These folks do amazing work. Right down to the finest detail. You wont get it till you are 100% pleased with their work. Once you approve the final submission its only a little while before your product is ready. I had a decal made for the back of my RV. It was from a very old picture I had. Something that I had designed many, MANY years ago. I went in just to ask if it was even possible to be done or even if they did that sorta work. I was pleasantly surprised. From that old picture I had from my phone, they made an AMAZING decal. Ive also seen some of their other work. I cant find the right works to say. Their murals they have there in the shop are outta this world. Like the person in the picture is standing right there in front of you. Even clearer than a photo, its really lifelike. All of their work is just beyond belief. The people there also. Wonderful people. All of them. Gary took care of most all of the paperwork and the correspondence. Dan took care of making the decal and the minor adjustments it needed. Remember I said it was an old photo I had on my phone. It was a bit hard to see the details. He also installed the decal on the back of our RV. He was very precise and particular on how it was looking. Theres just not enough good things to say about these guys and the work they do. I will never go to even ask anyone else if they do what I want. Ill go straight over to these guys and tellm what I want or need and I know they will do a better job than I ever expected. Do yourself a favor. Dont spend time calling around to any other places asking what they can or possibly cant do. Call over to Big Star first thing and you will be happy with their work. I highly recommend them and their work to every one and I will go nowhere else for any of their services.This is a picture of the decal they made for me. It looks simply amazing. Thats about all I can call it. I am very pleased and happy with their work.Ok, Its been about 3 months or so since I wrote my 1st review. We have had some more work done by these guys. As before we are extremely satisfied with there product and work. Since my review we have had the same decal made up that was put on the back of our RV put on the tailgate of my 2016 Ford F-250. I cant express how pleased I was once again. That was probably done a month or so after the 1st one was dun. Since I drive my truck a lot more than pulling the RV more people have seen it. Especially at the VA facilities that are local. I have had many positive comments about the decal and many questions as to when they may be available. I always tell them and gladly give them a person to talk to and a phone number. I do hope it is generating business for Big Star. Today,we completely our most recent work.Well I didnt but they did.We just had to have the front of our RV also covered with something different than the original boring decals.We have been working with Gary at Big Star on the design and so forth for a little while now.The Flyin Turtles decal was put on today by Josh.What an excellent job.Hats off to you Josh and your hard work, it is definitely appreciated.As you can see in the pictures that are posted how this wrap looks on the front of our 5th Wheel RV.Sure does beat the old ugly decals put on by the factory.I know this is gonna turn some heads and get us a lotta questions.Once again we will be more than happy to tell anyone where the decal was made and installed.I keep calling it a decal,but I think the proper term is a Wrap.Forgive me Im old.The 1st picture showing the alignment is kinda blurry,thats ok.I gotta excuse.I aint no photographer.The 2nd I believe was taken in there work bay from the front of my truck,looking better.The last picture was taken once I got home and parked.Now that one is looking good.I hope everyone will take a minute or so looking at these pictures to see just how good work they do.With the graphics and colors,with the material,which it top of the line,and finally with the installation.All top notch.The wonderful folks there are 1st class again thanks to all there.

WOW! what great service the whole way through. My salesmen Adrian F. was so helpful from the very beginning, getting me mutiple quotes and always answering my questions. From the time I did the order to the time I received the proofs was about 1 day and only about another week until I got the products. The merchandise looks great. Amazing quality and service. Big Star provides the kind of quality and service that other companies can only claim but never deliver on. I know I will work with Big Star in the future.

My company has ordered promotional wear for 10 years. In an effort to do business with a local company, I decided to use Big Star Branding for company shirts, jackets, and caps, as they are in San Antonio, Texas. Every possible thing went wrong! They insisted that I pay for the entire order before I was provided any proofs on the shirts, jackets or caps. I told them I needed the order in by late September 25, 2015 for our biggest trade show of the year. Yet it took them almost three weeks to provide accurate proofs of the items we ordered. The company repeatedly sent the proofs of the wrong products. After much frustration and wasted time, I received the shirts and jackets. When I asked about the hats I was told they would be ready in a week. That was two weeks ago. Today, we called again about the caps and were informed that they will be available in another week. Unfortunately that is after our biggest trade show. Employees at this business do know what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. They provide bad proofs, dont return phone calls, and dont meet deadlines. With all of this-when I asked them if they could expedite the hats and their suggestion was that I cancel the order. Unbelievable!

Went to them for some caps as a bonus for our guys at the shop. Gary was very helpful and got us that we wanted at a good price. When I ordered them, the design team was fast and they got the logo exactly the way that I wanted it. Now I have gotten shirts, and some sun hats from them. They have met all of my needs and them some.

Big Star Branding did a great job embroidering jackets and dress shirts for our Palo Alto College Logistics Program. Great work, Great price and most of all Great people to work with. One person who out of his way a few times for us was Mr Adrian Fernandez. Not only did he make sure all of our products were perfect. He also meet up with me a few times to delivery merchandise in areas that were most convenient for me. I cant thank Adrian enough for all the extra effort he put in.

Not knowledgeable or helpful. We had inquired about a few items and where notified very late that one of the products isnt even available for order. We had to send several emails just to get a simple answer about a different item and it was like pulling teeth trying to get responses from their customer reps. When we would ask several simple questions, they would respond with a short sentence and only address a single concern or question. When we spoke to someone over the phone, they couldnt answer most of our questions either :(. Not sure whats going on over there.

I recently used Big Star Branding to purchse customized paper gift bags in various sizes for a project at work. What attracted me to them was the fact that they were located here in San Antonio, TX. I needed a quick turn around on this project and they were able to meet my short deadline. Contacting them on the phone was a breeze using their local number. I particularly liked the constant follow-up over the phone and through e-mail. I will definitely use them again in the future and so should you.

We used Big Star to screen print two dozen garments for our shop. Anne guided us through the process and helped us choose colors and design options! I was able to borrow brochures and fabric samples to take back to our designers which was incredibly time saving. After having a terrible experience at another screen printing shop where our shirts came out peeling and cracking and the wrong colors, we were so elated when these came out absolutely perfect. Perfect color that matched our branding, the right layouts that matched our instructions and the best quality. Thanks Big Star! We love our new uniforms!

I had some T-Shirts printed for an event I was hosting. The quality of shirts were great and the printing was very well done. I had little to no issues getting what I wanted on my shirts across to the people that were helping me. I also got my shirts in a timely manner. I will be using Big Star Branding again for my printing needs.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISHONEST. I used them to run shirts and hats for my business. The order was two weeks behind promised delivery date and still no calls, so I called and asked for the owner. She was rude, tried to blame the delay on me and revisions when there WERE NO REVISIONS (?!). I cancelled the order and went with a different San Antonio vendor. I thought I was done with Big Star Branding until I got my AmEx statement. They only issued a partial credit to my card. I called the owner and told her that they screwed up yet again, and had only issued a partial credit - wheres the rest?!! She refused to refund the rest of it. I ended up calling AmEx and doing a chargeback. We won and got the rest of our money back, but it was ridiculous that this woman runs a business and IS DISHONEST. Avoid at all costs.
