Very high end expensive. But if you can afford it they have beautiful clothes, furniture and very nice customer service. I love the way she set up the shop.

I have shopped at and consigned with Closet Connoisseur for over 15 years. I absolutely treasure the one of a kind pieces that I have purchased and have always found consigning to be an incredibly simple process. The owner has an eye for high quality furniture and brings in pieces in from across the country, so there are always some unbelievable finds at the store. And the designer bags...I highly recommend this store, and will continue to be a loyal customer for, hopefully, another 15 years.

I was disappointed with this store. The lady up front needs a refresher course on customer service. I found her to be condescending. I took an authentic Louis Vuitton purse and Channel wallet and she made mefeel as if I should feel lucky to sell my items with them. I wont be going back.

Found a glorious statement ring on their Facebook page, and had to have it. I contacted them via messenger and their response was courteous and immediate. Very nice people, and wonder store, with great selections.

Was not happy with them. We called the store the day before about bringing in some items for consignment and told them what they were and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and said to bring it in they would love to see it. Did not tell us anything else. We drove a hour and a half there to be told they are by appointment only and that they couldnt take anything that wasnt dry cleaned. (Everything was washed before I took it in just not at a dry cleaners) she did say that if we could come back in a hour she would look at the shoes but we said no since I wanted everything in one store. The whole time she was talking on her cellphone to someone else as well when We were trying to talk to her.

One of my closest friends is relocating to San Antonio and I told her about this place so I googled it to remind myself of the name and location. I was saddened and shocked to read these negative reviews! My husband, daughter, and I lived in SAT from 04 - 08 and had several experiences at this beautiful and unique store. We bought an antique rosewood armoire for my 40th birthday present. My daughter bought a beautiful broach for one of her high school dances. My husband bought me a Dolce & Gabbana bag. My sister came in town from Ft. Worth and filled her car with all kinds of wonderful finds. My mother still talks about this place. During all of these experiences we were treated so well and had a terrific time. Her husband even bought us margaritas one time from the restaurant next door and when Mary found out I was taking a girls trip to Las Vegas she GAVE me a beautiful gold and silver bangle bracelet because she said it screamed Las Vegas. I still have all of these items except the armoire which my sister confiscated when we moved as it was too large for the new house. When I come to visit my friend, I will absolutely make the effort to stop in again and come out with another treasure!

What a fantastic find! They recently sold me a wonderful & quality bedroom set plus decor for my new place. Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about their stock plus great sense of interior decorating. They were able to buy my sofa and loveseat plus some other pieces that were not going to work. A no junk store! Only quality is what I look for and at such an affordable price. Definitely telling all my work & personal friends. Thank you!!! See you all soon for my next project

Where to begin WOW FACTOR! Everytime I walk in this amazing place it blows my mind at the excellent quality & service. They are knowledgeable in the industry plus they have helped me furnish and decorate several spaces. I have purchased at a fraction of the retail and in mint condition. it is truly a fantastic find every single time plus I am always on their social media page to get first dibs on their daily arrivals. Awesome job guys!

I love this store! There are always so many great unique finds and they are constantly receiving new things. I have been shopping here for years and am never disappointed, and the prices are unbeatable! Also, I really appreciate that the staff is knowledgeable about fashion and home decor and design. Beautiful items and art. However, when I asked if they ever showcase local artist the woman said “we don’t just show anything here our items are from around the world.” Seeing as I had just mentioned being an artist it was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. I won’t be back.And as far as the response I got ... No she didn’t answer the question at first. It was only after I said “ well the answer is no you don’t showcase local artists” that she replied. Defend yourself all you like. It only shows how right I am that your shop will never see a dime from me or my circle of friends. A simple sorry or cordial response would have gone a long way for me.

Bad customer service, don’t know if it the own or just the works but they won’t help you with anything. They have a chip on their shoulder like they are better than you. Not a very friendly staff and will never step foot in that store ever again. There are better consignment stores in San Antonio like Otra vez and to good to be threw that have real customer service and don’t act better than you.

I walked in with my mother. And we were apprehensive because the last time we visited, the owner was very snobby and condescending. And sure enough, she did it again. I’m sorry but I will not contribute to a sale from someone that treated us with such a bad and rude attitude. We felt like peasants. Literally. Like really? I dont think so. They lost our business. Customer service is key. I don’t care if they have been in business for 100 years. Nice furniture but will never go again.

This is an extravaganza of a store!! There are fabulous finds. Open 7 days a week. I have purchased beautiful pieces of fine furniture. You will not be disappointed.

Owner and her sidekick were extremely snobby for no reason and she claimed they only carried/receive “high end designer” items such as Tiffany & co and Cartier LOL all I saw was a bunch of outdated out of season/style brands. And maybe one item from Louis Vuitton, most of the jewelry looked like stringy handmade items. Bunch of coach and outdated clothing. I don’t understand the attitude because there are far better shops in town. Yikes

I walked in the owner stated I needed to make an important and have a min of 6 bags. When she finally looked at my bag she noticed it wad a mini cc she than wanted my business. I wad horrified.

Manager is a pushy, snobby thief. Stole $304 from me. Extenuating circumstances and could not have a heart and return my money.I did not buy anything and tried for three months to work with her explaining extreme losses and health problems causing situation.Stay away.Has no compassion and is very selfish.

We visited this shop twice, and both times the owner,Mary, was extremely rude. On the first visit we spent over 900 dollars. We were with my God mother who happens to be Caucasian, but yet this women followed us around as if we were going to steal something. She was acting as if we were beneath her when we spoke to her on both occasions. After we had spent so much money in her store. I believe it was a race thing, she was purposely treating her other customers with the utmost respect, so we could feel as if we didnt belong. Do not go here, if I could give zero stars I would, because of the poor customer service, and racist tendencies.

Very shady business the owner runs. You sign a contract to have her sell something and when it gets close to the end of terms no reminders get sent and than she gets rid of it. Sells your piece for full profit. Owner is a scamer.

These people are all snobbish! I called & asked if I could bring a few items in to sell & the lady said no, we only take high end stuff like Gucci. Well thats what I have but since you supposed from my voice I had only crap then ill take my stuff down the street to encore! Not cool at all!
