SAND from end to end. I need the sand, and my health issues looked into. I spend up to 52 hours in this room recording songs i sing Karaoke. Average 32 songs per session.,with people all over the world. I have approx.8,000 recordings on file with Smule...Enough time to get sick from this SAND. THE LADY SUGGESTED, I clean this carpet with vinegar and water. The carpet, the SAND aint sticky on the floor. So, whats the point? The eye drops dont help my eyes none. When i stay out of this room Im okay. Humm.

Called three times and never got information I needed. The last time I called, I asked why I didnt get a call back (it has been over a week). The man who answered was very rude and simply said, we are busy. I asked whether I would hear back from anyone and he rudely said he could just take a message. What a joke! Not the way a reputable business should be run. Im not even going to risk the terrible job they are likely to do given the amount of care they give to customer service.

At a discount theres still quality carpets.
