Had a diamond fall out of my weddjng ring, my husband took it here to get a new diamond and prongs put in. They had it done very quickly. The diamond is beautiful and the prongs are VERY sturdy. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Price is good as well. Definitely recommend.

Prices are 10 times higher than they should be so they can give you a discount and still rip you off. They damage watches and blame the customer. The management Cindy will lie directly to your face and then smile. Avoid at all costs. Try Rialto down Bandera for fair and honest sales.

My wife and I recently purchased her first wedding band upgrade at this location, and I cannot see myself going anywhere else from now on. We have always tried to shop with local vendors and support the small business economy, but the risk is always that the service and quality has no guarantee. We had visited a number of other stores and had nothing but bad experiences. Texas Diamond and Jewelry had not been on our radar to that point, and we had all but given up when we found them. Everything about our experience here more than made up for all the negatives with the other vendors. Luke and Alyssa were friendly, warm, and inviting, and exuded a professionalism that gave us great confidence about the entire process. Their jeweler is a true artisan, and showed great dedication to his craft by making sure our custom order was truly perfect. We will most assuredly see you again.

On 9/17/2012 I called this business to see if they had pins for watch bands on-hand and to verify their location. I then arrived at their location without an appointment and they repaired my watch band by replacing it with a new pin (the old one was bent) - they even sold me two extra pins per my request. The price of service was excellent and they performed the repair promptly while I waited. Their staff was very polite and courteous - both over the phone and in person.

These men are awesome!! My daughter had a ring stuck on her finger and we tried everything to get it off. Her finger was so swollen that nothing worked. Called Texas Diamond & Jewelry and spoke to Rick. He said it wouldnt be a problem and they could cut it off. He and Matt worked for about 20 minutes and were finally able to cut the ring off! Another gentleman (didnt get his name) gave us water and lollipops! LOL! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!!! This is my favorite jewelry store now!!!!!
