This place is very cute, and although I did not buy anything Victor was very polite in telling me more about the store/products.

Connor and Christine are both amazing every time I come to this store. They are eager to connect at a moments notice, very knowledgeable about the product they sell, and overall such genuine and remarkable people. I always come back to this location because of the customer service!

I’ve only visited Lush twice but they have been absolutely exceptional both times at La Cantera! They don’t crowd you but they are very attentive and offer lots of information and samples to try. I believe the employees who helped me this time were Janet, Kitty, John and Ashley—super friendly, caring and sincere people! They were able to recommend me a great medicinal hand cream. Very welcoming and positive experience. Thank you!!

Cool place for bath bombs and bubble bath items, got my little girl some cool bath bombs.

Didnt know what to get my wife, luckily they had large packaged boxes with everything and a staff that knew thier products, and inventory.

WOW!! What an amazing place and smells SO GOOD!!!

I was very unhappy and uncomfortable with how aggressive they are about the covid policy. Very overboard. They force you to grab a flake of regular scented soap (not antibacterial) off a tray that everyone had been touching and go wash your hands, again touching the sink and everything else everyone is forced to touch, like they WANT everyone to share germs. Its ridiculous. Hand sanitizer is WAY safer & 10x more effective, these guys need to read a book about cross contamination, twice. I got approached 2x about my mask not being up to my eyes. I have been wearing a mask since this started and have never been approached about the mask placement on my face, ever. My mouth and nose werent even remotely exposed, theyre just insane about the policy. They were bothering everyone. This was also my first and last time going to Lush. No thanks to extremist corporations.

Love their bath bombs

Brunette woman working there was very rude, she acted like we were entering her house, it’s a retail store lady calm down, you’re selling bath bombs. She talked to us like children about the rules of the store, very timid and cold. Watching every move.. kinda strange. Would want to feel more welcoming like the location at north star !

Staff made it impossible to browse the store. Constantly in our faces and lecturing on what we can and cannot try. Giving very snippy responses when we commented on the dislike of a product. Guess what I don’t care how organic it is: nothing I’m putting on my body should smell like a dumpster

I called to look for a product I couldnt find on the internet online shopping. Turns out if the store has 5 or less it wont pop up online. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and kind. The store is set up with the doors open, so you can smell how lovely everything is. Employees were wearing masks. You cannot enter the store, they have a table blocking it and a register there. They have markings on the floor for social distancing. Very clean and I felt safe the entire transaction.

You don’t need a mask, but you can’t walk in the store, they call it “personal shopping”, and can’t smell anything. Why open at all? I can do that by mail order. And don’t bother with the politically correct typical response. It’s basically curb side.

It smells great. The products are all amazing. I often come here for gifts for friends and family- those gifts are always a hit. Staff is so friendly its almost creepy but I have to be the same way at my job so I understand.

I want to highlight an employee here at this location. Alex, here helped me out while I was in there. She asked how my day was and if i was looking for anything specific. I informed her that i was under a lot of stress. She genuinely was concerned and showed great care with selecting products to help me out. Alex and LUSH made my day last night. I just had surgery 2 weeks ago today. It has been an ordeal to say the very least! With covid trying to get things I need are a nightmare. I called the store and asked if they possibly had curbside. She explained their mew service where you can order and just pick up. She even offered to take my order over the phone due to no one being in the store at that time. She is simply AMAZING!!! I almost cried! Thinking this cant be happening lol!! She was upbeat so willing to help and make things so easy for me. She even suggested new soaps for me. Thank you! Thank you! For being a ray of light in this chaos.. this location is much further from us but we are so happy to make this drive and this will be my store fr NOW on. Covid or not!

When me and my mother went to lush we were not expecting much but we were greeted by a person working there who told us all about the face mask products and then she introduced us to a girl named Holly who also worked there and was supper nice she explained all of the products to us from face masks to soaps,hair products, and even the bath and shower bombs.When my mother told her about my birthday she was really nice and gave me 2 samples of soaps and when my mother told her the struggles we were dealing with she was super supportive and even gave us shower bombs that when they go of they make u happy. Very nice shop that sells things like bath salts and bath bombs and things of that sort. The customer service is awesome! When I went in,one of the employees was more then happy to show us around--she even let me watch her dissolve a massive bath bomb! Because everything is natural and environment safe,nothing here is cheap. One bath bomb (a huge one) is 14 dollars. However,this a lovely shop to browse in.

We visited lush today after my 3 year old begged for a bath bomb and had the most pleasant experience. The two girls who helped *him* pick a bath bomb were so sweet. The took him over to the display and told him about each one and had him smell them. It was so kind. Im a #boymom and I am accustomed to employees rolling their eyes and ignoring us in stores, until we leave. Not at lush, not today. These ladies made us feel so welcome. With their guidance, he picked the robot bomb and was so excited he carried the bag himself the rest of our visit at la cantera and had the best bath time tonight. Thank you ladies, being kind to a 3 year old made a huge difference in our day!

Last week I bought and started using the Lush shampoo bar and conditioner for the first time and totally love it!! My hair is so shiny, plus easier to manage and style. And my hair smells great too 😁 Did I mention NO plastic bottle waste!!! Im hooked

He offered recommendations from his own experience and even provided a couple of generous samples for me to see which will be best for me. Ive been using Lush products for years. My favorites are the body conditioner, solid shampoo and conditioner. The bubble bars and solid body lotion are amazing.

Im giving this place one star Only because a lot of these products are just for show even though they have mostly organic ingredients.I tried their coffee face mask scrub and it did smell a lot like coffee but it didnt do the job as far as giving me a good scrub feeling and moisturizing afterwards. I have definitely done better making my own. I have to give it to the staff because they are wonderful with their guests I give them five stars for that and for being almost halfway knowledgeable about the ingredients.

This store is amazing!! They are super helpful and always willing to demo products to make sure you find the right one for you. It can be kind of expensive but its totally worth it. Find whats right for you and youll keep coming back.

This place is great. Everything is organic. I love how they make all the products and its all natural. The staff is wonderful and very helpful in there. There is so much to choose from. It was my first time going to LUSH and San Antonio, and I absolutely loved it! The staff was phenomenal; they answered all of the questions I had, big or small. They also recommended me products they thought would suit my skincare needs! I wish it wasnt so far from home because this would be the LUSH location I went to every time!

I LOVE the products here at Lush !! They are so pretty, smell fantastic and are made from all natural ingredients. The fact that they are mase from all natural ingredients makes me love the products even more 💗 The staff is always so nice and helpful without making you feel that they are pressuring you into a purchase. I love that they not not only have fantastic bath bombs they have bubble bath bars and bath oil bars. Love the skin and hair care products too !

I had little experience with lush at first but I enjoyed trying new products and being able to take home samples is a definite plus. The staff was so nice and it was a very comfortable place to be.

I went in maybe 20-30 min before closinga and the staff was still so nice and willing to help and check up on me. I LOVE Lush and have good experiences at both locations in SA but this location is bigger, not as cramped as North Star and the staff at both locations are AMAZING and always help answer any of my questions. Plus I like that this location I can do a quick in and out with where it is located to the parking lot.

Awesome place! All products are handmade, organic and most of all....not tested on animals. The La Cantera location seems to have more options than the North Star mall location. Check it out! The plum rain shower gel is amazing!!

Staff here is excellent. Ive only tried one product from lush so far but it was so impressive I went and bought 3 things today. Definitely recommend this location if you arent sure about what you want or what they offer because they were very helpful.Update: This place is still amazing. I go all the time. If youre not really into bath bombs, try some of the shower gels or the cleansers/serums.

Wow...just wow! There was an employee named Cody, and he did a fantastic job making me feel very welcomed in the store. I never been surrounded with such nice stuff that I felt uncomfortable, but in a really good way. I’m just not used to it, but my God I really enjoyed the professionalism that these people do, they gave me a free sample as well so I’m going to try to see how it works. If it does I may use this for the future for my stupid dandruff problem !

This place is so cute, something for everyone. And everything smells so good. I purchased eye lotion for me, facial scrub for my friend, and body lotion for my man.

The staff is so knowledgeable about the products and helpful. They helped me pick out the best face care routine for me. All the recommendations have been spot on, Ive noticed an improvement to my face. I highly recommend this store.
