I placed an order of team shirts for my volleyball team that didnt come out very well. They looked great from up close, but when my daughter tried them on and walked away, I realized I couldnt read the last names from afar. Of course at this point, we were home already.I went on vacation the next day for five day. The day after we got home my daughter tested positive for covid, so we have been in quarantine. Now that I am able to get out of the house, it is too late for us. They will not replace our shirts. I dont think its fair, but I will take this loss and order from another place. I am sure their work is great, maybe it was just a bad day for them when our shirts were ordered. Everyone makes mistakes, but the process of apologizing and replacing the items has got to be a lot better than my experience.
Ray is a great guy to work with and talk to. Best part is that hes a Yankee fan like myself. Great prices and GREAT quality work! Cant wait to show off my new work shirts
Terrible customer service & even worse attitude. Went in to get some labels & design done for a product some business associates wanted to physically showcase so they could get investors at a meeting. Went in a few weeks in advance to get it sorted but didn’t have the jar so they didn’t want to move on designing it when they could have just resized it but i gave them the benefit of the doubt & waited for the jars to come in. Once they did i went straight over to leave it with them & he kept trying to get me to pay in cash but i wanted an invoice for my records so i just left my email & told him to send me one. Two days passed & i had to reach out & ask if he had gotten to the design specifics i sent & to my invoice so i could pay it i figured that’s why they were dragging cause i hadn’t paid. He said he hadn’t but he would get to it. Another few days pass & at this point the meeting is in two days. I was fed up so i showed up to collect the jar so that i could get it done else where. I said that i needed the jar & he said “you don’t want me to do it anymore?” & i said that’s ok i had already been waiting days & hadn’t even seen an invoice to which he said “i don’t like to charge people for work i haven’t done” when again, he kept trying to get me to pay in cash initially. He handed me the jar & i just laughed at the irony & he started forcing a laugh behind me as i was walking out, the old man was very passive aggressively mad hah. I ended up going to Fast Signs. The prices are incredible, their communication couldn’t be any better & i just overall felt like they actually wanted to help me. Oh & they had it done by the next morning. You’re wasting your time if you come here.
Worst customer service iv ever come across. Came across town the other day to find unhelpful bitter people who will be out of business soon if they keep conducting themselves like this.
These folks were my heroes this weekend. I truly appreciate the speed order. Shirts were awesome!

Store hours say 11-5 on Sunday, got there at 3:30 to a closed sign. I called and the manager just tells me oh, after 3, the game is on so it gets dead, so we closed. No hours posted, and all he told people was open at 11. Drove 30 minutes across town to find a locked door!
