I got their latte with vanilla and caramel syrup and I thought the coffee itself was really quite good. This place is a hidden gem and I look forward to trying their other drinks. I will definitely be back. Plus the price of coffee drinks here is not as expensive as other competitors like SB.

LOVE the coffee! I have not had customer service like this in a long time. Most companies follow a script or dont even care to interact. The employees at Brevity are not only professional but kind and friendly. I stop by on my way to work but would LOVE it if their was a Brevity in Castle Hills :) *The tuxedo is my fave!

I ordered ice blended German chocolate and taste so good! First sip is sweet then you will taste the bitterness of coffee that stays in your tongue.I will order it here again. 🙂

This has quickly become my favorite go to coffee stop on my way to work in the last three weeks. I regret not trying them sooner. If there is more than 1-2 cars in front of me then someone comes out to take my order and payment. Around 715am, no matter how many cars are in front of me, it never takes more than five minutes to get my drink. I keep getting the hazelnut latte because its so good, but Ill have to try some other drinks as well. This is the best drive thru coffee spot on the way to work.

Their coffee is consistently great. Regular hot coffee and cold brews are my go-to. Their staff are always genuinely friendly. If theres a wait, they move the line through really quickly. Great place for coffee!

This was a small itty bitty place in the middle of a plaza but boy does it pack a big punch in flava!! I got a small salted caramel latte with oatmilk and the espresso was out of this world and the barista made sure I liked my drink before I left. It was so nice and so yummy!!

The coffee here!! Oh my, absolutely scrumptious. The quality of products used here are top while the prices are FAR better than Starbucks. That right there has me recommending everyone I know to go there.You know how Chic fil A has people standing outside to take orders and make the line move faster?? Brevity really cares about the customers time, when the line gets long they send people out to the cars to get their order ahead of time. This really moves it along quite fast, never having to wait more than 5 minutes! (For my experiences at least).As a coffee lover, I sometimes ask for odd requests. Talking with the associate at the window I asked if they had a product there (that they did not) but they were very willing to hear my suggestion of possibly adding a new product to the menu in the future! Just hearing my request lets me know they are super accommodating to their customers, wanting to go above and beyond to hear them. I highly recommend visiting here and even making this your favorite local spot, you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic little coffee shop. They roast all their own coffee beans and it shows as its the best espresso Ive found in San Antonio. On top of that, the owners, as well as all the employees, are so friendly and willing to help however they can. Cannot recommend enough.

I am pretty picky about my coffee as are a lot of people. Im more a fan of dessert coffees, frozen specifically. I was nervous to try them but I would give a 5 star review over & over! Customer service is excellent, they are so friendly! & the coffee is absolutely delicious, as well as their smoothies.My fiance & I are addicted & go here every chance we get!Weve also referred SO many people that have also made this their go-to coffee spot. I like to enjoy sips of coffee throughout the day. I didnt want my coffee watery so I asked for light ice on my XL this time. The girls handed it to me like right above half full with an attitude (which is not typical). I didnt realize asking for light ice would get me jipped on the product I pay for and a decrease on the usual good customer service. I always tip and come often. Interesting. Its sad because this location is right next to my house and Ive spent way too much money here to get this treatment.**UPDATED**The owner valued me as a patron and followed through by replacing the coffee with 2 free drink cards. This coffee shop was breathe of fresh air! I am from the PNW and this place reminds me a lot of home. Its the first drive up coffee shop I have seen since coming down south The coffee was phenomenal, I ordered the gold rush breve 😊 and the service was just as good! I will be a frequent customer and am excited to see all the coffee options. They are also the only stand that does a red bull drink that I have seen! I highly recommend this shop!

Let’s start off by saying that Brevity has great coffee and tea. It’s is one of my go to places. It’s nice that I now have options of their two locations. With that being said, I ordered a large tea with no ice, because my husband doesn’t enjoy watered down tea. I received two thirds cup of tea. I’m guessing they were compensating for him not wanting ice. I took the tea but will not be ordering it again. When I order hot coffee, I don’t get two thirds because there’s no ice in it. I also don’t receive a large coffee when I order a medium to compensate for ice being in my coffee. Tea is a lot cheaper than coffee also. Not to mention I’m not getting any milk, flavor or whipped topping on the tea. I let this go at first but the more I think about it, the more it rubs me the wrong way.

Actually the service is so great and fast that it’s almost a bittersweet feeling driving away. Brevity deserves a 5 star review because of their coffee alone. Combined with their customer service and friendly atmosphere, theyve earned at least 7 stars. The coffee is that good and they are that good at what they do. My go to is the Iced Islander with 2 extra shots, it is aromatic coffee perfection.

I always stop by in the AM before work for an x-large Golden Macchiato. I honestly prefer Brevity Coffee Co. to Starbucks, the service is more speedy, employees more personable, and consider customer suggestions for higher satisfaction. By far the best little coffee stand I have been too ever, and I used to live in Seattle.

Popped in after my wifes surgery because she wanted caffeine. Honestly some of the best coffee weve had in San Antonio. My Irish Cream Cold brew is well flavored without being too sweet or overpowering -- its just well balanced.

This coffee really is the best I’ve had on a long time. I test every new coffee place with the same simple order to measure the taste of the actual coffee. Black coffee, 3 sugars, no cream. Amazing taste!!! I can’t stop sipping it! Great product!!! I can’t wait for the the new location closer to my home.

I was really happy in as far as opting to try something outside of Starbucks.What can I say other than WOW!!!I don’t like super sweet drinks so I asked for a hot drink recommendation and they suggested the Lucky Clover but half sweet. Spot on delicious!!!You guys Rock!!!

They’re like usually nice and all but two employees made it clear it bothered them that I unknowingly cut in line when there was a HUGE gap in the line. Employee (that I couldn’t see next to the big suv tht was getting their order taken) should’ve told the suv that was super far back to move up as the line shortened. The car was literally next to a parking spot in the lot (that’s how far back the car was from the two car line next to the actual brevity building) you could fit like four or five cars in the line gap. It was an honest mistake but the order taker jogged up to us just to let us know we cut in line and that they’d take my order at the building which is what we were gonna do anyway so there really was no point in telling us we cut. Basically just wanted us to know she thought we were d bags. We Apologized and she said nothing and walked away. Then the girl at the window was less cold about it but when we apologized saying we unknowingly cut again it wasn’t “oh no worries I’ll take your order” instead she was like “yeah.. well I’ll just take your order here” almost like she was doing us a favor with us making her take our order instead of having Waited for the girl outside taking orders. Only the girl who brought out our drinks was super cool and nice and friendly the way brevity usually is. I guess just don’t accidentally inconvenience them in the slightest or else they’ll give you the cold shoulder. Apologized TWICE for an honest mistake that was partially their own fault and was never told it’s ok or no worries. Just brushed us off and got us as customers out of the way. Last time I will ever apologize for something that is 50% the business’ mistake. Didn’t get as little as a “no worries” much less an apology.

I was looking for a caffeine boost the other day and found this place on my search.There was a gal outside taking orders. Since it was my first time, I really wasnt familiar with their menu except for what I read from the reviews. I dont think I saw a menu online and the one onsite was right before the window where you order and pay. This was probably the biggest challenge for first-time visitors. I checked their website just now and their menu is not posted online.I finally decided on the Lucky Clover which had Irish cream and espresso. It was delicious so 5 stars for the flavor and taste.

I used to pass by everyday for work so today was the day to try it. I am never going back to Starbucks. Customer service was amazing! The guy that took my order told us everything before ordering and the girls inside were sweet. Fast and easy. Didnt spend more than 5 mins here.

This brevity coffee shop my mother actually made the discovery about a year and a half ago and since then this has been our go-to coffee shop since then and they sell hot coffee Frozen coffee iced coffee smoothie drinks Italian sodas they sell an array of lots of things and Im sorry I have to say they are 100 times better than Starbucks and not as expensive this is located on Babcock on the corner

This place is amazing. I went there on a whim and Im so glad I did. Im never going back to star bucks or any other coffee shop ever again. The staff is awesome the coffee and drinks are awesome!They know their coffee and when there is a line they come out to your car and get your order. Never waiting past 5 mins ever. Screw pay for over priced coffee at Starbucks where they always get it wrong. Brevity coffee is where its at. They know their stuff and they do it exceptionally well. I recommend everyone go there.

Super good coffee! I drive past this place every single day but never have given it a try. I wanted something different because Starbucks prices are outrageous and the customer service is so poor. So, I finally decided to stop by Brevity. I got the mudslide over ice with almond milk. AMAZING! Customer service was also very good. Will definitely be returning the next time I want an iced coffee fix, which I’m sure will be very soon.

Dont get me wrong I loved my drink, I got the frozen chai tea. My issue was with sanitation, the girl outside taking orders was just handing out one menu back and forth to people in vehicles without wiping it or spraying it between customers, she asked me to sign the device they use for card transactions which I saw the car in front of me do and that wasn’t sanitized between use either especially since they ask to sign with your finger. She was wearing a mask as well as the other employees so that’s good just biggest concern was the ordering process.

I came across this place because I was tired of starbucks and wanted something different. I am glad this came up on best coffee shops in sa. The guy that helped me was super nice and outgoing. He gave me his recommendations and let me say, my drink was extremely good! I forgot what he said it was called, but i remember it having macadamia in it. This is a great place you need to try! Definitely coming back for more.

Orders consistently incorrect, and undertrained employees.When the order is right the product is good, but to many orders have been made incorrectly for me to chance it again.I also do not believe they are interested in fixing the issue. Their website does not provide a phone number and they did not respond to a comment email about an incorrect order.

Omg yes. Amazing. I got the mango smoothie. It tasted like a mango milkshake. So good. They could work on the red bull smoothies. But overall, im VERY impressed.
