If your looking to buy a gaming pc, xgamerpc is the best option to go. I wanted to build a pc for trading that could support 2 screens with multiple charts. If you have a list of the things you want they will work with that, but they will also tell you what could be best for you since they have multiple clients that are traders. You dont have to worry about putting all the pieces together since they will build the pc. You just have to wait for roger to call you, and everything will be ready. I got 2 msi monitors, mouse and keyboard, and my custom pc. This business is the best out there for pcs, great customer service by roger he just wants the best for his clients. I recently built a computer, but I had a issue where I needed to update the bios for my motherboard. The only catch was a needed a last generation cpu to do it. After calling a few shops and explaining the issue this place was the first to understand it. I came in near the end of the business day and they still made time to help me the same day. Plus you know that youre getting factory sealed components straight from the manufacturer, including their warranty. Financing options are appreciated, and labor fee to build is modest and fair. Monitor was also cheaper than Amazon!Customer service was excellent, you are in good hands whether youre a first time PC owner or a seasoned one. Time to build was pretty quick. Install of Windows was the cleanest Ive ever seen. Wiring is fantastically done, its a beauty to look at! Looking forward to doing business again sometime in the future.

Was told he would call back the next day with pricing and availability, I never received a call back from him and when I tried to call during business hours they never picked up. Roger was very nice on the phone the day I talked to him but I cant recommend this business because they are so hard to get a hold of without actually going into the store.

Just bought a gaming desktop for my son and BOY!!! is he loving it. He cant stop talking about how fast and smooth its running. He is stoke on how great it is handling his PC games. I am big on customer service. Xgamerpc is all customer service from the moment you walk-in. Even if you are there to just look or ask questions Roger is always in good spirits and eager to talk to you about computers or anything else from weather, TVs, and work. I sent the specs to my brother that works as an IT guy and he said it was like giving my 12 year old a Ferrari. Extremely impressed with the customer service and the product.

I purchased my rig back in August of last year and it occurred to me that I never wrote a review. Roger went above and beyond to help me and explain everything to me in 3rd grade terms which I really enjoyed since I knew nothing about building a PC. I could not have found a better place to build a PC and I am glad I did it when I did. Parts are becoming more and more hard to come by as I need a repair on my PC and we are still waiting for the part but he is still keeping me updated weekly.I have already schedules to work on several more projects with XgamerPC to install another Hard Drive, more ram and a Capture Card so that I can stream Xbox and Switch games as well as my normal games from PC. Had a custom gaming PC built and picked it up on Friday, the 18th of December. I spent all weekend downloading and installing all of my games and addons. After spending the weekend playing all I can say is WOW! I play the gamut of PC games including first person shooters (CoD and BF), flight simulation (MSFS 2020 and Prepar3d), and World of Warcraft (retail and classic). Roger and his staff were such a big help. I came in with a brand new PC build that went out, and it needed troubleshooting. They checked my components and determined that my motherboard had gone bad. Luckily, I was able to replace my motherboard and my PC is running great again. They charge a reasonable diagnostic fee thats well worth it. If you ever have a problem with your gaming pc take it to these guys. Cant recommend them enough. Support local businesses!

Roger is legit. Went to him on a Saturday for a custom build computer issue. He was able to get me squared away quick.

Excellent custom build work at a very reasonable price. Theyve earned 100% of my business going forward.Service:My pc is primarily a workstation, so my priorities were different than a typical gaming build. They heard me out and offered advice (and ultimately a custom build) that was tailored to my needs.Pricing & Integrity:They were transparent about all of the pricing. All parts were offered at cost with a flat fee for the service. The build fee was very fair considering how much work is involved.Performance:Its obvious that they take pride in their work and insist on doing things the right way. The temperatures were cut in half after the water cooling. My GPUs were sitting at 82-83 C daily under load and afterwards hit a max of 41, averaging less. The GPUs and processor are overclocked now and still dont approach throttling temperatures.

I originally called this place asking to see if they had a certain type of CPU fan for sale or not. I was having troubles connecting the fan I bought off amazon to my new motherboard. After calling Roger to explain my issue, I asked if I could bring my motherboard and cpu fan in for him to take a quick look to see if I had bought the wrong fan, or if I was just setting it up the wrong way.Roger explained that the fan I bought was incompatible (you cant bend metal...) and hooked me up with a new fan on the spot. He even took the new fan out of the case and showed me how to install it on the motherboard (basically proving it would be easy to install when I got home). He also took an extra 10 or 15 minutes giving me some tips on how to build my computer and steps to take to avoid losing any of my data on the hard drive from my previous build. Great guy and friendly service. Will definitely be back here for any parts I need in the future.

So Im in SA for awhile for work. Instead of going back and forth with my xbox I stopped by here to check out computers. Rodger hooked me up with a MSI GS75 and mouse, external hard drive, pad, and headset. Couldnt be happier. This thing plays everything smoothly. Everything works fine and super easy setup. The experience on the store was excellent. FedEx, had some issues but thats uncontrollable. Would highly recommend shopping here for all your computer needs. Customer service top notch.

I first came here back in 2015 to have a computer built for me. Rodger was friendly, very informative, and very affordable when it comes to building a high-end gaming PC. The Profit that the store makes is primarily in labor and they dont charge you an obscene amount of money for the parts they put into the computer. They even show me a comparison as to what they were charging me and what other online retailers would charge if I order the parts myself and they were either cheaper or the same price. Overall a great experience and I always try to come here when Im purchasing any new computers or computer accessories!
