Visiting San Antonio for the first time and wanted to check out some vapor shops on the area for some local e-juices. Stopped by the shop after seeing many positive reviews on Google. I have to say, this shop is one of the cleanest, friendliest vapor shops Ive ever been to. Super helpful staff and such a great variety of e-juices. I legit sat there for an hour and half picking out e-juices. I ended up walking out with 14, yes 14 bottles.This shop has some great deals and specials all the time, happy to say I shall return!

This place is great, great location. The staff are really helpful and friendly. They have Smoke To Live brand flavors for you in pretty much any size your heart could desire. This was a big selling point for me. Sometimes you dont want to spend $15 etc on a flavor youre not sure about so you can buy them in smaller sizes. Brilliant idea!

Asked about pens and such. Overall seems like a good place for those who know what they want and those who have not a clue. Its a small space but the products are small too so there is a pretty large selection of brands and styles. I never felt rushed and they guy wasnt pushy.

The only time I shop elsewhere is if Im out of San Antonio or run out of juice when theyre closed. I have gone in several times over the last few days to exchange coils I bought. I went in one day to buy only one coil for my vape. The guy insisted I buy a 5-pack, which I was fine with. I also bought a juice. He threw in a Gorilla juice dispencer bottle....by that, I mean he charged me $2.50 for it. Going back to the exchange...the coils he gave me were the wrong ones. No refunds he say (which is illegal...technically businesses must refund if within 3 days of purchase, as required by Texas Law), but he would exchange for the right ones. Told me to go in on Wednesday...its now Friday and they still dont have the right coils.

Prices are normal, flavors are lacking. All this is OK if the person running the place wasnt so cocky and arrogant. Sold my wife a device and claimed it was better than mine? Ok, cause he didnt even know what mine was. Lol.Made my wife feel uncomfortable and when going back for a service on her machine cause of lifetime warranty, it wasnt there. Told her works fine leaking is all her and that she had to do a number of things extra that made no sense.Go here for emergency, one flavor likes. Other places in town much better with service.

Staff was friendly and eager to help.This was the third shop I stopped in to find a replacement coil for an older model Mod and the young lady working there was the first person to take the time to discover that a competitors product would work in it.

I dont live in San Antonio but this has become my goto shop when Im in SA. The staff is nice and no one tries to hard sale you merchandise. They have a huge selection of e-juices and MODs. Whether you drip or use Smoke to Live they have a mixture that you will like.

Alex was very knowlegable about the Vapes and the juice that I wanted im new to this whole vaping experience and now I feel like an expert thanks to their professional help.

The guy that was supposed to be helping me did not listen to me at all. I was wanting something small and he kept pressuring to have me buy a large one. I even asked the price of the one I was interested in and he never told me but instead, again, showed me the large vapes.I also was trying to explain that I wanted a vape that wouldnt leak. Even brand new ones that I had bought were leaking and also explained that i hadnt bought one in years because of it and I was hoping they would have figured out a leak proof design. He then told me that I wasnt maintaining it correctly. After trying to explain to him that it was happening right after a purchase, he interrupted me and kept on saying that I didnt clean it properly - again not listening. He then kept trying to sell his high dollar product.All I want is a simple vape to help me quit smoking. I dont want to vape for life. I will not go back and will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you all do the same.

The manager or assistant manager, whoever he is rude and a jerk. Their no return policy only exchange is a joke, even if the item is still packaged new they refuse to give you your money back. The know it all jerk manager wouldnt let me try a battery out before I buy it, and said thats pretty much standard practice for all vape shops, well I didnt purchase their overpriced batteries, I went to thanks for vaping and bought the THIRD one they let me try. So much for mr jerk know it all knowing anything about what goes on elsewhere! Ill never shop at any of the smoke to live places ever again and Im telling everyone I see vaping to do the same!!

This place is terrible. I went in to buy a battery a few weeks ago and I wont go back, the battery already broke and I could care less. Ill just go buy a new one from somewhere else; in retrospect Im convinced the one the guy sold me was one that had been used and repackaged as new. I switched to vaping over the summer and have visited several of the local stores and my personal favorite is Thanks For Vaping. The only reason I went to Smoke to Live is I just moved to the far northside/Stone Oak area and the location at 1604 and Blanco was pretty convenient as on that particular day I was kinda in a hurry and just needed a battery. I always refer people to Thanks For Vaping, I have always found them to be the most helpful. Ive been to Monster Vape a few times they are very limited in the liquid selection. I did notice that Smoke to Live had a large selection of liquids, but my favorite thing about Thanks For Vaping is that they carry liquids from several different vendors not some product bought from a third party packaged in a bottle with their label stuck on the bottle.
