I had a great experience on the Pacific Shore Stones. They offer high quality stones with great prices. Their selection is vast, and they are willing to bring other stones options from other facilities. I highly recommend their service and I was amazed with their customer relationship.

I went in to Pacific Shores looking for quartz for my kitchen remodel. I worked with Rosebud and she was GREAT. Helpful and very knowledgeable about quartz and the differences between the lines they carry. We even braved the heat to go and look at the slabs in person. Great experience!

JJ was incredibly helpful. She led us away from bad choices. She has a good eye. The prices on the stone we got was incredible. Overall selection, price, and staff were top notch.

I looked all over town for a particular type of Quartzite and only found it at Pacific Shore. When I got there, I signed in and they let me wander around without the “I’m a salesman on commission” fervor. Then I went inside, we discussed availability and stone choices. I got the PERFECT slabs that make my heart sing.

I recommend Pacific Shore Stones for everyone. I just got the slabs for my new kitchen, the staff helped me pick the one that I like with the budget I was expecting to pay, the transparency of the pricing was the key, no other places could offer what I got here. Thanks again.

Ive been to this yard a couple of times, they have always been helpful and courteous. Sometimes they are busy, but since they work directly with the contractors you can walk around at your leisure and pick out the slabs you like.Then they give pricing to your Contractor to quote install and fabrication with your choices. Beautiful Selection!!!

We went on Friday, checked into the office and the lady said to look around and shed be right out. She did come out two times, but it was with other customers who showed up after us. We stayed for an hour and a half. We went again on Saturday and walked around for 45 minutes and still never received any help. Im glad that some had great customer service there, but if it were my choice, Id never go back. Also, there is a great selection of granite, but it is no way labeled so you have no way to know what any of it is going to cost when you choose it. Considering the fact that you cant get customer service there, it makes shopping really difficult. Unfortunately, this is the granite store my builder uses, so I have to shop there, but I do NOT recommend spending your hard earned money there. Find a different granite store in the area.

This place doesnt understand customer service. The have A LOT of slabs to look at, but they dont have anyone who will sell to you as a customer. They only work with contractors and from I can tell they only work with very high end contractors.Dont waste your time. Go someplace where they understand customer service such as Pantent Granite.

I have had my worst experience with this company ever,We had a customer select one of their quartz called Wallis and we ended with a quartz with a different color with the same name when we got to the customers house to install it was a difference shade from their sample after we have removed all my clients existing Countertops and sink she immediately did find that the actual sample that she had picked at theyre warehouse was off so I picked up the fone and called one of the sales person responsible for giving that sample to my client stating that yes we were absolutely right and that they were going to replace everything pay for my extra work frustration and terrible customer service,So after that nothing the sales person quit tried to give me stones to replace my labor to try and save her job I dont know but I have just received a bill for $2400 for everything that she did and a call from collection,My advice to you guys is that you fix your mistakes and be honest with your customers,No wonder you are having to down size you warehouse treating honest folks and customers and putting your fabricators in the fire and not honoring your own brand of slabs the way you are isnt good for businessSaulo Roriz De AssisMetrowest
