Ok service. Bad tacos. Ordered 4 Q-tacos, 2 w/bacon and 2 w/o. The beans in all 4 had gone bad. Makes me wonder how the health dept. hasnt shut them down. I was excited to find a Laredo taco semi near me. So sad, theyve really gone down hill.

I went to pick up a door dash order for a 30oz pepsi. The guy with the dreads was rude when I told him that the syrup was out. Its out and its going to be out til tomorrow I waited calling the customer and he fixed it by showing me that it was flowing again after I canceled the order. There were two workers there check the cameras 11:50.

I have to give one star just to get this review posted otherwise would be receiving zero. I stopped in the gas station just to use the womens restroom. I walked in there all toilets had feces smeared all the seats toilet paper all over the floor. It was disgusting. I called the thegas station to inform them they needed to clean the restrooms. The gentleman I spoke with called me a liar and said I was just stupid.

This is a newer store, but same practices. Dirty restrooms as 99% of stripes are. Laredo Taco changes the hours since 7-11 bought them. Good tacos, but this store cashiers are always no attentive and dont care which is a reflection of the management.

The first pump did not recognize my card and the second pump said see cashier I dont have time to go inside due to work this upset me and wasted my time

No soap on the restroom and the Clerk blew in an envelope and put his hands on our food without sanitizing. In the same breath he told us he was not provided hand sanitizer or leave soap in the bathrooms because people would just steal it. He was not apologetic about any of it! Will not be going back!

The stores is a mess. The ladies restrooms were so dirty. No toilet paper. Boxes on the floor on the way to the restrooms. The shelves were empty. The clerk was very rude. Will Not be returning.

Im usually happy with the service but this time 12/04/2020 around 11:30 in the morning i went to get the usual, the young man attending me was so busy chatting with his friend it took him like 5 minutes to come even tho he had seen ne already. After waiting a long line i go back to find him chatting again, while the first taco is half way done sitting there for a while.I get home and see my tacos had barely any meat inside. So disappointed with the service. If i could give 0 stars i would.

A+ service. My name is Sandra and i love this Stripes on East Houston St. The employees are so helpful and the General Manager always is so polite and welcoming. They always have what I need and its so clean. Just love the atmosphere they have there.

Cold coffee machine doesn’t work, asked attendant and she didn’t respond,. Had to ask twice, cappuccino machine doesn’t either l,.. bathrooms are relatively clean,.. but sheesh I’m traveling in the morning

Very Rude workers in the kitchen!! There was a man in front of me in line and he asked if they can make more chorizo and egg and one of the workers said that they didnt feel like cooking anymore!!! Whats sad is that the whole kitchen team was unprofessional!

This location is not 24 hours, it is always closed when I come here during my lunch break with a handwritten sign stating, system down. Some of the employees Ive interacted with at this location seem more worried about whats going on in the lives of others instead of customer interaction.

When this location first opened it was great, fast and friendly service and now the staff needs to be trained on theyre people skills. They are so slow.(Not the same staff by the way)

Just went to Laredo Taco for breakfast for the 3rd and last time. Food is decent, but service is terrible. Ive waited at least 15 minutes each time after placing my order to get food. I will not go there again for breakfast. They were not crowded. How long does it take to scoop out scrambled eggs and put in a flour tortilla? Others walked out before me due to bad service. Cashier offered a refund after I finally got my food.I declined and told them to get their act together. Lunch service has been much better, but they are on notice.

Ordered enchiladas and they had no forks. When i ask for a fork i was just told to and i quote go boy scout old school. So a spoon it is. I love this place.

We came before this place opened and obviously you hadnt opened yet. We are here today and have waited for almost 20 minutes for our breakfast tacos. There were only 3 people ahead of us with small orders. Down in the rio grande valley the cooks are much faster and work with a sense of urgency. Here these four women were very slow,didnt seem to be awake or have any communication with each other. Store and area is very new and clean but a big F on service.

Been to other locations and it was great but this location was closed at 5am despite saying it was 24hrs. Plenty of folks stopped by confused by the locked doors and no sign stating when they would open. This occurred on November 1, 2017.

Service is bad. This is a disgrace to Laredo Taco Company. Doesnt even have the same taco selection and they are slow. Hopefully they fix this.

The MOST GHETTO Stripes ever! Female twerked on food service checkout for her man, Jason the clerk with no teeth. Trash all over outside and a pile by back door inside. Lady in food line with no shoes. Just the twilight zone of Stripes.....smh

This new location is located in the ghetto. So I guess you get what you pay for. Customer line is out the door with only one person working(peek time). Its sad

Food was all dry like if they had it there for a while ... have eaten Laredo tacos ...in Laredo...they are nothing compared to here in SA never again it was a bad decision to come here !!!!the customer service was great .... but food was very bad
