Wonderful customer service. Store associates gave good service despite being busy and close to closing. Products are good and prices just right. NYX has a pretty good range of colors in foundation. While there, I was perfectly and professionally color matched. Definitely will go back.

I absolutely adore the people that work here!! Everyone is always super sweet, very helpful and really know their products. Which brings me to the products themselves, they really are terrific for a brand thats on the cheaper side of things. I highly suggest you go check the wonderful people out, play around with some of their try on products or better yet have them try out some products on you...then hopefully youll fall in love too and take some home!! I promise youll thank me for it 😉

Huge selection of makeup. I especially like the lip gloss that plumps up your lips. It really works! The store itself is a bit narrow and small so it always seems a bit over crowded. However, they have good customer service and always a quick check out.

Today was my cousin’s wedding and I REALLY wanted my makeup done. So I called in last minute and thankfully they had an appointment for me. It’s was at a reasonable price and the person that did my beautiful makeup was SUPER nice and checked in with me to see if I was satisfied with it. Thank you very much NYX!! :))

We came to this store on Black Friday about 7pm at night. Now, I totally expected that the staff would be tired and not as friendly as expected. But I was completely wrong, they were helpful, making suggestions, offering ideas and going above and beyond. I am a huge fan of NYX products so I was already sold on using it. But even more by the staff and service. Will definitely come back when I need more products.

I love this store so much!! Great experience everytime I come back, even when I had a return because I was doubting a newly launched item that I purchased. I couldnt find any reviews or YouTube videos about the new item, so I did a return/exchange & they were so nice, helpful & understanding to my return. They were really quick at the counter which was a nice plus, because I was doing a return/exchange, purchase & membership gift pick up & unfortunately my silly self chose to do that the day after Christmas, when everyone goes to spend their holiday money & the stores are packed lol But I really appreciate how awesome these workers are & I will always come back to this store & soon bring my best friend. Because we never knew there was a NYX store here in San Antonio & we both absolutely love this brand!!

Great experience. Espeshaly for someone like me. Im extremely shy. I like that I was able to try on different types of make up by myself. I was asked if I needed help but I just said I was ok. I did ask a question once I was ready but I have to warm up to it. Everyone was super nice and understanding. So thank you for the wonderful experience. I think Ill start buying my make up here from now on :).
