Low quality clothing.. rude staff. Dont know what possessed me to go in there. They did have cute cosmetics and gifts though

Under new management clothing selection is distasteful wont return to that location. New DDs near by. I like them better. I was planning on doing a whole new wardrobe Melrose missed it.

Was looking for a 4 years old birthday gift. Found so many things. Got her a musical jewelry box and alot bought some kids jewelry to put inside. Got her some boots and house slippers. A dress and a tiara.

I love my Melrose on Fredericksburg rd..customer service is the best… I love the young ladies that work there…they are very helpful and the store is very organized and clean.

I come here with my fiance. We were surprised that they carry more than just womens clothing. They offer mens and home decor etc. We bought some chef decor for our kitchen. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We were checked out quickly. Area around the store is not that nice. Looks very shady. Tip: go during the daytime.

Felt like all the nice clothes was in Itty bitty sizes and extremely short or cut off. Felt really excluded. I wont be coming back.

I just got home from visiting store on Fredericksburg Road in San Antonio. I shop there often and went there today as it’s near my gym. Everything was fine until I went to check out. I stood at the counter and the girl completely ignored me, looking down at what appeared to be a cell phone. I figured she might be doing something for her job, so I waited patiently, my stuff on the counter. Finally she looked up and addressed the woman BEHIND me, directing her to the other register—it legitimately felt like I was invisible, as though she could not see me whatsoever. Even the lady she offered to help seemed confused. I can’t imagine why she acted this way, except perhaps because I had just come from the gym and was admittedly scruffy-looking.I left my stuff on the counter (about $50 in purchases) and walked out. I can’t decide if I was more offended or confused, but I found another small shop near my gym on the way back home and bought the stuff there instead. While I’ll miss the points system, I don’t plan to return to that store again.

👎👎the employees need to back off a bit, they hound you. I understand that people shoplift, but geez😖, there are people that pay for their stuff. I had to say out loud that if they didnt back off, I was going to leave and not buy anything!! So frustrating!!

Ive had my Fareshare Of good Days but Lately It seema staff doesnt pay attention to what they are doing. Ive seen the same girls working in this location for past 4/5 months ive been coming here and it seems as much as they are on the registers they never know what they are doing. Before you put your customers through the amount of waiting. I Believe employees should really be on the ball of knowing what they are doing. And trained correctly to know they are reliable on their own. Again 5 months is more then enough time to learn. I worked at register 3 years and i wasnt a permanent register employee i only filled in and was always updated with system changes

Ive been coming to this store for about now since its opened its store. I felt really uncomfortable today for the first time because a employee manager by the name.of sheryl brown was.making a scene saying she felt.threatned by me. I simply just told her that a pallette I wanted to get for my wife was market.for the wrong price and she made a scene I told her she was rude..I will soon get a hold.of Loretta ..like she didnt care if I called corporate..like shes upset I was talking in Spanish to everyone ..very rude ..doesnt have any customer service.skills for a manager..Ive been in retail for 15 years and I have a store myself downtown San Antonio ..nunca jamas.voy a volver a esta tienda . La unica persona que me ayudo es Laura y otra que me ayudo pero no estuvo.

I didnt dislike the place Im having trouble finding anything in my size- the sizes run very small and are too short.

I love this store u will find so many fancy things in the store And for all the girls that like unicorns like me they have a lot of unicorns things in the store they have headphones toys make up and jewelry and many more cool things go check it out

The lady that was working here gave me ugly looks just bc I had paint on my arms and feet bc I was working then as I asked her to open the fitting room door and she ignored me and then I said it louder then she rolled her eyes and opens it I said thank u and she says yea sure then when I was gonna close the door she slammed it in my face like gurl u better wach out then I said oh hell no so me and my sister left . Like don’t judge a book by its cover tf 💯 periott.

My experience. I love the store. All of its employees are very friendly, but last week I aplike for job. Today I call to see if they studied my app. I ask to speak with the manager in the Frburg store at 3645 Exactly. The name of the handler says is Ashly ... and she just said hellow ... and I hang up. I called again and with an ugly attitude said hellow, ke keen to know. And I asked her why I had already called and hung up, and repeat.ke want to know, and I said .Sorry whats is your name? .hellow .... ashly..ok.thank .... Of course everyone is friendly ... but that is not a way of a handler Customer service
