I went to copy and fax very important documents for the closing on my new home . they kept telling me that they faxed over all the paperwork . No they faxed only three out of twenty. My mortgage company never received my bank statements! I had people chewing me out arguing,,, but Only certain documents got faxed ! which resulted to a new closing date ! More faxing of new paperwork!

Quoted me for a lower quote than they charged me for. As it turns out, the quality of the black and white prints misquoted is mediocre at best.
